Chapter 3: Crazy Agreement

Now Caitlin is standing while holding the envelope given by Aaron.he is gathering strength to read the agreement that Aaron has determined unilaterally. He slowly opened the brown envelope, although he was convinced that the contents would only make it more and more ruined.

After reading the contents of the covenant letter Caitlin simply fell silent, as if she did not believe what Aaron had made. Aaron doesn't need Caitlin's approval. Aaron is still focusing on his phone regardless of Caitlin whose eyes have now been glazed.

"What does this mean, Aaron?" caitlin asked in a slightly trembling voice holding back her cries.

"You read it, right? You shouldn't have asked me again. You know, I accepted this marriage because I had to. If only my brother hadn't run away and left your marriage, maybe I wouldn't have been the victim here" Aaron replied.

"I didn't know it was going to happen like this. It's not even my will to choose you as your brother Aaron's substitute bride" replied Caitlin weakly.

"Enough Caitlin, you just have to do what is written in the letter of the agreement I made. You don't interfere in my affairs, nor will I ever interfere in your affairs. We can only behave as if we are real husband and wife in front of our parents. Beyond that, you and I, respectively," said Aaron, while draping his hands over the chest of his field.

"Crazy agreement, then what would you be willing to be my husband for if you could not make this household as beautiful as the household out there," said Caitlin without realizing her tears began to drip.

"You don't have to worry, I'll give you money every month. If you ask me why I would be willing to be your husband, it is because I want my father's company to be mine, and also I want a boy from your womb to continue my company in the future, you know what I mean, right?" said Aaron passed by and passed into the room on the second floor of the house.

Aaron who listened to Caitlin's cry downstairs felt pity, was he that bad towards that woman? But Aaron again dismissed his thoughts, after all if Caitlin suffered it is not his business. Aaron chose to lay his body on the bed, as he was already quite tired by this day.

Shortly after, Caitlin opened the door and walked slowly to Aaron, who was lying in his bed, entering slowly because he did not want to disturb Aaron who was asleep. Although Aaron does not consider him a wife entirely, but he will still try to be a good wife for Aaron.

When Caitlin began to lay her body on the bed, Aaron woke up again and looked at Caitlin. Caitlin who was frightened by the gaze given Aaron preferred to move back from the bed.

"Can't I sleep here with you?" ask Caitlin nervously.

"No, I don't forbid you to sleep here, besides you also have to quickly conceive my child, right? But don't worry, I'm too tired today, so we're not going to do it tonight" Aaron said.

Caitlin immediately laid her body in the mattress, she was very tired with today plus her mind was increasingly chaotic because of Aaron. Why not a normal marriage alone why Aaron prefers a marriage based on this crazy agreement. That was what came to Caitlin's mind at the moment.

After taking a bath, Caitlin immediately went downstairs to start her first day as Aaron's wife in this luxurious house. The first time he did was look at the contents of the refrigerator and take whatever he could cook with the ingredients.

"The house is luxurious like this, but the ingredients for cooking are few. Strange," chirped Caitlin.

Aaron who had woken up from his sleep saw beside him there was no Caitlin. Where does the woman think she is.

Soon Aaron was done cleaning up. The pleasant aroma from below made his stomach become very hungry.

"Who cooks blind in the morning like this? All the maids are on leave for a week" Aaron thought

Aaron walked out of the room and down towards the kitchen. He saw a beautiful woman in white, long bound hair who now turned her back and was busy with her vows. Aaron can't lie to himself Caitlin is indeed very beautiful any man will definitely fall for a woman like Caitlin. But as his heart had now frozen, he brushed off that he would never fall in love with Caitlin. Because for Aaron he was with Caitlin only mutually beneficial. Aaron's family helped resurrect the Caitlin family company. And it was Caitlin who got Aaron what he wanted, his father's big company.

"Hi Aaron is awake" said Caitlin smiling as she tidied a plate of fried rice on the dinner table.

"Already," Aaron replied in a very flat tone.

And it became commonplace for Caitlin, facing Aaron who was always flat and cold. Caitlin just smiled kindly.

"I've made breakfast for you, but I only make fried rice because the supply of ingredients in the refrigerator is only a little" said Caitin

"Yes thank you," Aaron replied still the same with his flat tone

Caitlin chose to move to the middle room while carrying a plate containing fried rice for her.

"Where are you going?" ask Aaron

"I want to eat there, I'm afraid you won't eat with me" replied Caitlin as she walked to the sofa.

"All right," said Aaron.

The deg! Caitlin's heart ached, thinking Aaron would hold her back. Even though he knew their marriage had a covenant letter in it, was eating together something they should not do?

After finishing his breakfast, Aaron immediately prepared to go to the office, because today was the first day he worked again after he married Caitlin. Aaron prefers to work instead of choosing to honeymoon with his wife, Caitlin. Aaron's parents have given them a honeymoon ticket to Turkey. But Aaron refused it on the grounds of wanting to honeymoon to the country they both wanted.

"I'm leaving!" said Aaron immediately walked out of the house without waiting for a jawban from Caitlin.

After feeling that the homework has been completed Caitlin, and also Aaron has gone to work. Now he sat down on the couch and grabbed his phone. There are many missed calls from his two best friends, Noah and Sarah.

"Hallo!" eventually Caitlin decided to call them back. The first person he called was Noah.

"Hi Caitlin! How are you?" noah answered there.

"I'm fine Noah, what about you?" ask Caitlin

"Well, how's your wedding going?" Noah asked as if he wanted to know.

"My marriage is fine. You don't have to worry!" answer Caitlin

"Thank God, I hope you're always happy" Noah said, turning off the call.

Aaron was busy in front of his computer. There seems to be a lot of work left behind since he married Caitlin. But Aaron is a guy who never complains, he's a very hardworking guy. His dream is to make his company become a big and famous company in his city.

There was the sound of Aaron's door opening, and there was a very beautiful woman who was now starting to step and approach Aaron who was now beginning to sculpt.
