His sister, who was wearing a doctor's outfit, checked the man's pulse after a while, and asked him to help get the man out and take him in their car to the hospital. His sister was sitting in the back seat with the man lying weakly and using his two thighs as his head pads.

" Kasandra I think I've seen this guy where?" Ask her sister while thinking.

Kasandra's doctor opened the car door and not for how long two nurses came while carrying the gurney, and, the two nurses carried the young man's body and placed it in a gurney and pushed him into the operating room, remembering he was seriously injured. Doctors Kasandra and Quenby walked into Kasandra's room to change their clothes affected by the bloodstains of the young man.

" Sister didn't go to college?" Ask Kasandra doctor who knows her sister really likes to learn.

Kasandra opens the door to the room and changes her surgical clothes while Quenby borrows the clothes of his sister Kasandra because their body size is the same after they are done out of the room to the operating room. A hospital security officer walked towards them and it turned out that the security asked for a car key belonging to Kasandra doctor to park the car accordingly in the parking lot and Kasandra doctor gave the key to the security.

Now Quenby is sitting in the operating room waiting chair and calling his friend if he does not come to college for about one forty-five minutes Quenby waited for his sister because he was tired of Quenby standing up and walking towards the lobby hospital while ordering ojek online. After five minutes of waiting, Quenby got into the car. The car was traveling at speed towards the campus on the way Quenby sent to his twin sister named doctor Kasandra if he left for campus,

Ten minutes later, after Quenby left, his twin brother Nathan and his wife Maya walked into the gynecologist's room without registering because the hospital was his family's. Maya lies in bed and the nurse pulls the dres up to her chest while covering her privacy with a blanket. After the nurse finished giving a cold gel to Maya's stomach then the obstetrician put a stick connected to the television screen. Nathan, Maya, the doctor and the nurse see the twins make Maya and Nathan smile happily.

" The masters and mistresses of the fetus are healthy and active." Said the nurse.

" We can't wait to see our 5 kids." Nathan said, holding his wife's hand.

" It's a long time, sir." Answer the doctor.

Nathan simply stroked his wife's stomach which began to be slightly distended without answering the doctor's remarks, after finishing the nurse's ultrasound, the rest of the cold gel was wiped in Maya's stomach then the nurse pulled slowly the dres worn by Maya. Maya slowly gets out of bed with her husband and they sit opposite the doctor who is only limited by the table.

" I'll give you some nausea relievers later." Said the doctor.

" If my wife doc?" Ask Nathan

" I'm sorry sir for the wife can't because your wife is pregnant, we as obstetricians can only provide strengthening drugs and vitamins." Answer the doctor.

" But my wife pity me Doc's tormented." Nathan said

" I'm sorry you're used to pregnant women experiencing morning sickness symptoms." Answer the doctor.

" Then the nausea relievers don't have to dok." Nathan said

" Don't you say it's so painful why you won't drink it?" Ask the doctor in a confused manner.

" I love my wife so much and our five children so let me experience what is called morning sickness with my wife." Nathan said as he kissed the back of his wife's hand.

Maya is deeply moved to hear her husband's words while the doctor and nurse simply look on while hoping to have a partner like Nathan. After a while Nathan and Maya leave the gynecologist's room as his phone rings, Nathan picks up his phone in his suit pocket and sees his twin brother Aleandro calling himself.

" Dear sit down." Nathan said as he swiped the green button and stuck his phone to Aleandro's ear.

" Hello Brother Aleandro, what's wrong?" Nathan asked who was still standing.

Maya sits in a chair to wait for medicine while opening her bag and picks up her phone while Nathan communicates with his twin brother Aleandro.

" Are in the hospital?" Ask Aleandro

" Sister, wait for the medicine." Nathan replied

" Is Maya right next to you?" Ask Aleandro

" Hello brother.. hello..." Call Nathan pretend

" Darling you're here don't go anywhere, I'd like to call Alendro's brother near the lobby." Nathan said in a gentle tone while smiling and gently rubbing his wife's hair.

" What's up, brother?" Nathan asked in a cold and flat tone differently when he was with his wife and extended family.

" Have Kevin been arrested by Aska and Robert been shot by ma*i alone or in prison?" Ask Aleandro

" Just shoot brother instead of running away and endangering my wife especially now my wife is pregnant, I can't afford to lose the one I love." Nathan Said.
