Chapter 10 Want to Be My Girlfriend?

Throughout the lesson Winnie could not really focus, the face of Carmen hate was so real in her mind that it made her heart feel uncomfortable.

She knew the girl very well, Carmen always wanted to be number one and didn't want any other girl to be more noticed than her. Of course, Aslan's attitude this morning has ignited his emotions and now Winnie must be ready to get punishment from Carmen.

Actually he's not afraid of anyone let alone Carmen, he just doesn't like getting into trouble with people like her for being troublesome.

"Winnie!" exclaim Deborah for the umpteenth time because Winnie did not reply.

Winnie looked around, it was already hours of rest and she didn't notice. Nodding slowly he got up and started walking together, when he was just about to sit down after getting food suddenly one of Aslan's men called and told him to come to the theater on Aslan's orders.

"Eat first" Winnie told Deborah before leaving.

Of course, after a long time of friendship, Deborah knew what Winnie had said she meant not to wait for him and not to worry about him, but still Deborah was worried but there was nothing she could do.

"What's going on?" winnie asked as they walked towards the building.

"It seems Aslan wants another show," replied Aslan's men who would have been close to Winnie before.

"Another show?" ask Winnie astonished.

"Carmen was with us earlier, and then he offended Aslan about protecting you. Carmen asked Aslan to make you her servant" he said.

Winnie rolled her eyeballs, and finally her punishment would soon begin.

"Finally you came too" greeted Carmen with a satisfied smile.

Winnie saluted as usual by lowering her head slightly, of course she did to two people in power, Aslan and Carmen.

"Winnie stands right in front of Carmen" Aslan ordered.

At first glance Winnie can see Aslan's flat expression, making her unhappy because she can't read her mind.

Standing right before Carmen Winnie could feel an aura of pride emanating from Carmen, moreover the smile was very clear.

"Slap Carmen!" aslan exclaimed which left everyone flabbergasted.

One slap landed right on Carmen's cheek before she could finish, of course what Winnie did was far more shocking than Aslan's orders.

"You..dare to!" carmen screams wrathfully while holding her sore cheek.

"Sorry, but I'm just proving that even as a waiter you don't have to give the order twice. I fully understand my position and my duties" explains Winnie without feeling guilty.

Aslan's laughter suddenly exploded, making Winnie breathe a sigh of relief as she thought she had passed the test. Carmen may still be upset and will give other severe punishments, but in this way she only needs to serve one person instead of two.

"From the first time I saw you I felt you were different from the others, those eyes.The way your eyes looked was always without doubt and without fear. I have never misjudged" Aslan said after laughing.

He walked up to Winnie, now standing in front of her to look at the pair of eyes he admired.

"Winnie, do you want to be my girlfriend?" ask Aslan suddenly.

"What's? Aslan! you're making it up!" he said Carmen couldn't believe what she had just heard.

"Yes," said Winnie firmly.

"Then from now on you're my girlfriend" Aslan said softly.

He pulled Winnie's body to hold her, a soft touch then he gave her from his lips to Winnie's slightly open lips.

Of course Winnie was surprised not to play, he did not expect Aslan would go that far. A light kiss that is the first kiss for Winnie in two lives, only briefly but able to make Winnie feel embarrassed to throw away face.

His red face looks funny in front of Aslan, he thinks Winnie will always appear like a robot but it turns out she is still a girl who can be embarrassed.

"Aslan what the hell is this? why would you want to date a poor, dirty girl like her?" hardik Carmen can't take it.

Winnie really did not expect Aslan would be interested in her like this, if she knew this she would choose to be Carmen's servant only.

Rice has become porridge, now she must remain a obedient girl as Aslan wanted. Before the gloomy day came tomorrow night Winnie gave Deborah a message, apologizing because from tomorrow she would not be able to have lunch with her again.

He also tells that from tomorrow he must accompany wherever Aslan goes so that he may not have time for Deborah, of course Deborah was sad because of that but she couldn't do much either.

Deborah thought Winnie should be Aslan's servant because of a punishment or something, so she only gave support so that Winnie can still be enthusiastic and patient in living it.
