"Is there any information about your wife's whereabouts?" ask Johan.

He began to look down. I don't know what he's got.

"I don't deserve to be sorry, why Nazia left and didn't tell me" said Erlando.

Johan felt sorry to see his friend who is now lost spirit, this is the first time he saw this fragile Erlando.

Johan returns to his room, and Erlando goes out to perform surgery on a UTI patient. Even though he has a burden but to carry out his duties as Doctor Erlando can still adapt to the environment and his duties. The operation is completed. The patient is moved to his room while Erlando returns to his room to rest. He twitched his mind, not only in Australia he was looking for Nazia, even his men were looking for him in London and Germany but there was no information about Nazia.

Nazia is in one of the largest hospitals in Germany. His intelligence amazed all the doctors. "Good night Doctor Alfano." replied Nazia with a smile.

"Is the Doctor overtime tonight?" ask Dr. Alfano.

"No, I'll be home soon." replied Nazia.

"Okay, I'm back in my room first."

Alfano entered his room. He glanced at Nazia.

"Sweet smile" Inner Alfano.

Nazia took her bag and left the hospital. On the way Nazia felt nauseous, he pulled over his car and went out to throw away all the food in his stomach.

"I'm sorry mom, you keep coming home at night and don't think about clenching" Nazia said as she stroked her stomach, which was now bulging.

Nazia got back in the car, as she was about to see the seller who was selling on the side of the road. Nazia went down, she knew there must be her favorite food.

"Hello sir," Sapa Nazia. "Menu as usual."

"Hello also Nazia. How are you doing now?"

"I'm good, what about dad?"

"Well, but my wife's not okay. He had to operate but I don't have much money."

"What kind of sick wife?" nazia asked while eating.

"Cancer uterus."

Nazia ate voraciously, she did not want her child in the stomach to starve. He opened his bag and took out an envelope containing money.

"Sir,"

"Ah yes, wait a minute."

The seller approached Nazia.

Nazia said goodbye and left. 15 minutes had passed, now Nazia arrived at her house.
