OSCAR STARTED HIS JOB

With a plain white shirt and long black pants that look oversized. Alex goes to one of Julien's restaurants who will use his services to become a courier. Maybe this will be the first experience for an Alex to become a food delivery courier.

Alex's arrival was not welcomed by Jerome who is the manager at the restaurant. He dislikes Alex being a restaurant courier. Alex's small body, he felt less fit to be a food courier. Although in fact it does not have a big effect on the task that will be undertaken by Alex.

"You know what your job is here?" Ask Jerome so.

"Introduce food, bring groceries and maybe can also take customers who are waiting for their taxi that does not come." Oscar answered so wisely.

Heard Oscar's wise answer. Jerome looked so dislikeful. Maybe Oscar is a meaningful threat. His body was small, as was his background coming from the streets. But his knowledge and courage are quite great. That would be preferred by Julien's. Oscar is still young. Of course it's getting added value in the eyes of a Julien's.

"You know how many hours you'll be working?" Ask Jerome back.

"It looks like I'll be working within 8 hours. Just like any other job. Maybe there will be a friend who will help me. So we're gonna share shift." Oscar is back.

"But you can't wear formal clothes to work as a courier. You need a t-shirt and pants with the right size in you." Orders from Jerome.

"But I don't have a T-shirt from the company. Maybe I'll go to the tailor to shrink the size of my pants, tomorrow." Reply Oscar.

"Good sir. I understand." Oscar replied, Stay calm.

Jerome called for a waiter. He asked the waiter to give him a t-shirt that Oscar would wear to work. Immediately the waiter picked up the t-shirt requested by Jerome.

Waiting for the waiter to return with the t-shirt to be given to Oscar. Jerome started interrogating an Oscar. Some questions of a personal nature began to ask Jerome Oscar.

"I heard you were a street kid. Is that true?" Jerome's question provoked Oscar's emotion.

"It's not necessary to know who I am, and where I come from. I work well here." Answer Oscar wisely.

"The company needs to know that. Maybe the company has other considerations, if indeed the background is not in accordance with existing norms. Moreover, street children have bad stereotypes in society." Jerome's words further provoke Oscar's emotions.

"Do we have to submit to stereotypes? I guess not. Stereotypes only create hatred, without putting forward a truth." Wise answer from Oscar.

The conversation is finally over. The waiter asked Jerome to pick up the t-shirt for Oscar. Finally come. Soon the waiter gave the shirt to Oscar. As soon as I got that shirt. Oscar who does not want to be further provoked by emotions Jerome. I rushed to the locker room. Of course he wants to change his clothes into work clothes that are in accordance with existing procedures.
