The door of the room was opened by John while carrying two paper bags containing food and drink, John walked closer to mommy and daddy who was staring at Nathan and Maya who were still faithfully closed his eyes, John walked over to his mother and father, it was clear that the heartbeat machine was installed on Nathan and Maya's bodies.

John put two paper bags on the table near the bed and then walked towards his brother named Nathan while bringing his face closer to his brother's ear.

" John where's the man and Maya?" Nathan asked while holding back his annoyance.

" I'm sorry, brother, I lied." John said as he walked up to Father Thomas and hid on his back as if asking for protection.

" John you're so nosy." Omel Nathan's.

" That's mommy and daddy don't want to eat because brother's in a coma." Answer John

" Where is Maya?" Nathan asked as he looked around his room and his eagle eyes looked at his wife's body like a mummy.

" John press the bell to let Nathan's brother check with the doctor." Mommy Gloria's orders.

" Good mom." John answered while pressing the emergency button on the wall above the head of the bed.

" daddy, mommy... Maya how's it going? Our son is okay, right?" Nathan asked as he paused his sentence in a worried tone.

" Maya is still unconscious because of the impact on her head and the contents are fine because the fetus is very strong." Mommy Gloria

" Yes mom, when it happened Maya hugged me so Maya's wounds were worse than mine." Nathan said he felt guilty because he was jealous when Maya approached another man to silence Maya while Maya tried to explain.

The door of the room icu open looks like doctor Kasandra is walking towards them, kasandra's doctor began to examine the condition of her twin sister after five minutes later Kasandra's doctor opened a heartbeat aid attached to the body of her twin sister.

" Is anyone sick?" Ask doctor Kasandra.

" No, I want to sit next to my wife." Nathan Said.

" Tomorrow brother because brother's wounds have not healed." Doctor Kasandra.

" Then get the big sister's bed close to Maya's bed." Nathan Pinta.

" Good brother, I'll call the nurse to move it." Answer doctor Kasandra.

" Let daddy and John move." Dad Thomas.

" Good dad." Answer doctor Kasandra.

Daddy Thomas and John pushed Nathan's bed side by side with Maya's bed after twelve minutes and Kasandra's doctor said goodbye because another patient was waiting for her.

" Mommy and daddy now eat ya." Pinta John

" Mommy and daddy eat huh? if you don't eat Nathan, it'll be sad." Keep Nathan.

" Alright mommy and daddy eat." Answer mommy Gloria.

" You eat too." Nathan's orders to his twin sister.

" Good brother." Reply John obeyingly.

Mommy Gloria, daddy Thomas and John go towards the sofa to eat together while Nathan clasps his wife's hand while looking at her with a sad look.

" I'm sorry, I'm really jealous." Nathan said

" I love you so much, so quickly realize." Continue Nathan

Nathan hopes his wife will soon be aware of his coma and be able to regroup as usual joking, sometimes serious and sometimes talking about the future with their children later if they are born.
