Bloody Weekend

Bloody Weekend
Chapter 41

"Yes.” Karen smile.

”Dr Hamilton comes to your house tomorrow morning,

to fulfill that call. Then you two fight. Will you tell me about that meeting Miss Clark?”

The inspector showed me the card. De ⁇ ngan

quickly he could catch the angry glint in the woman's eyes, and his lips were tightly clenched due to the hot heart.

Clark snapped, ”We didn't fight.”

”Oh, yes. You two had a fight, Miss Clark. And your last word is, ‘I think I hate you, more than I can hate anyone.’”

Karen is silent now. The inspector thinks he

thinking quickly and alertly. Other women must immediately rush to talk, but Karen is too clever to do so.

He shrugged his shoulders, and said with riengan,

”So apparently. That must be the waitress story again. My little waiter does have an incredible amount of imagination. But there are all kinds of ways to express things, right? Rest assured that I was not being tough at the time. That's right it's just a word without any intention as well as the Inspector. Before that, we were

countered a little.”

”So that word is not meant to be answered

seriously?”

”Of course not. And rest assured, inspector, meemang

seventeen years ago I last met Peter Hamilton. You can investigate it yourself.”

Now he was calm again, his attitude kept his distance

and sure of himself. Larkspur no longer disputes or pursues that now.

He rises. ”For now, Miss Clark,” said with a pleasant attitude.

He walked out of KarenClark's house, headed out onto a public road, then veered over the fence of Eloise Hope's house.

**********

Eloise Hope looked at Inspector Larkspur in great surprise. In disbelief repeated, ”So the gun held by Natasha Hamilton, and the one that was dropped into the pool, was not a gun

used to fire that pain shot? Awesome once.”

”Yes, Miss Hope. At first glance it makes no sense.”

With a smooth Eloise muttered, ”Indeed makes no sense. But, after all, Inspector, it must make sense. I see, don't you?”

With a heavy heart the Inspector said, ”That's the problem, Miss Hope. We have to find a way for that to make sense, but at the moment I don't know how. Frankly, we can't go forward until we find the gun that's been used. The gun is from William Cavendish. You see, something is missing, and that means the whole thing is still related to The Blossom.”

”Ya,” murmur Eloise. ”Indeed still related

with The Blossom.”

”It all seems like a thing

very easy to complete,” continued Inspectur. ”It turns out not so simple, and not so easy to complete.”

”No,” says Eloise, ”not simple.”

”We must acknowledge the possibility that

the aim was to throw false accusations. That is to say, all are set to bring false charges against Natasha Hamilton. But then, why wasn't the gun just left lying near the corpse, then,

to collect?”

”Maybe he didn't pick it up.”

”It's true. But even though he didn't pick it up, he,

as long as there's no other fingerprints on that gun

that is, if the fingerprint is removed after use, he is still accused. And that's what the real killer wants, isn't it?”

Larkspur.

”Well, if someone has committed a murder, he wants to immediately accuse others of it, right? It was a reasonable reaction from a killer.”

”Ya,” says Eloise. ”But then, we are now

it's facing a rather remarkable murder. Maybe that's what is the solution to our problem.”

”What's the solution?”

While pondering, Eloise Hope said, ”A kind of incredible murder.”

Inspector Larkspur looked at him with great curiosity. He said, ”But, then... how do you think about the killer? What does he want?”

Eloiese Hope stretched out her hands while sighing.

”I don't know. I don't know at all. But I think it's faintly faint.”.

”Ya ?”

”That the killer is someone who wants to

killing Peter Hamilton but not wanting to drop charges on Natasha Hamilton ”

”Hm! And we've been directly accusing Natasha Hamilton."

”Oh, yes. But it's only temporary, not yet

the truth about the gun became clear. And that will give you a new perspective. Meanwhile, the killer had time..”.

Eloise suddenly stopped.

”Somewhere do what?”

”Ah, that's how I am. Again I have to say that I don't know.”

Inspector Larkspur walked back and forth in the room, then he stopped and stood in front of Eloise Hope.

”I came to you this evening, Miss Hope, for two reasons. First because I know and it is already known by many people in

the Police Force tells you that you are a very experienced person, who has solved a very complicated case, like this problem. That's alaissan number one. But there's another reason. You are an eyewitness. You've seen what happened.”

Poirot nodded.

”Yes, I saw what happened, but the eyes are

unreliable witness, Inspector.”

”What do you mean, Miss Hope?”

”Sometimes the eye only sees what it has to see.”

”You think all of that was pre-planned?”

”I think so. You need to know that

kejisdian is as true as a scene on the stage of the drama. What I saw was very clear. A man who had just been shot, and the woman who had shot him were holding the gun he had just been wearing. But the gun wasn't used to shoot Peter Hamilton.”

”Hm.” The inspector pulls his mustache back to

bottom. ”You want to say that there are some special things from that picture that might be wrong?”

Eloise Hope nodded. He said, ”There were three other people who were also present three people who seemed to have just arrived at the scene. But that's it too

mungkin is not right. The resting house was surrounded by a group of tight young bamboo trees. From the resting house there are five paths that lead to different places, one towards the house, one climbing to the other

huytan, one to the flower garden, one from the pond down to the farm, and another to this public road.

”And the three men each came from

different road. Ryan Cavendish from the forest above, Julia Cavendish from the farm, and Graciela West from the flower garden above the house.

The three men arrived at the scene of the crime almost simultaneously, minutes after Natasha Hamilton.
