Chapter 14: Jealousy

After Caitlin came home from Aaron's office, she decided to go to the Cafe. Maybe with him going to the cafe a little reduce his annoyance to Aaron. Caitlin then calls Kylie and Noah to accompany her.

He could have silenced me like that! Why did the caterpillar woman come to my husband's office?  Thought Caitlin while snorting in annoyance.

Soon Kylie and Noah come together. Because Kylie and Noah are neighbors, so it's no wonder they go anywhere they'll always be together.

"Geez, why are you so upset, Caitlin?" Kylie asked as she sat near Caitlin.

"Yes your face is like a tangled thread" Ejek Noah said.

Kylie and Noah laugh together to make Caitlin even more upset.

"You guys! I asked you to come here not to mock me" Caitlin said with a pouting lip.

"Some of you we come and we frown, so don't blame us if we make fun of you" Kylie said, laughing.

But Noah did not come laughing like that, in his mind only about Caitlin is now. Why is he pouting like this? Ask Noah inwardly.

"What's up with you Caitlin?" Ask Noah softly.

"Come story!" Kylie.

Actually in his heart Caitlin hesitated to tell her to Noah, even though she had told Kylie but she did not dare to tell her to Noah, because Caitlin knows what Noah would look like if she knew someone was hurting her.

"You promised me, didn't you? If anything happens to you you'll tell me" Noah said, staring intently at Caitlin.

Caitlin just nodded, understanding what Noah said.

"News!" Pinta Noah was very soft.

"I got a message from someone this morning, it contained a picture of my husband and his ex-lover. My heart seems broken now, what is this thing called jealousy?" Caitlin asked the two friends.

The deg! Noah's heart seemed to be pierced by a thousand thorns mengendung speech conveyed by women who had been in love felt jealous when hearing Aaron making out with other women.

You insolent Aaron, how dare you hurt Caitlin! I swear I'll take Caitlin from you if you hurt her again! Aaron said in his heart by clenching both his hands.

Caitlin who felt that Noah was emotional because of what happened to her started to feel bad for Noah. That's why Caitlin didn't want to tell Noah. Actually Caitlin knows if Noah keeps the taste on him, but Caitlin does not know so that their friendship is not destroyed and does not want to hurt each other later.

"Who is the sender of the message?" Noah asked, looking into Caitlin's eyes.

"I don't know, it's a number I don't know" replied Caitlin.

Noah frowned, like there was something strange about the sender of the message.

"Why should that person send you a friendly photo of your husband with another woman?" Ask Kylie plain.

"You're! Yes obviously to destroy Caitlin's household," Noah replied a little annoyed.

"Let me find out who sent you that message!" Noah's words calmed Caitlin down.

"But have you ever met that woman?" Ask Kylie.

"Before coming here I came to my husband's office, and there was that woman" replied Caitlin with a sad face.

The insolent! Think Noah.

"It's better you forget for a moment about the photo, you didn't come here to be sad, did you?" Noah tried to comfort Caitlin by gently nudging Caitlin's shoulder.

Caitlin smiled again, even if she had to. He did not want to make the two friends worry anymore. It was this guilt towards Noah that he currently regretted, because it was not necessary for Noah to know what had happened to him.

The three of them began to take pictures, with occasional stories about their friendship since a long time. Again Caitlin felt very lucky to have friends like Kylie and Noah in her life.

Aaron who has finished doing all his work now starts to lay his body on the sofa in his room. What came to her mind at this moment was Caitlin. Why is he often thinking about his wife.

Am I starting to fall in love with her? Aaron asked inwardly, imagining Caitlin's always sweet attitude and treatment towards him.

But there is a little guilt in his heart, because all this time he has always treated his wife badly. Aaron who always did not care about Caitlin, he who always acted coldly to Caitlin.

Are you able to open my heart that I've sealed this Caitlin? Are you able to melt Caitlin's frozen heart? Aaron asked in his heart.

Caitlin and her two best friends decided to go home because the sky was getting darker. As they walked out of the cafe, it rained heavily. Kylie's saying goodbye because her father has already picked her up, and there's a very important affair and can't for Kylie to leave. Caitlin and Noah nodded as Kylie said goodbye.

"Be careful on Kylie's road!" Caitlin yelled as Kylie ran towards her car.

"Sure!" Kylie shouted back.

Caitlin laughed, Noah who saw her also laughed at the behavior of his two friends.

Now only Caitlin and Noah are patrolled by the cafe, watching thousands of rainwater fall. Noah, who was feeling very nervous, tried to calm himself by rubbing his palms together.

"If the rain continues like this, I'll be late for home and I'm afraid my husband has come home first" said Caitlin, who kept staring at the rainwater.

"Do you want me to deliver you now?" Ask Noah.

"You forgot Noah? I'll take the car," Caitlin smiled.

Noah only blushed in shame, and felt the rain was getting heavier until there was already water dripping on Caitlin's head and himself, Noah immediately opened his jacket and poked into their heads.

Aaron, who was driving his car, clenched his hands together. What he saw really upset him, yes Aaron was on the same road with the cafe that Caitlin and Noah came to. Aaron who was feeling very upset started hitting the steering wheel of his car. What a feeling it was, his heart was now starting to feel very sick. Is Aaron falling in love with Caitlin?

On the other hand, Evan who smiled saw the closeness of Caitlin along with Noah. Evan immediately captured the moment of togetherness of Caitlin and Noah. If Grace knew this, then Grace would pay her very dearly.

As the rain begins to subside, Caitlin and Noah decide to go home. Noah who felt bad about Caitlin immediately took off his jacket which he made an umbrella for himself and Caitlin.

"Be careful on Caitlin's road!" Noah said as Caitlin got into her car.

"You too!" Reply Caitlin who started driving her car and left Noah.

Aaron who has arrived home first, is now busy with his activities in the kitchen. He started taking some ingredients and making coffee. When the coffee was finished, he stepped towards the sofa of the living room.

The incident he saw earlier, really made him very upset. Turns out Caitlin's playing with a guy out there.

Soon the main door opened, and Caitlin began to look inside the house.

"Where have you been?" Asked Aaron coldly.

"Gather with friends!" Answer Caitlin ketus. He's still very upset with Aaron since the incident at the office.

"Friends who protect people's wives?" Asked Aaron coldly stepping his feet towards the room.

Why would he know? Did he see me with Noah? He looks angry this time. Is he starting to get jealous? Caitlin thought a little smile and immediately followed Aaron into the room
