Chapter 24 - Can't Go Home?

Bullet hit Lova's back. The girl was bleeding quite a lot. Nathan must be worried. He immediately contacted the help using a mobile phone. Nathan also did not forget to notify the attack that occurred to the palace security.

"Calm down, Lova. I'll take you to the hospital soon" Nathan said. He tried to step back. But again Jaden stopped.

"If you care about Lova, then listen to me. What would one say if one saw a Prince having a close relationship with a comforting woman? Didn't you imagine what would happen to Lova? Especially if he is known to have a special relationship with you?!" jaden. Success made Nathan speechless in a thousand languages. The man could not dispute Jaden's statement.

Nathan grunted rudely. Come to think of it, Jaden's words did have a point. She does not want Lova's life to be further humiliated if it is known to have a close relationship with her.

"Yes already. Take Lova to the hospital. Please take care of him. I'll kill you if something bad happens to him!" Nathan hands Lova to Jaden's arms.

Lova slowly opened her eyes. He nodded slowly. Because the sunlight from the window is quite blinding.

Lova's one hand touched a gunshot wound to the back. The wound was treated and wrapped in bandages. The pain has also decreased.

After checking on her own situation, Lova circulated her gaze around. Until Defney's figure should shock his heart. The old woman was seen sitting quietly by the door.

"God! Why are you always so. It appeared suddenly, leaving without saying goodbye!" nagging Lova with a deep frown.

"That means I made it, right? Am I going home?" The lova who heard was very happy. The thought of returning home is the first thing that comes to mind.

Defney shakes. "Lova you'll stay here if you still have any hope of going home. This world will let you back when you no longer expect to go home" he told reporters.

"Why do you keep looking at me?" hatch Defney.

"really? But why did you take off your infusion?" sahut Jaden's. Not to lose.

"Whatever." Lova. He sat down on a bench near Jaden.

Silence enveloped the atmosphere. Until Jaden talked about the attack that occurred in the palace.

"The prince will keep our arrival to the palace a secret. Even so, you have to testify to the royal side" Jaden said. He immediately took a sip of the coffee that had been held in his hand ever since.

Lova thought of the mastermind who had led Nathan's assassination plot. The name Titan certainly comes to mind. He wanted to tell everyone about it. But Lova knew she wouldn't be trusted if she didn't have hard evidence.

"I think Prince Nathan should be on the lookout for those closest to him" Lova added.

"Including yourself?" sahut Jaden's.

"Of course not! I mean the closest person to him in the palace. Maybe they have a grudge or something." Lova put forward her assumption.

"Totally so." Jaden sat down next to Lova. He took a long breath. "But I don't care. I also have a lot of business to take care of. For a few days my work continued to take care of you," he continued, glancing at Lova.

"What the fuck! I never asked to be taken care of anyway! You think I'm a toddler?" balas Lova cynical. But Jaden just laughed. Somehow the guy was happy to watch Lova nagging nonsense.
