What John said was true, making Nathan hold Maya style bridal style while John stared at his men with a murderous gaze made all his men look down in fear and regret his actions.

" You guys on the first floor wait in the meeting room!!" John's Commandments.

" Even the four of you who work at the reception" Nathan said with a murderous look.

" Good sir," they replied in unison with trembling bodies holding back the extreme fear.

" John calls Kasandra to come here" Nathan orders as he walks toward the elevator door.

" Good brother" replied John obediently.

Nathan holds Maya in a special elevator for the CEO and is followed by John while contacting his twin sister named Dr. Kasandra. The first connection was immediately adopted by Kasandra's doctor.

" So, brother, what's the phone tumben?" ask doctor Kasandra.

" Sister Maya fainted you came to the company" John asked.

" Good sister" replied Dr. Kasandra

Tut Tut Tut

The direct communication connection was decided unilaterally by John then John pressed the elevator button and not how long the elevator door was open, they entered the square box and John pressed the twenty-fifth floor button.

" What exactly happened?" nathan asked in a cold tone.

" I just met a client when I arrived at the company lobby I accidentally saw Maya's sister standing while massaging her head. I saw him immediately call out to him and walked with quick steps because Maya's sister called me while her hand wanted to hold my hand she said her head was dizzy finished saying her sister Maya was unconscious," john explains what happened.

" When his head is dizzy, why not sit on the couch? in the lobby there are seven sets of sofas and a set consists of four special sofas for guests who meet with our company" Nathan said with a confused tone.

" When I saw that Maya was talking to one of our employees while massaging her head, she seemed to want to sit down, but they didn't want to give it to her" John said.

Ting

The elevator doors opened with Aurora's arrival out of the vice CEO's room where John's room was located, Aurora sees her best friend being carried in bridal style by her husband making Aurora surprised and follow them towards Nathan's room.

" What happened to Maya?" aurora asks who saw Maya unconscious.

" Ma passed out, you accompany Nathan and Maya's sister, I'll go to the cctv room to see what's really going on" John said as he turned his back and left them heading towards the elevator.

" Okay" Aurora answered briefly

Long story short now they have reached Nathan's room, Nathan slowly lay Maya's body in Nathan's private bed for the first time because his wife had never been to Nathan's company office. Aurora massages Maya's hands to wake up while Nathan caresses her cheeks with a sad look he is very afraid of something happening with his wife.

Twelve Minutes Later

Maya slowly opens her eyes while massaging her forehead with the arrival of John and Kasandra's doctor while Nathan smiles happily seeing his wife is conscious.

" Where's that sick?" nathan asked in a soft tone as he rubbed his wife's cheek.

" My head is still dizzy" replied Maya.

" Let me check Maya's condition" said Kasandra as she walked towards Nathan's bed.

Aurora immediately stood up and walked towards his wife while Kasandra's doctor sat on the other side that was not occupied by Nathan. Dr Kasandra took out a stethoscope and a digital tension device from her bag and began to examine Maya until ten minutes later Kasandra's doctor had finished examining her.

" How's my wife doing?" ask Nathan

" It's fine and the baby's heart rate is also very good" said Kasandra.

" Why did my wife pass out?" ask Nathan

" Possible causes include: first standing too fast the second Vasovagal Syncope, the third less eating and drinking, the fourth anemia, the third, the fifth is overheating and the last is Hyperventilation (excessive breathing)" said Dr. Kasandra explained.

* Heat or Hyperventilation (excessive breathing) can occur when you exercise excessively and are anxious. Although good for health, but excessive exercise is dangerous. " How to avoid all that so my wife doesn't faint again?" ask Nathan.

" First avoid arriving movements such as getting out of a seat or bed slowly, if you sleep, you should sit first and stand slowly, for example, the second one maintains the diet and the last one maintains fluid intake. Feeling tired, dizzy to want to faint may disappear by itself" said Kasandra doctor again explained.

Nathan just nodded his head then looked at his wife's pale face but looked very pretty in Nathan's eyes while Kasandra's doctor put back the stethoscope and digital tension device into his bag.

" Dear, what exactly is going on?" nathan asked as he stroked Maya's cheek gently.

Maya gets out of bed with Nathan's help and rests at the head.

" I came to the lobby to see you but the receptionist said I had to make an appointment first, I said if seeing my husband had to make an appointment first? keep them.." said Maya hanging her sentence but her eyes glazed.

Grep

Nathan immediately hugs Maya and Maya also returns her husband's embrace while sobbing to make Nathan, John, Aurora and Kasandra doctor look at the two of them.

" Hix.. Hix... the four of them laughed at me and were followed up by the others because I was upset I left the receptionist but one of them asked me to wait and said I was an imaginary wife looking for Nathan's brother," said Maya while sobbing.

" What happens next?" nathan asked while holding back his anger as well as John, Aurora and Kasandra's doctor.

" I walked over to one of the sofas and asked a woman who was sitting, but she refused him and the others when my head came back all dizzy. Until I heard John's voice calling me but I couldn't see it clearly because my eyes were twitching like fireflies making me turn my hands to the side looking for John while saying my head was dizzy and after that I don't remember what happened next" Maya replied.

Nathan and John's jaws hardened at the words of his wife while the doctors Kasandra and Aurora clasped their hands tightly to hold his anger.

" Kasandra and Aurora, please take care of Maya" Nathan said

" Where is it going?" ask Maya

" Johanes and I would go to the meeting room to warn all of them" Nathan said.

" I'm with you" asked Dr. Kasandra.

" Ok, then Aurora please take care of my wife" Nathan asked.

" Good sister," Aurora replied obediently.

Nathan and John kiss each other on the forehead and Nathan, John and Kasandra leave Maya and Aurora in the room and head to the meeting room while holding back their anger.

" Oh yeah what about the cctv footage in the company lobby?" nathan asked in a cold tone.
