Micah Vs Raven: Defeat

By the next day, Micah can be allowed to go home later in the afternoon. After seeing Keira Finch and Raven Kane come, Micah felt a little nervous. He was not sure how he should talk to the two after what had happened before.

However, Keira Finch soon notices Micah and walks towards his bed. "How are you doing, Micah? Are you all right?"

Micah felt a little embarrassed because he didn't know what to say. He just nodded and smiled a little.

Meanwhile, Raven Kane stood behind Keira Finch with a big smile on his face. "Of course he's fine, he's. You saw how strong he was in the colosseum. You're in Death Goddess mode alone can be given a Comet rain attack and a Meteor attack."

Rusk and Collete observed the situation from a corner of the room, but they did not take part in the conversation. They only looked silently, while Micah and Keira Finch spoke calmly.

Micah felt his heart thump. He's not sure what he should say. "W-what do you mean, Raven?"

Raven smiled and replied, "We haven't finished our fight yet. I want to fight in the round, and I want you to be my opponent as seriously as you are so serious about facing Keira Finch!"

Micah was doubtful. He wasn't sure if he wanted to continue the fight or not. But Keira Finch took immediate action.

"I'm sorry, Raven, but Micah needs to rest and recover from the injury he sustained at the colosseum. We can arrange another fight later, when Micah's ready."

Raven did not look too pleased with that answer, but she nodded. "Alright, we'll wait for Micah to fully recover. But you know, Micah, our fight is not over. I will definitely defeat him and win for Sharance."

They all leave the room, and Micah is relieved that Keira Finch helped distract Raven. He still did not know how he should talk to Keira Finch, but at least he felt protected by his presence.

Micah this time with Keira Finch is standing together in Flower Fields, enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.  Micah felt a little awkward, as this was his first time being with Keira Finch like this. However, the girl did not show any difficulty and continued to enjoy the scenery that was in front of them.

"It was inconceivable before that I would be here with you" Micah said slowly, breaking the silence.

Keira Finch looked at him with a gentle smile. "It can all happen, Micah. We never know where life will take us."

"I mean, after what happened at the bar, then Fire Tiger Gina, and last tab in the arena, I think you'll no longer look at me alright" Micah continued.

"That's your father, Micah," said Keira Finch, patting Micah's shoulder gently. "I was upset, but I finally realized it wasn't all your fault. You just stumbled unintentionally, then Gina told me the contribution you made to the Fire Tiger's recovery, and in the Arena it was only natural that I was in a state of turmoil. And I know, behind all that, you're a good-hearted man."

Micah felt warm in his heart hearing those words. "Thank you, Finch. I hope someday I can prove it to you."

Keira Finch smiled. "It's late in the afternoon, even by evening. We should be back soon. Remember, your opponent this time is very troublesome, namely Raven Kane. So be careful."

"Let's do this, Micah," Raven said with a strange smile. It made Micah educated to horror considering he would definitely be battered again beaten by this fadi he liked.

The two friends faced each other and began to fight tenaciously. Micah swung his sword quickly and accurately, while Raven used her speed and skill in fighting.

Micah did not call Summon Faerie because Fifi himself was engrossed in eating snacks while sitting on Rusk's shoulder, enjoying their fight.

Without Faerie, Micah is still able to carry out attacks and defenses according to the situation and conditions. In fact, not infrequently, Micah used Magic to summon a direct attack of Nature in the form of a second-rate lightning called 'Invocate:Thundara.'

Micah's ability can not be underestimated, even a witch who holds the title Sage, named Tellah began to nod his head. "This boy has potential."

Everyone was shocked, not expecting that Raven could defeat him in such a shocking manner, while Keira Finch instead stared intensely at Raven. "I suspect, how could Micah be defeated so decisively?"

Micah stretched his hands across the ground, feeling so tired as he said, "you cheated, Raven."

Raven looked at Micah so coldly. "cheating?"

Suddenly, Raven's hands extended forward. It was as if the girl had sighed so much and said, "it's hard to hide it from you who already know so many of my secrets. Let's wake. Micah grabs the hand and stands with Raven's help. "You mean the aura of darkness? It will even make the wound on my body open again," he said.

"You fought hard, Micah," said Raven respectfully. "I'm just lucky this time."

Micah smiled and saluted Raven. "Thank you, Raven. You are my best friend."

"Other times, we fight again" said Raven, beginning to develop his smile.

"Yes. With the same Ability, I will lose again," Micah said with a laugh.

Suddenly, the jury immediately announced, "the winner, Raven Kane!"

Although Micah lost the fight, he did not feel disappointed because he knew that he had fought with great courage and Raven was his true friend.
