Benalu's Son-in-law Turns Out to be a Genius Hacker
25. More appreciated

Stefan looked firmly at the inscription on one side of the five-story building: Sanjaya Techno.

A security man just got out of the front post, then said hello, “Good morning, Mr. Stefan. You have been awaited by the IT Manager in his room. Want to be delivered to his room?”

“Actually I still remember. But can be delivered there.”

“Good, with pleasure Mr. Stefan. Do you remember me?” Security went ahead and Stefan followed.

“Pak Aiman, who used to take me to the airport when I wanted to leave for Palembang.”

Mr. Aiman smiled. “Kirain has forgotten, Sir.” When he was on the fourth floor, Mr. Aiman also led Stefan to a door, then said, “Please, Mr. Stefan.”

“Thank you, Mr. Aiman.”

Stefan tidied up his black shirt and smoothed his hair with his fingers. After breathing for a while, he knocked on the door. “Assalamu’alaikum, Mr. Wesley. Excuse me.”

“Please enter.”

Chequek!

Drrr.

Chequek!

Mr. Wesley with the stature of a BP teacher stood up, then stuck his hand toward the chair in front of him, the impression of telling Stefan to sit down immediately. “Stefan Raden Kusuma's. Please sit. How are you?”

Stefan landed his body on a chair, his smile did not escape from earlier, as a smile in return to Mr. Wesley who had been very happy to welcome his arrival.

“Thank you. Thank goodness, good, healthy. Mr. Wesley is healthy of course, his body is getting fat,” kelakar Stefan.

Mr. Wesley meloloti himself. “Ah, time? Feelings, not much has changed since you last came here.”

Sanjaya's grandfather had given special instructions to Mr. Wesley to directly give Stefan a position that is quite high in the company, namely Senior Programmer.  Although very high because the position is usually occupied by employees who have more than five years of experience, but Mr. Wesley obeyed the decision of the owner of the company and already knew what kind of ability Stefan.

Mr. Wesley, who has more than ten years of experience in the world of programming and cyber, was amazed by Stefan's intelligence. A few years ago, when Sanjaya Group was fired up by a malicious hacker who tried to bring down the company, when all programmers surrendered, including Mr. Wesley himself, Stefan came to help solve the problem at hand. Therefore Stefan is very well known by the people of Sanjaya Group, except in Sanjaya Sawit under the leadership of Bobby.

“Pak Wesley joked, that position is inappropriate for me,” complained Stefan as stunned.

“If Grandpa Sanjaya does not recommend it, I will still put you as Senior Programmer,” praise Mr. Wesley proud.

“Because I'm new, it's better if I start my career from below, sir. Starting from IT support or beginner class programmers. I somewhat object to the position of Senior Programmer. How will the response of other employees who one job with me later? I don't want any jealousy in this office.”

Mr. Wesley fixed his seat. The bead of his eyes could not be separated from the spotlight on Stefan's face. “We used to wish you could be part of Sanjaya Techno, if Grandpa Sanjaya could not seduce you, automatically we could only resign even though we all wish you could work with us.”

Hearing Mr. Wesley's touching words, Stefan was moved, his eyes teary. Since the tragedy of the accident at that time, only this time he was really proud and expected. It is therefore unlikely that Stefan would refuse this very special gift.

“Thank you very much, Mr. Wesley. I will work as best as I can here.

“Gosh!” Tono the OB. “Pak Stefan, enough, let me. I accidentally spilled it, because I brought ten cups of coffee earlier, fell one. Watch out sir, you'll get beling.” Tono snatches the mop from Stefan's hand and tells Stefan to step away from the stairs.

While he was busy in front of the computer, where in this room there were more than ten employees, in contrast to the workplace the other day, suddenly there was someone complaining with a tone of annoyance, “Job WiFi! Lemot or broken anyway?!” cecar is a junior programmer.

Stefan stepped up, looked for his router and wanted to check and fix it.

“No need Mr Stefan! Let the technician work!” another programmer pulled Stefan on the shoulder, told him to sit down and get on with the job.

“It's okay let me help. Long wait for him,” tepis Stefan.

“If we do his job, then it is feared he ate a friend's bone, the edges run and become the boss. So let it go, Mr. Stefan. Anyway our work is still a lot here.”

In the afternoon, Stefan and two colleagues were walking in the corridor, hearing the shrill of a woman who was grumbling with trivial problems.

“Ink the printer runsalssss!” whine the woman. But, if carefully observed, the voice was spoiled and laughable. Is it possible that he is joking with his comrades?

Stefan paved his way, then walked into the accounting room. “Where is the printer whose ink has run out? Let me fill in.” Stefan circulated his gaze, watching one by one the women in this room.

There were five women who were clustered and whispered to each other.

“Hah? That's Stefan his favorite grandson Grandpa Sanjaya?”

“Means the news is true well.”

“Kirain gossip sheer.”

“Handsome...”.

“Waw!”

Stefan cleared his throat twice. “Which needs help earlier?”

One of them was grim. “Not be Mr. Stefan. Let us fill it ourselves. He-he.”

On the first day of work, there were at least ten similar cases of spills of coffee, WiFi, and printer ink. Apparently Stefan has not been able to let go of his backwardness for some time. Stefan still remembers what he was like being a babu both at home and in the office.

When something was thought to be helpful, Stefan deftly wanted to extend his hand immediately. However, his fellow programmers repeatedly forbid Stefan from doing anything that is not his job.

The next day Stefan was summoned by Mr. Wesley and immediately sat down to him. Awe, wonder, confusion, pity, all mixed up as soon as Stefan's behavior in the office.

“Stefan, we are sure that you know what are the duties of a senior programmer. We don't have to give you lectures and trainings. It's just, there are many reports from our employees that you even want to help paint the wall.”

“At that time I was not busy and my work was done, so rather than me doing nothing, mending me help other colleagues. No problem whatsoever with me.”

“We really appreciate your kindness, Stefan. Before Grandpa Sanjaya who reprimands, it is better for me as the manager first to reprimand. So, from now on just do your job. If you force yourself to stay like yesterday, you will be underestimated by others. Though ...”

Mr. Wesley looked at Stefan's eyes quite sharply. Very seriously he continued, “Padahal, you are a candidate leader in Sanjaya Techno later.”
