CHAPTER 103

Now at the Ibra residence, it is crowded because of the presence of Agam and Alan. Now they are sitting enjoying a snack that was given eh Bi Nini in the family room.

"Why did you come here?" ask Ibra.

"For me. Once in a while I am single" chirped Agam mocking Ibra.

"Damn it!" ketus Ibra throws a pillow at Agam.

"So Dee's not married anymore, is she?" ask Agam while putting on his thinking face.

"Yes it is. Who wouldn't want to be with Dee? I was beautiful, religious, motherly again. Just a fool who doesn't like him" Alan insinuated Ibra.

"Lo quipped me?" ibra said not to accept.

"Lo feel?" alan replied fiercely.

Ibra clucked in annoyance at seeing Alan. This one friend is really an expert in satire. But a second later, Ibra's face turned mellow.

"But Lo's right, Lan. If it wasn't for me, now I would have helped Al with his schoolwork. And then Dee came to give Al a snack and milk. After that Al sleeps, and I can mess with Dee," said Ibra daydream.

"Lo ngayal?" agam meledek.

Ibra smiled wryly. "That's all I can do now" Ibra said.

"Gue didn't mean Lo, Ib. I just want you to change. If one day Dee returns with Al, I hope that Lo has become Ibra who is not stupid and selfish" said Alan.

"Lo know where Dee is?" ask Ibra. Because from Alan's speech, Ibra suspects that Alan seems to know the existence of Dee.

"Yet. This time Dee really with great intention went to leave Lo," said Alan.

"Pray for me, Ib. If the soul mate is not going anywhere," said Agam.

Amidst their conversation, Kevin came with his disheveled face.

"Love doesn't guarantee, Vin. There must be trust and honesty in the household" said Ibra.

"I agree if Ibra has spoken. He's more experienced. So experienced to be left behind," said Agam.

Again Agam's speech made Ibra throw a tissue box on the table. His intentions want to advise, even he who is insinuated. Alan and Kevin who saw it just laughed while shaking their heads to see the behavior of Agam and Ibra.

Agam who saw Ibra throw sontak dodge. As he moved to avoid the tissue box, a piece of paper fell out of his jacket pocket.

"What's falling down?" alan asked who had seen him first.

"What?" ask Agam confused.

"Well, there's paper falling out of Lo's jacket pocket" Alan pointed to the paper on the floor with his mouth.

Kevin looked down and picked up the paper. "Oh this," said Kevin.

"What paper?" ask Ibra.

"Letter" replied Kevin briefly.

"What letter?" ask Ibra again.

"Lo read it yourself" said Agam gave his paper to Ibra.

"Lo got the job of overseeing the race, Gam?" ibra asked after reading the letter.

"Yes. There is a national painting competition held by the National Gallery of Indonesia. So for security, the organizers asked the police for help. You see this race all over Indonesia who participated," replied Agam.

"My son's coming along" Alan chirped.

"Lo's son can paint?" ask Kevin.

"I don't know, he said he was asked by the school to join the race," Alan replied while eating a snack in front of him.

Ibra. Hearing the word painting she remembers her son. Al loved to paint. Is he painting often or not? I don't know, Ibra doesn't know.

Al was at school this morning. Al immediately walked towards the principal's room to hand over the approval letter that Dee had signed.

"Assalamu'alaikum" said Al. Hearing no word from inside, Al peeked a little and found the principal's room still empty.

As his eyes frowned within the Principal's room, a pat on his shoulder startled Al.

"Astagfirullah," said Al rubbing his chest. Al turned around and looked at his Headmaster who was standing behind Al with an astonished expression.

"Why are you Al?" ask Anton as the Headmaster.

Al did not answer Anton's question. He took off his bag and put it in front of him. After that Al took out an envelope and gave it to Anton.

"This, Mr. Principal," said Al. After that he closed his bag again and slung it on both shoulders.

"Your mother agreed, son?" ask Anton happily.

Al nodded. "Yes, Sir. Umi agrees if Al goes, " replied Al.

"Yes, then today Al can go home and do not have to take lessons. You have to prepare for our departure tomorrow" Anton said.

"Tomorrow, Sir?" al was surprised.

"Yes, Son. This letter was from two weeks ago. Because you have a lot of work, so forget. And only able to give it to you yesterday," said Anton.

"Why don't you say it from far away!" al Ketus. After that he passed away from the Headmaster's room to immediately return to his home. It turns out that Ibra's bad attitude still exists in Al. Ketus and do not know the place if you are angry.

Anton who saw the departure of Al can only gawk. "Whose Headmaster, who's angry at who. Fortunately the favorite student," said Anton rubbed his chest.

Al arrived at his house with his face bent. Dee, who was in his shop, walked out when he saw Al walking into his shop.

"Well, Al. Why go home again, son?" ask Dee wonder.

"By the Headmaster of Umi School. He said Al had to leave tomorrow" said Al with his face off.

"Keep why is his face so upset, son?" ask Dee.

"If tomorrow will be sudden, Umi," whined Al.

Dee smiled looking at Al who was whining to him. It had been a long time since he had seen his son acting so spoiled.

"Yes, now Umi help prepare the needs of Al, yes," said Dee invite Al to go to their home.

Al nodded obediently and followed his Uminya steps.

"Umi," call Al. They were in Al's room.

Dee who was putting some of Al's needs into her son's bag turned her head. "Yes, son," Dee replied.

"Is everything going to be okay, Umi?" ask Al.

Dee understands now. His son was not fully ready to go to Jakarta. Dee walked up to Al and sat Al on his lap. "Al must be sure. Everything's gonna be fine. Nothing will change" Dee said.

"But what if Al meets Abi and his wife?" ask Al.

"That means Allah did lead Al to meet Abi. Believe, Son. God always wants the best for his servant" said Dee softly.

"Al hope not to meet anyone there, Umi," said Al lirih.

"After all, it must be for the best. Al just needs to focus on the sheep and not think about anything else" Dee said.

"The same Kina is here waiting for Al to come home with a trophy," continued Dee encouraged Al.

Al smiled happily and nodded enthusiastically. "Al will do his best for Umi and Kina" said Al.

Dee nodded and tightly hugged his son's body. A thousand thanks he said because given a child as good as Al. God gave him two of the most beautiful trusts, Al and Kina.
