Erlando paced in front of the operating room as well as Melyana and Bi Neona. Reix looked at the three adults in front of him. Neither Melyana nor Neona have questioned who Reix really is.

"Melyana How's Nazia doing?" ask Adiswa worried.

"The operation is not finished yet, dear." Melyana replied to her husband.

"Dad, don't be afraid. My mother and sister were fine inside" said Reix to calm down the now anxious Orlando.

Melyana, Adiswa and Neona looked at Reix for a moment and then looked at Orlando questioningly.

Erlando understood the gaze, "Reix is my adopted son, I adopted him from the Orphanage where Father and Mother adopted Nazia" explained Erlando.

Melyana silently looked at Reix, fearing that he might be hiding behind his father.

"Dad, I'm scared. Oma doesn't like me." she said with teary eyes.

"What's your name?" ask Melyana.

"Re-ix." she replied with a hiccup.

"Come here."

Melyana pulled Reix's petite body then hugged him.

Erlando looks pompous when he sees his mother receiving Reix in their family.

Johan sat in his room while playing his hanpho. He thanked God for meeting his cousin. For years he searched for his cousin, but nothing came of it. As he despaired and gave up, God brought in someone who gave him news, the woman he was looking for was nearby. But with a difficult life. Johan promised himself he would make his cousin happy.

"Naziah. I'm sorry you found you late" he said, looking at a photo of Nazia.

"You will make amends for your mistakes. You know, Grandpa misses you so much."

"Okay, I believe you. Ow well Adrian I hope you monitor Anata, I don't want us we are hostile because of this" Johan said again.

Adrian chuckles at Johan's last words. "I'll take care of Brother Anata and about Alex I leave it to you."

Alex was their friend back in college, but who would have thought Alex betrayed their friendship and now Alex is trying to destroy Erlando.

Germany/Hospital.

Erlando paced back and forth in front of the operating room while Reix sat on Melyana's lap.

Cring.. Cring... Handphon Melyana ringing.

Melyana took her handphone from inside the bag, she stared at the screen, inscribed Neska's name there.

I forgot to tell Neska about Nazia. Inner Melyana.

[Hello Neska, I'm sorry] Melyana said as the call connected.

[Nazia is still in the operating room]

[Okay, let me know as soon as possible]

There was the sound of a baby crying from inside, Erlando looked at his mother. Not long after, another baby cry was heard.

"Your baby twins" said Melyana, holding her child's shoulder.

Erlando shed tears, tears that fell for happiness.

Reix approached Erlando, who was now sitting glued to the floor.

"Dad, didn't you ever tell me men shouldn't cry. Why are you crying." Reix said, wiping off Erlando's tears.

Erlando hugged Reix's body, "Dad knows, but Dad's weak."

The surgery was completed, the nurse took the twins into the room and placed them into the baby box while Nazia was critical because a lot of blood came out during the operation.

Nazia downstairs to her room, Erlando sat right beside Nazia. He held the hand of his wife so cold.

Erlando felt heavy eyes, he fell asleep while holding Nazia's hand.

At 05:00, Nazia opened her eyes and saw Orlando sleeping next to her.

"Mother." call Reix wake up from his sleep.

Nadira scrunched his forehead, "What's your name dear?" ask Nazia.

"I'm Reix."

"Mother, may I call you mother?" ask Reix again.

Nadira shed tears as the question came out of the child's mouth. Questions that made him recall time
