Disabled Princess Reincarnation
Chapter 14 The First Fear of Winnie

His cheeks continued to throb even though he had washed them with cold water, the bloodstain on the corner of his lips had been erased but the bruise on his cheeks did not easily disappear.

Staring at the reflection of the face on the mirror in the toilet that Winnie looked at was not her, but Carl. The young man he had just met was harboring a deeper mystery than Aslan.

In just a few days of being Aslan's girlfriend, she has a hard time knowing that Aslan has problems like any other rich kid, but she doesn't think she'll find it in Carl.

His smile is too strange for children who lack parental attention, like dealing with the water of Lake Winnie feel must be careful on the calm that Carl has.

Shaking Winnie's head brushed aside for a moment about Carl, after washing her hands he came out of the toilet but apparently someone had a hard time waiting outside since.

"Aslan.. are you here?" tanyanya.

"Who did that to you?" aslan asked more surprised to see Winnie's bruised cheek.

"Carmen," said Winnie slowly.

Clenching his hands full of emotion Aslan sipa went to punish the person who had hurt his girlfriend, but Winnie immediately pulled Aslan's hand to stop him.

"He's not alone, there's someone with him. His name is Carl" he said.

"I don't care" Aslan said without a tremble.

"No Aslan, this guy is different. You can't deal with it on fire, I have a bad feeling about this. I'm afraid." admit Winnie for the first time after a long life of courage.

Aslan looked into Winnie's eyes which clearly showed anxiety, of course it made her shocked and alert.

"We go to the health room, your cheeks must be compressed" Aslan said.

Although the one that hurts just cheeks but Aslan does not let Winnie into class to study, he continues to be in the health room and just daydreams all day thinking about Carl.

It made Winnie lose focus until she didn't realize Aslan was looking at her.

"Is he so scary?" aslan asked curious about the sudden change in Winnie.

"What's? sorry.." said Winnie back to reality.

"What did he do to you? that man" repeated Aslan.

"Nothing, he just called me to Carmen. When Carmen taught me a lesson she just watched until she felt Carmen was outrageous and stopped her" she replied.

"He stopped Carmen?" ask Aslan not to understand.

"Yes, but I don't find any pity on him. I'm really uncomfortable, it's the first time I've met someone who's hard to read. He was too calm" he replied.

Winnie pulled the blanket and clenched it tightly while looking somewhere, at this moment Winnie was like a little bird that lost power so she could no longer fly.

Gep

Aslan's protective instincts appeared instantly, nearby Winnie firmly but did not relieve her sense of comfort.

"Therefore I say never to go from my side even a moment" Aslan said in his arms.

Somehow Winnie felt her anxiety slowly fade, her courage that had been shrill again sticking out like a horn that was ready to butcher.

The feeling of comfort and protection made Winnie feel like an actual lover, not a waitress of random draws.

......................

"Thank you" Winnie said as usual as Aslan drove her home.

Returning home from outside Winnie could hear the sound of her parents laughing, in view of the shoes that were in front of the door apparently they had guests.

"I came home." he said as he entered.

"Dear you've been home, why so long?" tanya Fabio welcomed her daughter's arrival.

Not to say, but Winnie instead stared intently at the guest who was sitting with her parents.

"Welcome," welcome Carl to look innocent.

"Tumben you guys come home fast," said Winnie did not mengubris welcome Carl.

"Ah yes, our work is smooth so we can go home faster than usual" Fabio said.

"Why are you standing? sit down with us" said Jeny.

Winnie said she was sitting right in front of Carl. Now the anxiety is back again but Winnie can control herself, of course in front of her parents she must be able to appear strong.

"After dinner arrives, I will prepare it" said Jeny got up.

"Let me help you," Winnie bargained.

"No, let me help. You guys talk," stop Fabio.

Left alone Winnie increased vigilance and stared intimidatedly.

"Your parents are very kind, although simple, but now I understand a little where your strength comes from" Carl said casually.

"What do you want?" ask Winnie without rambling.

"So you prefer to the point yeah, well I'll say. Leave Aslan and be mine" replied Carl seriously.

"If you can prove that you're better than him" Winnie replied.

"What don't I have of him?" ask Carl.

"Well, why don't you find out for yourself?" winnie Sahut.

Within a few seconds there was a fierce battle of sight, wordless but clearly intimidating to each other.

"Sshhhhh. I would love to pry your eyes out, she is too beautiful to be in a simple body. If you'd let me," said Carl slowly.

"And I wanted to split your head so I could find something I was looking for" Winnie replied.

Carl smiled, the fight is over. They also get into small talk, just chat about his friendship with Carmen.

After dinner, Carl went home.

"Aahh, you never told me you had a friend as handsome and as good as him," Jeny stared at Carl's departure.

"Yes, he even gave us some gifts. He said it was his gratitude because this father's daughter always helped his lessons in school" Fabio added.

"All the friends at my school are good people, for me this is just an ordinary act so it doesn't feel like you need to tell me" Winnie said.

"Ah how lucky we are," Jeny said gratefully.
