What happened to Quenby's sister?

" Maybe still in the operating room." Said lord Saverio.

" Quenby why dad?" Fico asked in panic while getting out of bed.

" Shot." Answer master Saverio briefly.

" What??? Who did it dad?" Ask Fico while getting out of bed and pulling the hose off.

" Daddy and daddy Quenby." Replied Mr. Saverio who could not lie to his son especially in the cover however would be found out as well.

" What??? Tell me more details dad." Pinta Fico's.

" Daddy and his daddy Quenby are actually old enemies and each wanted to shoot but unfortunately Quenby made his body as his shield, after which his daddy Quenby took him to the operating room." Said lord Saverio.

" You're not in love, are you, Quenby? Remember Fico all women are liars they pretend well with us but actually he wants to hurt our feelings and could kill us like the snake woman did." Said Mr. Saverio who hated his wife so much.

" But dad, Quenby is different from other women Fico saw sincerity in his eyes especially their family they're good with Fico." Fico.

" Did Quenby know both of us's past? Would Quenby accept you if Quenby knew we were both psychophats?" Ask Mr. Savero.

" All I remember when I started to not realize was that I heard Quenby asking for help from his family in a panic-stricken tone when at that time Quenby knew that I had harmed his twin sister and his sister-in-law, I think Quenby knows my past from his daddy." Fico said as he walked towards the door.

" Where are you going?" Ask Mr. Saverio.

" Want to wait for Quenby in the operating room." Fico said as he opened the treatment room door.

" Aish this kid, daddy's coming." Said lord Saverio who was worried that his son would be hurt by daddy Thomas

The two of them walked into the operating room and met daddy Thomas who was looking at him sharply.

" What did you come here for?" Ask daddy Thomas in a cynical tone.

Fico had just opened his voice to answer father Thomas's question but the operating room door was opened making them stare towards the door and see Kasandra's doctor walking towards them.

" How's your brother doing?" Ask daddy Thomas.

" The two bullets lodged in my brother's body have been successfully taken and will soon be transferred to the treatment room." Answer doctor Kasandra.

" Oh yes dad, sister Quenby the treatment room would be united with sister Maya or separated?" Ask doctor Kasandra.

" Just put it together." Dad Thomas.

" Good dad." Answer doctor Kasandra.

Mr. Saverio and Fico just listened to their conversation without speaking while the doctor Kasandra looked at the two of them.

" How's Fico doing?" Kasandra asked the doctor with a smile while daddy Thomas just stared intently at the doctor Kasandra.

" Well, Quenby's fine, right?" Ask Fico.

" Yes fine, only the influence of the drug has not gone away." Answer doctor Kasandra.

" Thank God I'm happy." Answer Fico.

Not long before the operating room door opened they immediately pulled over to give way to two nurses who were pushing a cage where Quenby still closed his eyes because it was still the influence of drugs. " Good mom." Answer doctor Kasandra.

" Brother Fico and sir..." Doctor Kasandra hung up her sentence.

" Call Uncle Saverio, I'm Fico's daddy." Said Mr. Saverio introducing himself.

" Okay uncle, if you want to see my brother please come in and I'm sorry I just want to change my clothes first." Doctor Kasandra.

" Ok," answered Mr. Saverio briefly

Just a few steps Kasandra's doctor looked at her three twin sister named Aleandro, Maximus and John had Kasandra's doctor stop his steps while Saverio and Fico, who were about to enter the treatment room, stopped his steps.

" Kasandra, I heard Quenby was shot right now how's he doing?" Ask Aleandro.

" Yes, the operation went well and is now one room with sister Maya." Said Kasandra's doctor who started yawning.

" Drink some warm chocolate milk first." Aska's words arrived - suddenly came and gave a glass of warm chocolate milk favorite of his wife.

" Thank you dear." Dr. Kasandra replied while receiving warm chocolate milk.

" Same baby, want to stay here or go home?" Ask Ask Ask.

" Come home, baby, my darling who drives yes I'm so sleepy." Said Kasandra doctor and then drank warm milk.

" Hehehe.. " Aska laughs chuckles - chuckles.

" Dear, I want to change clothes first yes later after that we go straight home." Doctor Kasandra.

" Ok." Answer the brief Aska

" Aleandro's sister, Maximus' sister and John's sister, Kasandra immediately went home tomorrow morning to come here again." Said Dr. Kasandra while peeping the backs of her three sisters in turn and followed by Aska.

" Oh heart - heart." Answer her three brothers in unison.

" Oh yeah to my three handsome brothers don't make a fuss here at the hospital." Doctor Kasandra

" It's a bawel." Answer the three in unison.

" One more thing don't fuss with uncle Saverio and brother Fico later I'll whip mommy." Doctor Kasandra's threat.

At once they realized that there were masters Saverio and Fico, they simultaneously stared intently at the two of them making them just silent to make the doctor Kasandra dehem.

" Remember if you guys make a fuss I'm gonna whip up a samma mommy." Doctor Kasandra repeated her words.

" Ack." Call his three brothers-in-law.

" Yes, brother." Answer Aska.

" Take your wife home." The orders to his three twin sisters are in unison.

" To my three brothers is just careful when I inject." Doctor Kasandra's threat.

All three of her sisters stared intently at the doctor Kasandra made the doctor Kasandra pull her husband's hand while sticking out her tongue flirting to her three twin sisters making her three twin sisters can only shake her head while smiling barely looks but Mr. Saverio and Fico saw it.

After Aleandro's death, Maximus and John make their way to the VVIP treatment room and are followed by the lord Saverio with his son Fico.

John opened the door wide and then Aleandro, the lord of Saverio and Fico went inside, followed by John, and they saw Nathan sitting on a chair by his twin brother's bed.

" What happened to Brother Quenby?" Ask Nathan
