The Bloodstained Queen had a haughty attitude about her, as if she had done nothing but catch a butterfly flying inside her flower garden. It looked like an ordinary course of action, but it instantly froze the long blade even though a shocking amount of power had been poured into it.
All momentum is gone. All the killing intent within it had been dispelled. The mental energy, willpower, strength, and soul that had been poured into the blade was useless; it seemed to have been caught in a steel vise, with no way to pull it at all. The bright snow bar quickly began to redden from the heat, like a piece of iron in a furnace.
The grip of the Blood-soaked Queen tightened, and the smoldering red blade began to shatter. A spider web of cracks appeared on its surface, as if the blade was a fragile shard of glass that was about to break.
"You-" The deep, hooded gaze of the mysterious man was now filled with shock and admiration. He could only take out this one word, because in the next moment the seal suddenly lit up on the Queen's glove as he unleashed an even greater force through her palm.
The knife exploded! A beautiful and terrifying fireball erupted between the two as a blade filled with energy exploded like a bomb that had been ignited. Countless metal shards were sprayed in all directions. The mysterious man was blown away by the force of the explosion, with his face, chest, and arms all pierced by flying metal shards while the flames caused his entire body to be covered with terrible burns. By the time he fell to the ground, he looked like a burning hollow cloth puppet.
Cloudhawk angrily rubbed his eyes. What the hell just happened? All he saw was a mysterious man attacking the Queen. Moments later, there was a sudden explosion! This all happened too quickly, so he could not see all the details, but when the Bloodstained Queen moved, Cloudhawk felt a power ripple appear.
What a power! The mysterious leader of the sweep battalion was already a leading expert from the wastelands, but in the presence of the Bloodstained Queen, he was absolutely nothing. He had just suffered a crushing defeat!
The mysterious man himself did not imagine that the difference in strength between them would be so great. There was no way to bridge the gap between the two of them. A moment later, a terrified tendril suddenly swirled out from the depths of his soul, then spread like wildfire throughout his mind. He only has one thought left – escape!
He has become stupid. Really stupid! This woman was someone from that legendary place; even her master was a little wary of her. How could a spender like himself possibly oppose him?
When Cloudhawk realized that the man was going to escape, he immediately shouted, “Hei, commander! He'll chase her!”
“Shut your fucking mouth! Are you trying to get yourself killed? ” Slyfox immediately clenched his hands around Cloudhawk's mouth as sweat droplets appeared on his fat face. The power that the Bloodstained Queen had just displayed caused her to feel terror as well. “Do you not know how the Bloodstained Queen got her nickname? Do you really think you're in a position to give his orders?”
The Bloodstained Queen had only been at the outpost for roughly a year, and for most of that time she was neither present nor hidden. However, his resplendent fame and prestige surpassed that of any captain. The Tartarus mercenaries were forced to humble themselves, while the members of the elite forces all chose to serve him and die for him! Wh why? Because of the incredible and devastating amount of power he possessed .. as well as his truly ruthless and domineering nature!
Anyone who had stayed in Blackflag Outpost for over a year would never be able to forget that terrifying battle from roughly a year ago.
The Queen was in no mood to pay attention to trash like Cloudhawk, but she also completely ignored the fleeing sweeper leader and the fear. He quietly removed the cross from his necklace, then gently raised it with both hands. A moment later, he did something that made everyone feel extremely astonished.
He kneels.
He clasped the cross tightly in his hand, and he began to pray softly in a very sincere and pious voice. “O god of shining light, I pray to You with all my soul, with all my life, with all my heart. Please give your strength to your child.” This prayer is filled with sincerity and piety, but when it comes out in a hoarse and sinister voice it really sounds strange to the extreme.
The cross suddenly began to shine, and with each passing second grew brighter! Cloudhawk's eyes almost popped out of their sockets. "What the fuck?"
The Bloodstained Queen rose once more, then lifted the luminous cross aloft into the air. He looked almost like a holy paladin who raised a sword expelling demons.and when he lowered the 'sword', the light completely disappeared into his palm, it turned into a sword-like arc of light that shot out for tens of meters, carving out a deep gouge on the earth as it shot out after the fleeing person.
The light shone on him, and it pierced through him as if he was just a piece of paper. His body was cut in half from his right shoulder to his left side. Momentum carried the two parts of his body forward for three meters, with the flesh around his terrible wound having turned pitch-black, as if scorched by fire. This was probably the reason why he did not die immediately, and he struggled to claw forward with one hand remaining.
A pair of boots appeared in front of him. He raised his head, only to see the woman once more. Now that he knew he was going to die, that wild spirit expression began to fill his gaze once again. "I'm impressed, demon hunter!"
The Bloodstained Queen asked coldly, "Where is he?"
The dying and split man started laughing out loud, but his laughter sounded like a dying mountain goat. The Bloodstained Queen narrowed her eyes. He remained as cold and distant as ever, but his words were full of threats. "Where. Was. She's."
"Are you scared?" The dying man did not seem to understand the situation he was in. He roared in a hoarse and brash voice, “I will never tell you. Stay alive in fear and pain. You will never get revenge. You-” But his voice was suddenly cut off as the foot that was shoveling the bot smashed his head into mush.
The Queen turned towards the outpost warrior, her robe fluttering in the air behind her. He seemed to be moving at a leisurely pace, but he was actually moving at an incredible speed. Moments later he disappeared from everyone's sight, leaving only three words.
"Kill them all."
