Chapter 40 - In Prison

Lova thought of advising Jaden to approach Princess Alana. Considering the girl had a kind and approachable attitude. Lova was able to find out when Princess Alana greeted and delivered her to Nathan's room.

Without thinking for a long time, Lova immediately told about the idea that had just been sparked in the head. But he even got a sharp look from Jaden.

"Stop your bullshit! We can think about who will be the king. The most important thing now is to remove Titan from the throne" Jaden said. He walked in front of Lova. And continued in a whispering tone, "listen! If there's a Titan doctor coming, don't let him touch Prince Nathan. You should reject it at all costs. I'll be back soon to bring a trusted doctor."

"alright. How long are you going to be gone?" Lova Response.

"About two days. I also need to take care of something else. Courtney and Leon will take care of you" Jaden said. He went out of the room.

For the first time, Lova will stay in the palace. Despite that, he could not leave Nathan in custody. Faithfully, Lova waited for the man to wake up.

Sometimes Lova would sit to the edge of the bed. He would also occasionally tell Nathan a lot. Lova even told me about herself in the real world.

Lova revealed her work as a famous fashion designer. She is a career woman who has never dated. Lova also revealed that Nathan was the first man to make her fall in love.

"Wake up soon, Prince.." - Lova cried out expectantly. He sat on the edge of the bed stroking Nathan's head.

Shortly afterwards, the door was knocked. Lova then opened. His forehead frowned when he saw the arrival of a man named Reeve. The middle-aged man turns out to be the doctor Titan assigned to Nathan.

Lova let Reeve in. The man was seen about to inject something into Nathan's body.

Reeve had no time to act, Lova immediately stopped. He wanted to see what kind of injection Reeve was giving.

"I-this is just a medicine to make the Prince's condition better," Reeve stuttered. He looks like a self-styled.

"I don't care. But I'll check it out first before you inject it into the Prince!" firm Lova with a deeply furrowed forehead. He tried to snatch the injection device that was in Reeve's hands. But Reeve was quick to avoid.

"Why don't you trust me?! The king only trusts me to look after the Prince?! I don't even know you at all!" reeve hatch. Now he climbs apoplexy and scolds Lova.

"King?" lova's eyes were rounded. He threw his face away for a moment in a haughty style. "Gee... Your close relationship with the Titan King makes my distrust even stronger" he added. He's back to getting the injection device.

Reeve stepped back. His eyes glared sharply. "I will report this to the Titan King!" threaten her. Then go out of the room.

Lova flabbergasted. He did not think that he was the one who hit the stone.

Reeve immediately complained about what Lova had done. He told Titan that the girl had already refused Reeve's treatment. Worse the middle-aged man uttered it in front of the other members of the kingdom.

"His arrival is really disturbing. This can't be left for too long. Quickly bring the woman before me!" Titan makes use of Reeve's complaint to get rid of Lova.

Three royal guards came to Lova. They immediately forced the girl out of the room.

Courtney and Leon try to help Lova. But Lova gave the code by shaking her head. The girl did not want to see any commotion. Courtney and Leon give up. They chose to accompany Lova from behind.

"I'm just trying to protect Prince Nathan. Even if the Titan King is her brother, I must also remain vigilant" explained Lova. Without the slightest fear. All eyes were on him.

"Look! Isn't his attitude exaggerated? He just set foot in the palace. But his behavior has gone too far! Do you still believe he's Nathan's wife?" titan. Trying to doubt everyone's thoughts.

Lova clenched fists in both hands. He felt very annoyed by Titan's cunning attitude. Obviously, the man made a lot of mistakes. As the person who had read the novel Princess & Three Princes Axenia, Lova also knew that Titan was her antagonist.

"The bad guy here is him! You shouldn't trust him! He did not even deserve to be the king of Axenia. I'm sure you guys must have felt it too! Take a look at what happened to Axenia when the Titan King took the lead!" exclaim Lova. He looked at the members of the kingdom in turn.

To be honest, Lova was not willing to buy time. He also could not continue to expect Jaden. Lova fought without a plan. His actions were certainly too rash. The girl was always impatient.

"Suppose you! I won't forgive you!" the Titan who felt humiliated. He immediately told the bodyguards to take Lova to the dungeon.

Lova rounded her eyes as she was dragged away by the bodyguards. Courtney and Leon had the same fate.

"Hey! Does no one agree with my opinion?! Isn't the Axenia kingdom currently having a hard time?!" peekot Lova's. Before it completely disappeared swallowed by the door. He did not expect the members of the kingdom to be silent. They were afraid to fight the Titans. Is the king's position in Axenia really that important?

"Aargghhhh!!! If the people of Axenia hear me, they will definitely agree!" lova again.

Instead of staying by Nathan's side, Lova is in jail. He was separated from Courtney and Leon. So Lova's alone now. The girl sat down and hugged her knees. His crown had also been taken by the bodyguards on Titan's orders.

"Armghh!!! When can I go home?! Everything's getting messed up. Nothing has changed" Lova lamented, covering her face with two hands. He lamented long enough.

Lova opened her eyes when she heard the commotion from the prison next door. He heard the voice of a man screaming in pain. Lova then peeked. He watched the man next to him being whipped with an iron chain.

Lova's face grimaced. He quickly retreated. He just hoped he wouldn't be subjected to the same torture as the man.

Suddenly a sparkling light appeared near the iron bars door. A tarot card depicting a king holding a scepter and gold appears. The card is often referred to as the King of Pentacles.

"This is the third card! Grandma Defney will be here soon!" Lova immediately picked up the newly emerging tarot card.

Sure enough, moments later Defney appeared. He stood at the prison door. Still wearing the same clothes as before.

"I don't want to pick tarot cards! I just want to go home now! I can't stand it!" whinek Lova shakes. Moreover, the moaning sound of the man next to him continued to be heard.
