Chapter 32 - The Fool

Sunny mentari greeting from the eastern horizon. Illuminate the expanse of land covered by snow. Lova just woke up from sleep. He immediately prepared to leave for the place Jaden had promised.

"We better get to my secret place first. Just met Nathan," said Jaden. Making Lova's forehead frown faintly.

"Why is that?" Lova.

"I'm just on guard. I suggest you meet the Prince at my secret place. It's for the safety of both of you" Jaden suggested seriously.

Lova grunts violently. He thought Jaden's words had a point. Because now he and Nathan are the center of public attention. Problems might add up if Lova and Nathan meet up in any place. Especially in public places.

Shortly after, the train arrived at its destination. Jaden took Lova to a place quite far from the center of the Axenia kingdom. To a building that looks abandoned.

"Is this the place?" Lova was astonished. The building he and Jaden were visiting looked dirty and untreated. "It does seem like a secret place. But it looks terrible," he commented as he stopped stepping. Lova felt reluctant to enter the dirty building and looked haunted.

"Come on! What you see now is just the outside. You'd be surprised if you looked inside" Jaden added confidently. She gave a convincing smile.

"OKAY. I'm gonna trust you. But if there's anything, I won't hesitate to use your gun!" lova Ancam. He then walked to Jaden.

With doubt, Lova went deeper and deeper into the building. He and Jaden entered the door leading to the basement. There are a lot of old buildings there.

But there is one thing that attracts attention. An elevator with red lights.

"Come on!" bring Jaden. He pushed the elevator button. When the elevator doors opened, Jaden and Lova entered together.

Lova felt the elevator go down for quite a while. His forehead is crinkling deep. Curious where he will be taken.

"This is your secret place? Who are you, Mr Jade?" ask Lova.

"I'm definitely not a good person" Jaden replied.

"Yes, that's true." Lova agreed. Even so, he chose to keep trusting Jaden.

"My men are in the training room. There you can practice martial arts and use weapons" Jaden said, pointing out the way for Lova. He opened the training room door. It was then that all of Jaden's men stared at Jaden and Lova.

"Introduce everyone. She is Lova! A very special person to me. If anyone tries to bother him, then he should give up his organs for me!" jaden told me.

Lova immediately nudged with elbows. He thought Jaden's words were too cruel.

"You don't have to threaten until that" whispered Lova. Give reprimands. But Jaden did not care.

Lova has lived in a secret place called Dirty Knight. He was trying to find a new friend there. Waiting for Nathan to arrive.

Two days late. Lova is currently practicing shooting with Courtney. A tomboy woman who has short hair is like a man.

"You seem to be very close to Mr. Jade" Courtney said.

"Not really. We're just friends" Lova said. He immediately pulled the trigger. Then shoot a bullet at the target board.

She did not believe the assumption Courtney mentioned. "Mr Jade won't be able to have that feeling to anyone. I'm so sure!"

"Yes. I also had time to think so. But his attitude is very different when he is with you. He often smiles and laughs."

"That's because he likes to play games with me." Lova strongly denied.

Courtney then relented. He got out of the training room first.

Because of wearing jeans, Lova keeps tarot cards in her pocket. She was relieved that she did not need to keep the cards in the bra anymore.

Lova gave a rough sigh. He stepped towards the exit. But he was surprised by the appearance of Defney. The old woman always came wearing her black hooded robe.

"God! You seem very fond of making me hang," protested Lova while stroking the chest.

"You seem to have found the third card. Then it's clear I'll appear before you soon. Now choose between the three cards" said Defney, opening the hood of his robe.

Lova reached into her pants pocket. He took out three tarot cards that had already been collected. First there are The Fool cards, second The Devil, and third there is The Lovers.

Lova looked carefully at the three tarot cards. He only capitalizes on instinct and does the estimation by looking at the card image. Of the three cards, he somehow felt curious about the picture card of a man who daydreamed.

"I chose this!" Lova decided she wanted to know the meaning of The Fool card. The card that attracts his attention compared to the other two cards.

"You sure?" Defney.

"I won't hesitate this time." Lova said with great confidence

Defney tells the meaning of the Fool card. The grandmother mentioned that there are people to look out for Lova.

"Possibly this person is the most dangerous to you. The Fool itself means stupidity. You may be fooled by someone soon. And what happens later, also has a big impact on the storyline" Defney explained.
