7. Jealous

Varen and his other friends help the process of removing the bodies of Tika's parents from the hospital. All waiting for the sister of his father Tika to reach the city of S.

Tika was still crying beside the bodies of her parents. Beside him was Varen trying to calm him down. At that moment, Varen's mind was split. On one hand he pity Tika. On the other hand he thought of Ticia who was determined to go home alone, without saying goodbye to him as well.

After waiting a few hours. At exactly 02:00 in the morning. Tika's parents' bodies have been discharged from the hospital and will be returned to the funeral home.

"Gue go home first, I'll be here again!" pamit Varen and his three friends.

*THE NEXT MORNING*

Varen awakens in shock due to a phone call. When she opened her eyes she smiled faintly in the belief that the call was from Ticia.

"Yes" he said softly.

But immediately changed his face and saw who called him. It turns out that the call was not from Ticia, but from Iqbal who nagged because Varen did not come to Tika's house to serve.

At first Varen was still lazy because he thought if it was still morning. But as soon as he looked towards the wall clock. Instantly jump him from his bed. "Gue took a bath" he said, ending a phone conversation with Iqbal.

At exactly 11 p.m., Tika's parents were buried in a public cemetery not far from where she lived. The atmosphere changed a day when Tika's parents' body was put into laing lahat.

"Stop in front! I want to talk to Ticia!" his bold orders are rejected by Nathan.

"No need, I want to play at Nathan's house first" replied Ticia lying. Hearing Ticia's reply instantly made Varen stare at Nathan intently. Nathan became nervous and panicked himself due to Varen's sharp gaze.

"Let's hunt brother, afternoon hunt!" said Ticia.

Nathan timidly started running his bike leaving Varen still glaring. For now maybe he can escape Varen's anger. But don't know for tomorrow.
