Chapter 48. She's Ainisha

Ainisha received a call from Ms. Minarsih. A news that made him nervous. John comes to Ms. Minarsih's house to ask for Haidar's rights. John told Ms. Minarsih that he would keep trying to take care of Haidar.

Although John knew he would not get custody, but he wanted to get the right to be able to care for Haidar like a father. John again filed a lawsuit against Haidar's custody. Because, even though Ainisha was married, her rights as a father wanted to remain recognized.

John hopes that he can share time with Ainisha to take care of Haidar. That's all John expects right now. Because to take full custody, there is little hope.

"Look at your junior sister, Tama. Just like a child, spoiled plus jealous," Haikal said with a small laugh.

I can only smile with annoyance. Being among the newlyweds, it makes him feel like dust in the eye. But, because this is a task, so inevitably Tama still has to be professional.

"Where to go, boss?" tanya Tama in the middle of the newlyweds joke.

"How many houses do I have?" haikal asked while patting Tama on the shoulder.

"Once again, the boss wants to go to the house of in-laws, or to the house of Miss Minarsih. Or also to the parents' house Boss," replied Tama pretending to be stupid.

"The newlyweds' house, yes at home. But, you can also go to the house of Miss Minarsih. Just pick up Haidar," Haikal replied while looking at Ainisha.

Haikal smiled at Ainisha's soft words. Haikal almost never saw Ainisha behave and say softly, except when Ainisha became Alisha. If asked to choose, Haikal liked both of Ainisha's attitudes. Because for Haikal, whatever Ainisha's attitude was, even with whatever Ainisha looked like, Haikal still loved Ainisha.

The car stopped right in front of Ms. Minarsih's house. Haikal and Ainisha rushed down because of the longing for Haidar that was unstoppable again. Ainisha rang the bell and then not long after, the aunt opened the door.

"The lady's back?" ask the aunt who looks happy to see the arrival of Ainisha.

"There's in his room, ma'am. Bibik saw, Den Haidar sleepy and then brought into the room," replied Bibik.

"Thank you, bik. Haikal, I saw Haidar first" said Ainisha, staring at Haikal.

"Anisha, I didn't forbid you from seeing Haidar. Remember, you've just come from a long trip. It might carry the virus, so I suggest you take a shower before touching Haidar. This is also for the good of Haidar" Haikal reminded Ainisha.

"I just want to see her for a moment" replied Ainisha longing.

"Alright, I'll accompany you to see Haidar," Haikal said and followed Ainisha's steps, who rushed to Haidar's room.

Ainisha knocked on Haidar's door slowly for fear of waking Haidar up. Sisi immediately opened the door and smiled to see his employer was back.

"Haidar is sleeping, ma'am. Want me to move her to my mom's room?" ask Mbak Sisi.

"no need. Let Haidar sleep. Later after I finish cleaning myself, I will take it myself" replied Ainisha.

Haidar does have a nanny, but Ainisha does not want Haidar to be closer to her nanny than to her. Therefore, every Ainisha was at home, even while sleeping, Haidar would always be with her.

Haikal and Ainisha finished bathing and changed clothes. Haikal then decided to contact Ms. Minarsih and asked her to accompany him to see John. The decision must be made immediately to stop John's actions from disturbing Ainisha and Haidar.

Armed with the results of his DNA tests, Haikal and Minarsih go to see John in his office. There, Haikal and Bu Minarsih were well received by John. In fact, John respects Ms. Minarsih more than ever. Maybe he wants to show that he's actually a good guy.

"John, we came to see him, because of a new lawsuit you filed. I don't really understand, it's not like you should have given up after Clara married me. And you yourself said that in front of a lot of people" Haikal said in a rather high tone.

"I said I would quit if Ainisha got married. But you don't know what it's like to be a father. Haidar is my only hope right now. He is my future" John said, showing a fatherly feeling for Haikal.

"John, you can still have children in other ways. No more forcing Clara."

"I want my son with Clara, why? You're just a stepfather to Haidar" said John emotionally.

"I just wanted to tell you, that woman you thought was Clara, not Clara?" haikal was straight to the point.

"What do you mean, Haikal? Clara is not Clara?" john is confused.

"really. Clara who is currently in the house of Ms. Minarsih is Ainisha, my wife."

Haikal begins to tell her who Ainisha is. John listened carefully, but clearly in his eyes, there was a sense of disbelief with all the stories revealed by Haikal. Haikal also said that Haidar was the son of Haikal and Ainisha.

John smiles cynically and assumes that Haikal's story is only to make John stop bothering Haidar. Haikal, realizing that John had closed his heart, immediately pulled out an envelope. The DNA test results between Haikal and Haidar, and then give it to John. Heartbroken, John took the envelope and opened it.
