Episode 123

Raven went back to her place. Suddenly he jumped into the arena, but the jury did not mention his name.

Everyone frowned. He was too excited to fight. Then Collete entered the arena as his opponent.

Pete laughed. "Very likely it is. Because of your Time Stop ability, I feel like I will be slaughtered in the arena."

Raven let out a breath. "What if I don't use Time Stop?"

Pete thought for a moment, then replied, "there's a possibility."

Raven frowned. Despite being so stubborn, he still considers himself so weak. The girl immediately shook her head at the thought of what Pete might think.

"Well, don't be too low." 

Pete laughed and then suddenly frowned. "I'm telling you the truth, Alice alone can expose your two sword techniques."

'Fire ball!'

A ball of fire shot out from the other direction, He instantly drew the snake and became a defensive shield. The fireball hit the snake and caused an explosion.

Suddenly like a tendril, the shawl was about to twist Collete. But Collete instead set up a defensive seal formation on the ground. 'Anti-magic seal!'

He continued to hit Collete's defensive shield created, but it seemed futile. Collete will always be safe inside the seal from any attack he has, except for a melee physical attack.

He instead pulled out a knife, then darted forward attacking Collete. Everything was shocked, unexpectedly it turned out that He had Physical abilities as well. 

His attack forced Collete to jump out of the seal. "What a shit," he grumbled.

He's so smart, too. Collete suddenly gathered energy and released a ball of lightning that moved forward about to hit him. He instead made a defense, creating a 'defense spiral' which then collided with the ball of lightning.

Suddenly there was a blinding light that made the people in the stands completely unable to see into the arena.

Suddenly there was an explosion, then the light disappeared. They both seem to be okay.

'Typhoon Assault!'

Collete swung his staff back. Suddenly his body was dragged, suddenly created a typhoon. He was in the middle, trying to maintain his balance.

'Ocean fire'

Collete smiled, immediately firing a fire that made Pete immediately stand up. Suddenly the typhoon was broken, which apparently He was still fine which made Pete sigh in relief, then sit back in his chair.

'Ice Rain!'

Collete lifted the staff in the air, suddenly descending an ice ball that was about to hit him. As if unstoppable, Collete continued to create hail of ice balls, He immediately protected himself with a spiral shield covering his entire body.

"Damn it, I'm almost out of energy, while He's still not suffering the slightest injury" Collete said so annoyed.

Suddenly he disappeared, making Collete shocked, suddenly a competitor pointed to his neck from behind. 

"The winner, he's Finch!"

Suddenly the sound of ocarina made them all lulled. But the voice was heard from the mountain.

'Pete, awake! You are lured by the power of the Dao from the Buddhist energy.'

Pete was surprised to hear that. Chang'e manages to resuscitate Pete from Dao's entanglement of Ocarina's melody.  "Does anyone have Buddhist abilities? God, I didn't think it was here either."

Chang'e looked out. "It looks like the owner of this flute song has a very high ability. Let's check who blew this flute."

Pete frowned. "Crossed? That's Ocarina's voice."

Chang'e suddenly felt annoyed. "Damn it! Want Ocarina, want a Flute, sound the same! Let's see before the guy leaves!"

Pete silently darted away from the stands without anyone knowing it.

Pete opened his mouth, feeling so impossible. "Are you having amnesia or something?"

Pete patted his eel. "But you must remember someone named Pete Handerson, don't you?"
