211. Towards the Secret God

After running all day at the full speed they had, leaving the two Sacred Guards exhausted and exhausted of energy. Reynal understood his ability to gather and store energy as well as energy was very different from the Sacred guards accompanying him. Reynal therefore offered that they could rest in a small town not far from where they are today.

During the trip, Reynal had become acquainted with the two Sacred Guards of the Martial Academy. Both named Luck and Jack, each of them had the power of a second layer of the Universe level making his standing on the Sacred Guard not too bad.

They were also among the warriors who had the opportunity to gain an increase in strength by Draco along with thirty other guards. Even so, they said that their strength was very small compared to the other elders and higher-ups of the Academy.

They intend to take the test of becoming high and main elders next year when their strength has reached the level of the fourth layer of the Universe.

Both look very familiar because of their age with Reynal only five years adrift, Luck himself looks like a swordsman with a slightly slender body, he is seen carrying a short sword which he sinks on his back.

While Jack looks more like a knight than a swordsman. The large tube also resembles a large spear with a large shield made of steel.

“We will rest there, guard Luck and guard Jack better recover your power. I'm planning to go back tonight, don't you guys mind?” reynal said courteously. Reynal has always been used to trying to be polite to people older than him.

“It's okay, we are sure our energy and power have recovered by then.”

The three of them then entered a large house with a signboard in front of it bearing the inn.

The house was not too big but enough for the three to rest. Reynal then ordered three rooms for him and the two holy guards.

“Two silver coins last night for one room tuan” said a young girl who became a guard there.

Reynal gave the girl one gold coin, making the girl look a little confused.

“No sir, I don't say this less, but I don't have the change.” The girl looked down in fear at the reaction of Luck and Jack who seemed to be dodging a little of their energy. He seemed to know about warriors or knights who had power, so getting such pressure made him a little frightened.

“Already, take that as a gift and an apology from us for scaring you” Reynal shook his head slowly, he took over for not wanting Luck and Jack to go any further.

“Thank you tuan” the servant girl replied with a little trembling, then started walking forward “Please, I will take the gentlemen to the room” he said.

“No, we can do it ourselves.” Luck said a little sniffy making the girl come back scared.

“Guard Luck, you can't do that to him!” Reynal tried to calm the girl down, but it seemed futile. The girl ran away from them after handing over the three room keys along with her number to Reynal.

“I know you guys were assigned to keep me safe, but it looks like you guys are too tense and worried. You guys don't need to be like that to the girl, I don't feel bad intentions from her.” Reynal then handed over the keys to their respective rooms.

After saying that, Reynal immediately entered his room and began to rest, as well as the guards Luck and Jack who had prepared to rest while gathering their energy slowly.

But they had not had time to rest, a shout shocked them. The scream was like the cry of a woman. Reynal felt the voice was not so foreign to him. Not wanting anything bad to happen, Reynal called the two Sacred guards to help him check what was going on.

The three of them immediately looked for the source of the voice, how surprised Reynal found the servant girl now lying unconscious. Reynal immediately checked his condition, fortunately the servant girl only fainted, making Reynal only slightly drain his energy.

The girl came to her senses after a while, she saw Reynal and the other two people. Meanwhile, Jack and Luck hear the sound of a fight, as long as the sound comes outside the inn. The two immediately moved out to check what was really going on.

“Sacred Player, come here and take a look at this.” Shouted guard Luck at Reynal.
