Night at the Mansion
Erlando stood looking at the streetlight through the window of his room. Regret unceasingly approached her now disconnected self.
"If you don't belong to someone else, maybe I'll try to bring you back. Now, you're not my Nazi anymore. You belong to someone else. I honestly can't assume the child in your womb is my niece. I want you to have my child but whatever I do, now you're not mine anymore." Inner Erlando.
Erlando wiped away the tears that almost soaked his cheeks. He went to his bed to rest. In his sleep he kept holding his handphone. The wallpaper that used to be a photo of Erlando with Anata is now replaced with a photo of his wedding with Nazia. A photo with a smile on the faces of the two. A smile that cheats all the invited guests, looks happy but not with the reality.
Elsewhere, Nazia was still in the hospital. The late time made him survive and choose to sleep in the hospital. His stomach grew bigger, making him tired easily.
"You're fine well over there, mama promised to protect you. You gotta help mama, don't be naughty in there." Nazia said as she stroked her stomach.
"Surely Anata and Rian's brother are happy now, I'm sorry brother, because I'm devastated Erlando's happiness. I'm sure you're happy now. And I, I have children who will accompany me." Inner Nazia as she closed her eyes, a single tear soaked her cheek.

When Nazia woke up from her sleep she chose to go home immediately. As he was about to return home, he met with Dr. Alfano,
"Good morning Doctor Nazia." said Doctor Alfano
"For Doctor Alfano." he replied with a smile.
"Did the twins make the doctor tired? I see the Doctor like a man of soy sauce."
"Yes Doc, the twins are getting active now."
"Let's get in my car, doc, I'll drive you home."
"There's no need to bother Alfano" she said kindly.
"Just leave Doctor Nazia's car here, and I'll have someone take her. The doctor has to step in, it's for the safety of the three of you."
Nazia thought about Alfano's offer for a moment, and decided to get into Alfano's car.
On the way Nazia chose to turn her eyes out the window.
"Can Doc, what do you want the doctor to buy?" ask Alfano.
"Regular, equipment."
Alfano drove his car. He led Nazia down from the car. Inside the Mall, Alfano helps Nazia to pick out the twins' clothes.
"Doctor! Which one is it?" alfano asked while holding two different clothes of the model but in the same color.
"Hmmm, just in your left hand" he said with a smile.
As Nazia and Alfano were about to go to the cashier they heard whispers from the Mall's visitors.
"Well, they're very compatible, so I want to have a good, handsome husband like that."
"Yes, they are very compatible" said another visitor
Without them knowing since they were in the hospital there was a pair of eyes that saw and followed them up at the Mall.
"This isn't the sight I want to see. But that smile was so sincere, was it her husband?" erlando.
Orlando chose to leave Nazia and Alfano at the Mall, unable to see the beautiful scenery before his own eyes. Maybe because the love for Nazia sudaj realized by him until jealousy began to be easy to approach him and make his heart like pierced by a very sharp dagger.
"Do I want to take away that smile. I can't be selfish, Nazia is happy, I can't interfere with her happiness. His son needs a father's affection and I don't want to separate them from his father. While in the waiting room Erlando chose to send a message to Nazia.
