CHAPTER 24

By the time Alex came out of Nicholas' office his heart was completely fucked. His appearance looks so messy. Deciding on his friendship with Nicholas, which he has been guarding since childhood, is not the right thing, only he follows his ego too much.

When his mind is not calm Alex chooses to meet Mira to calm his mind a little. Right now Alex is entering a password to have the apartment door open.

Not waiting for long as the door opened, Alex took her footsteps towards the laughter from Mira.

What is she laughing so happily? He continued to step into Mira's bedroom where the sound came from.

Alex's eyes immediately widened to see the couple in front of him were busy struggling.

"What a great show you guys are doing."

Those who had just noticed Alex's presence stopped her activity, and Alex walked over to Mira's bed.

"You didn't close the front door, baby, look who this guy dares to come inside and bother us." Said the man beside Mira.

"Shut your mouth and get out of here." Jerky Mira.

"Why did you tell him to leave? Just go ahead, let me get out." Alex said coldly. Her eye beads so clearly showed her wrath towards Mira.

"Wait !! Don't go, Alex. I can explain what's going on." Mira pulls the blanket over her body and chases Alex from behind. He did not care about the man who was still wearing clothes in the room.

"Basar cheap women. What else do you want to explain? I'm not stupid enough to have to listen to the explanation I've seen the truth." Alex fends off Mira's hand that tries to hold her back.

But Mira is still Mira who does not want to lose with Alex, he still holds back from leaving Alex. Now it's just Alex and Mira that the man who was with Mira has come out.

"Stop chasing me!"

"No. If you leave here I'll hurt myself." Mira had already picked up the knife that was beside her.

"See the knife in my hand! If you're really gone, I'll be gone for a long time." Threaten Mira with a knife that has been placed in the vein on her wrist.

Alex who was listening to Mira quickly stopped her steps and turned to look at Mira. Because he knew the woman was a desperate man.

"Stop being silly Mira, this isn't funny."

"Let go of the knife, I don't want anything to happen to you. I'd have trouble explaining to people if you died silly." Alex gets closer to trying to snatch the knife in Mira's hand.

"I don't care, whatever you want to say. Please just go."

"OK I'm not going." Mumpling Alex.

"liks. You're just pretending that I'm not hurting myself."

Alex was really upset with Mira's behavior. "What you really want, don't make me angry."

"I'm just sorry and don't leave me, please hear my explanation. You must hear the explanation of all this." Mira was already crying with a very strong voice.

"Down with the knife in your hand, I promise I won't go." Already surrendered to the threat from Mira.

"Say what you want to explain."

Mira took her breath in.

He gritted his teeth to contain his growing anger.

"I forgive you but for the continuation of our relationship, I need time to think about it." Alex said with a flat face, Alex is the type of man who is cold and likes to force his will but still he never likes to do physical violence.

His heart was very disappointed to see what his girlfriend was doing with another man. But Mira is very smart in processing Alex in everything, she knows Alex will soften if Mira has linked her marriage to Keyla.

"What do you mean think of our relationship?" Mira let go of her embrace and looked into Alex's eyes that were in front of her.

"Do you want to end all this." Mira continues her question with a half-disappointed face and half-wishes Alex not to end the relationship with her.

"No. I can't leave you, don't you know how big of a mistake you are I keep you by my side. It's just that about our engagement I can't continue tomorrow."

"Until when?" Mira clasps Alex's hand to expect what answers will come out of Alex's mouth.

"I can't give you that answer right now. It could be until I can forget all that happened to you."

"Okay, I get it. Thank you for forgiving me and for not leaving me, I know I've made a big mistake." Mira hugged Alex again with a triumphant smile. He knew Alex couldn't leave him that easily.

"Wearing your clothes, we're going out to find another bed, I don't want you to go back to using that disgusting bed." Alex pulls Mira to let go of her embrace.

"alright. Wait a minute I'll be ready."

Mira smiled gently at Alex. He is very proud to have been able to get an apology from Alex very easily.

Alex is waiting for Mira to be asked where she used to sit with Mira. Mira's incident with the man was still flashed in Alex's shadow, imagining everything that happened in front of his eyes like a nightmare approaching his sleep.

"It's like a punishment for me that hurts my own wife a lot. If until you know I'm feeling the pain of being betrayed maybe you I'm so happy that you even laughed at me." Alex's mind began to feel how Keyla's feelings were often hurt by him. Sometimes even openly mingle with Mira.

"I'm glad I'm ready." Mira's voice excites Alex from her daydream.

"OK I'll reopen it." Mira walked to her room that had been locked, not because she had forgotten just that she was used to locking the door of her room if she went out of the house.