The outpost warrior immediately let out an excited roar and howl. This is the strength of their commander, commander Blackflag Outpost – he is invincible, unpredictable, and incredible! This was the second time the Queen had fought since she had taken over the outpost, and her strength was truly amazing!
that with the strong women guarding this Blackflag Outpost, there was no chance at all for them to take over this place!
“FOR BLACKFLAG OUTER POST!”
"KILL THEM ALL!"
Grizzly leads the Blackflag Outpost warriors in an inescapable and unstoppable attack. Yet another frenzied and bloody battle erupted, but this time the desperate and cornered sweeper was like an animal. Both sides fought fiercely, as if possessed by bloodlust and going mad with rage, but there was no doubt about what the end result was.
Cloudhawk, however, focused on the silhouette of the Queen's disappearance. There was no way he could win as easily as he seemed! Cloudhawk had noticed that after he used that dazzling final attack, it seemed like something inside his body had completely dried up, almost like a reservoir that had lost all of its water. Even though he looked as cold and as strong as before, he had already reached his limit. He could feel that the ripples emanating from within his body had descended to a very weak level.
Cloudhawk felt confident that if another powerful enemy appeared, the Queen would have no chance to fight back at all. He was obviously very powerful; clearly, he could kill the sweeper leader easily using a much lighter attack. Then, why would he take such a huge risk by spending all his energy to kill him in such a manner?
There is only one possible answer to this. He put on a fake face, a show.
Cloudhawk suspects that the attack on this outpost is not as simple as it seems. Sweepers may have been hired or encouraged to launch this attack, and most likely the person hiding behind them was the one who had created the sandstorm from the start. This battle most likely had nothing to do with the Sweeper or Blackflag Outpost at all. Instead, it was a test, a small battle between two strange people who both possessed magical powers.
Still, the important thing was that this brutal battle was about to end, thanks to the defeat of the sweeper leader. The surviving sweepers finally began to flee, leaving behind their vehicles, their mounts, their weapons, and their equipment. All of those items were claimed by the Blackflag Outpost as war booty, and the outpost guards and mercenaries all excitedly surrounded and claimed various piles of items as their own.
"Everyone came forward to get their share of the spoils." Slyfox looked at Cloudhawk as if he was an idiot. “But it seems like you are not interested at all. Do you have any shit for the brain? ”
"The only thing I want right now is a good, long sleep." Cloudhawk's adrenaline rush had ended in battle, and a wave of exhaustion had just hit him. How could he have the energy or interest to run forward to pick up some loot? Moreover, he really did not believe that these savages would let a child like him get anything good!
Slyfox saw that Cloudhawk was indeed full of wounds, so he simply waved his hand very impatiently. "good. Hurry up and fuck it. Go to Mantis' workshop and take care of the wound. I don't have time to worry about your pathetic ass. ” Cloudhawk nodded, then immediately walked away from this noisy and boisterous robbery.
The rough streets of Blackflag Outpost were quite quiet. Rats and other animals rippled among the grass, occasionally sticking out their heads. They were attracted by the smell of blood in the air. Right now, this place really looks like a lifeless barren wasteland.
Cloudhawk is very tired in body, mind, and spirit. Waves of ferocious beasts and sweep battalions were extremely dangerous, and he was once again reminded that staying alive in the wastelands was no easy feat. No port is completely safe on derelict land, even at outposts. They walk a fine line between life and death, and the outposts themselves are fragile things.
Cloudhawk began to want to leave, and what he saw today strengthened the thoughts that began to emerge. On one hand, there was an unknown hidden figure capable of controlling and creating sandstorms. On the other hand, there was a Bloodstained Queen who possessed unimaginable strength.
What kind of feud is going on between the two? Cloudhawk didn't know, and he didn't want to know. However, he knew that if two figures like them started fighting the Blackflag Outpost as their battlefield, this place would never be safe to live in. Today is just the beginning. Who knows what will happen in the future?
But if he left the outpost, where would he go? The wastelands were so vast and endless that they caused a sense of despair, and they were so cruel that they could devour the dreams or ideals of anyone innocent. Is there really no safe place to live in this vast world?
As Cloudhawk's tired mind threw away this random thought, he could suddenly feel that faint ripple once again. They looked very similar to the ripples he felt from the Queen. Cloudhawk frantically looked to the right and to the left, but could not see anyone at all. There's no one here. Are these hallucinations caused by excessive blood loss?
Cloudhawk continued to closely observe the area. Finally, his gaze turned to the mediocre little alley. Those strange ripples came from that direction. Not likely. The place was really dirty and filled with trash and dirt. Who in the world would go there?
Cloudhawk wasn't sure what this ripple was, but felt certain that it wasn't just a hallucination. He decided to go there and look, but when he did, he was very surprised by what he saw in front of him.
There was a human silhouette inside the alley. The man sat on the ground, half slumped against the wall. The mask of that person was facing directly towards Cloudhawk, and the deep eyes hidden behind the mask seemed to be staring death at him. This was the scary woman he had just seen a moment ago ... The Queen that is covered in Blood!
Cloudhawk's first instinct was to run. This strange woman was able to destroy a maneater as easily as an ant. To him, someone like Cloudhawk was nothing more than an ant. But when he took his first steps to run, he suddenly stopped.
The Queen's arm rested on the ground, seemingly helpless, and thin droplets of blood completely flowed out from the edge of the savage mask. He remained slumped against the wall, not moving or making the slightest sound.
Trickling. Trickling. Red blood drops landed on his clothes, staining him with large blood patches.
Is the Queen dead? No way!
