This morning Dee was struggling with her kitchen utensils. After finishing the morning prayers, Dee went straight to the kitchen to make breakfast for her family.
Ibra and Al, who had just returned from the mosque after the dawn prayers, saw Dee busy in the kitchen. Wijaya prayed at home with Raina in her room. The boy and Abi looked very handsome with Koko's sarong and clothes attached to their bodies. Al looks like a mini version of Ibra. Only their cheeks look different. Ibra with his black peci, while Al with his favorite white peci.
"Boy, you go to the room, yeah. Abi wants to go to Umi first" said Ibra.
"Did you bother Umi?" al asked, squinting his eyes.
"Ck, come on Boy. Abi just wanted to be alone with Umi," said Ibra grumpily.
"Huft, adults really suck. Instead of looking for calm instead of looking for a commotion," said Al waltzing off to go up the stairs.
Ibra laughed when she heard her son's words. "One day if you fall in love, you will feel this great happiness, son. Abi hopes Al grows up to be a wise man. And never repeat the mistake Abi made," murmured Ibra to see Al's missing back.
Ibra moved her feet towards the kitchen quietly without a sound. Arriving at the kitchen, Ibra wrapped her hands around Dee's slender waist.
"Astagfirullahalazim" said Dee, shocked by Ibra's touch.
"Mas, I'm surprised to know" said Dee, hitting the back of Ibra's hand on her stomach.
Ibra. Instead of letting go, Ibra even further tightened her embrace.
"What is Mas Ibra cooking?" ask Ibra gently.
"Don't bother me, Mom. Come on for breakfast" said Dee.
Ibra instead became more and more by inhaling the scent of Dee's neck covered with hijab.
"Mas, I'm amused" said Dee, feeling her hijab being blown off by Ibra's breath.
Ibra smiled happily at the spoiled reaction of his wife. "You cook, honey. I'm not bothering you" said Ibra, resting her chin on Dee's shoulder.
Dee simply rolled her lazy eye and continued her activities. Let Ibra hug her like this.
"Honey," called Ibra in between Dee's activities.
"Hem," replied Dee who was busy with her cooking spices.
"Today Al had a school holiday first, yes," Ibra said.
"Why Mas?" ask Dee.
"Tomorrow Kevin will return to Jakarta the same as the others. So today we went for a walk, yeah. We'll watch Al and Kina's time with Zahra, honey" Ibra said.
Dee stopped her activities and turned her body towards Ibra. "Are you sure Zahra is going to Turkey, Mas? It doesn't matter if Zahra lives with us" Dee said.
Ibra. "I'm sure, honey. Let Zahra stay with Sofia and Kevin. A kid would be better off staying with his mom, honey. I told you Kevin loves Zahra. He will not part with Zahra" Ibra said.
Dee just nodded obediently hearing Ibra's words. Hopefully this is the best. Inner Dee wished for the good of all.
"Yes, later let Adek say the same Al to make a holiday" said Dee.
"No need, darling. Let me tell you the same Al and Kina" Ibra said.
Dee nodded. "Then I go up first, yes," said Ibra.
"Yes, Mas" said Dee, smiling softly.
Before leaving, Ibra kissed Dee on the forehead, and gave a glimpse of his wife's tiny lips. After that, Ibra went to Al's room.
Dee was just head bobbing at her husband's extremely spoiled attitude while with his own family. But if he was with someone else, he would turn cold.
.....
Ibra enters Al's room. The first thing he saw was his two children teaching on the bed. Kina did sleep last night in Al's room. He was very spoiled with his beloved brother. Really, a very soothing sight to Ibra's heart. Ibra slowly walked towards Al's bed. There was a cute sound of Kina reading the iqra' that was on her lap. Al occasionally corrected the recitation of Kina.
Ibra carefully sat on Al's bed. Kina and Al who saw the arrival of Ibra immediately ended their activities.
"Sodakhaulazim."
Said Al and Kina ended their teaching activities.
Ibra smiled to see her two children who seemed to love each other very much.
"Abi," said the spoiled Kina extending her hand to Ibra.
Ibra who understood Kina's intention was to bring Kina's body into her lap.
"Have you finished bothering Umi, Abi?" ask Al to Ibra. Ibra only chuckles to hear Al's question without answering it.
"Boy," call Ibra.
"Yes, Abi" replied Al.
" It's school holiday, yeah Boy," pinta Ibra.
Dahi Al was wrinkled to hear Ibra's words. "Why is Abi?" ask Al.
Ibra took a short breath before answering Ibra's question. Ibra will tell Al everything. Because being honest would be better for him.
"Boy, tomorrow the others will return to Jakarta. So today Abi wants us to go for a walk together" asked Ibra.
Al was silent. Seeing Al who was silent, Ibra continued her words. "Make good memories with Zahra, Boy. Because in a week, Uncle Kevin will take Zahra to Turkey. They will stay there" Ibra explained.
"Uncle Kevin to Turkey Abi?" ask Al.
Ibra.
"Bring Zahra?" ask Al again.
Ibra nodded again.
"Why Abi?" ask Al.
"Uncle Kevin will take care of the company there, Boy," Ibra said.
"Really, Abi?" ask Al memicing.
Ibra definitely nodded. "Right, Boy," replied Ibra.
"All right, Al's going to be on holiday now. But before that Al to school first for permission," said Al.
Ibra. "Later Abi befriended" said Ibra.
"Yes, Abi" replied Al.
"So, Adek want to go for a walk?" ibra asked Kina.
Enthusiastically the boy nodded. Kina looks very funny with the mucus attached to her body.
"Yes already, now continue to pay, yes. Abi is also coming" said Ibra.
Al and Kina nodded. Then they taught together on Al's bed.
Dee who saw it all from behind the door of Al's room smiled happily. Thank you for this wonderful gift, God. Inner Dee gave thanks for everything.
As Ibra walks into Al's room, Dee follows her. He fears Al will refuse to take the day off, and Dee intends to help persuade Al. But all outside his expectations, Al agreed and Kina also seemed happy.
Dee turned her back and went back to the kitchen to finish her work.
