Dark Autumn's

Dark Autumn's
25. A Heart's.

The room is moist, wet, mossy, even has an unusual aroma—oday, terrible. Ever since Val asked her to leave her family home and after hearing the story of everything that happened, Henny has really left and never showed up there. Val will come if he calls, just a few times.

Henny heads strongly, realising that Val is no longer heeding his call to fulfill what has been an obligation for a long time.

Two loyal followers of Henny who had been hiding in this place, curled up saluting the leader. They call Henny the 'Queen'.

"Have you found him?"

"Not the Queen! We also could not enter into their residence, the defensive fort that Val and his family had built was too strong! We can't destroy it!"

Henny laughed sarcastically.

"He dared to reject me?" henny said in a monologue with a terrible grin on her red lips. "What exactly is Val planning? Is he going to betray? Not gonna hand over the logger for me?" henny muttered softly, barely making a sound. "We'll see, is he also ready to see his family members die slowly one by one in my hands?"

As promised, Val walked to one of his favorite balconies while enjoying the view and seeing Lea from a distance, first. Val smiled remembering those lovely memories. Where the heart that is usually just still and frozen, suddenly beats quickly and makes his body more shiver when he sees Lea for the first time. And this time, the woman was standing right next to her, pregnant with her child-to-be, and also looked beautiful in Val's eyes even though her physique had slowly turned thin since she was pregnant.

The woman in a long white dress was circulating a glance at the stretch of tall trees that looked a little scary at dusk like this. While Val, wearing a plain black shirt with long sleeves, and pants matching color material.

"You'll be amazed to see the beautiful savannah at dusk!" val took the same view as Lea.

Lea was just silent, withstanding the cold weather of the mountains accompanied by a drizzle that descended quite heavily.

"You ready?" val asked, now linking his man to Lea's presence beside him.

Lea looked at Val and nodded, confirming. A moment later saw Val extend a pale and large palm before Lea. Slowly and cautiously and doubtfully and awkwardly shackled, Lea greeted Val's palm.

Instantly, I felt the world spinning. Like circling through the passage of time that causes nausea and dizziness simultaneously. Val didn't kiss her lips like she used to when she first traveled that time. Lea only found Val's sapphire blue bead that suddenly glowed, giving off a blue glow that she had never seen. It's the first time.

The trip this time took a bit of time, not as fast as it was. However, they finally got to where the woman wanted to be. Savannah that is being rolled up in the twilight, showing the nature like a very beautiful painting. Lea was flabbergasted once again, when she saw the beauty of the place where Val used to be cruelly abandoned by her parents. A sudden sense of grief struck Leah's mind, as she turned to the object before her at this moment, Val.

Lea pulled her palm from Val's tight grip and stepped far towards the lake that was still just as beautiful. This time there are more, and also flowering.

Far away there, the breath that he had been able to finally blow freely when Lea was away, Val gasped. His power's drained. He knows, this is the effect. Saves strong black shirt right on the chest, Val began to adjust the breath so that the power back. Then walked towards Lea who was playing water like the color of the leaves was lipped by a well.

Val's steps were slightly shaken, but he continued to try his hardest to hide in front of Lea.

And now, the foot of his level is standing right next to Lea. Pinning his best smile on when he saw Lea looking up at him.

"You can drink the water! Your baby will love it!"

Lea did not immediately believe, then she stood up and circulated her gaze at the savanna sky that slowly changed orange. Very beautiful, Lea was stunned. It turns out that what Val said was right, this place is very beautiful at night.

"Beautiful right?"

Lea nodded, not denying the slightest bit of what Val was questioning. This place is really beautiful. Orange sky, the air blowing cool makes the flowers also waved, and also the reflection of orange light combined with the green of the lake, really Lea never saw this beautiful scenery all her life so far.

"Thank you for showing me such a beautiful place!"

Val smiled, turned the torso to Lea and grabbed both of the frail shoulders into an embrace. Warm. Val said he misses Lea very much.

"You deserve all this beauty—" Val paused, wiping Lea's back mane very gently, attentively and with a genuine sense of Love and affection from her. "You're willing to give yourself to us, so you deserve all this!" val continued with the rest of the energy he had.

Lea again found Val's sapphire blue bead dimmed.

"Why do your eyes give off such light?"

"That's because I'm so happy!" sahut Val was quick, still with a sincere smile on his beer.

Suddenly, Lea found her own heartache when she saw Val's bead. Val's not okay, Lea can feel that clearly.

Without saying much, Val brought their faces closer together. Grabbing Lea's coat, soft, with the beer. A sapphire blue light shimmered from the link of their lips, Val channeled something that he had been holding on to since, to him, and Lea could feel something running down her throat all the way to her veins and blood. Lea closed, shedding tears. Let Val give her one of the most precious things. Lea knows, she's aware of all that. When he was about to move away and refuse, Val pulled the nape of the neck and tightened the embrace on his waist until Lea did not wart.

After Val's sense of everything has moved on Lea, Val takes off her lip link. Still in a wet eye, Val's lint shook. Like losing energy completely. Then she smiled again when she saw Lea open her eyes, gently rubbing Lea's tears that also fell.

"Please keep this a secret from anyone!"

"Why are you doing this?"

"This is all I can do to protect you both! And please, take good care of our son!"

Lea touched Val's palm, not as cold as usual.

"What if something happens to you?"

"No! I'll be fine! Don't worry about me!"

Lea did not begeming, she just lowered her head, stunned, even sobbing softly because Val really gave the life he had all this time to her.

"I'll bring your father here, because I can't get you together in our house!" val continued in a low tone of voice. "This place is safe, and no one can come here but Nana!"

Lea was still bowed, "Please, take everything back from me! I'm sure you need Val more!" he said in a loud voice because of the crying that he could no longer endure.

Although Lea did not see him, Val shook his head, he would not take back what he had given. However, Lea slowly stepped back, distancing herself from Val's presence. Strangled extraordinarily tightly by his growing guilt for self.

"Trust me, I'll be back in good shape!" val assured.

Lea was stalled, stagnant with a roar of hunting breath.

"Tell me, what kind of damn curse did that woman say, until she played someone's life like this?"

Val was stuck in his own saliva sip. Staring at Lea in an increasingly raining body shake.

"Lalu—" pause Lea for a moment, then continue. "...laugh at me! What's the most important part of you you've given me?"

Val was silent, his lips slightly opened in order to scoop up the air that he had loved so much since long ago. Darkness began to crawl, faint rattling sounds rang out on the other side of the Savana, following the fireflies that began to appear around Val standing up. As if giving awareness to Lea, that Val is the most beautiful thing that he met and he got.

Val cremated his fingers that felt light in numb even though the temperature here is quite warm. His lips were slightly open hesitating to give an answer.

"heart!" he said slowly, raising his face to look at Lea who looked filled with shock.

"I gave you my heart!"

There was still no reply from Lea who stood not too far away. Until Val's low voice returned to his shade. "I love you!"[]
