" Dita," replied Fico and Aska simultaneously.

" I admit I loved Dita very much and had considered Dita as my daughter even though I was not married at that time as well as my extended family. Then I met Maya and married her because I saw Maya loved Dita so much but since the incident her mother who made opa and oma that I loved died made me hate her so much. " Ribet what else am I well, too," replied daddy Nathan in a relaxed tone as he walked away from them.

Fico and Aska just shook their heads then looked at their unconscious, while the president Axel just listened to his daddy-in-law chatting with his two uncles while looking at Sela with a sad look without making a sound only when Daddy Nathan said goodbye did he let out his voice.

" I'm hungry, aren't you hungry?" ask Fico to Ask.

" Same, I'm hungry too, are we going to the canteen?" take Aska

" But Sela, how?" ask Fico

" Axel, are you accompanying Sela or going to the cafeteria?" ask Ask

" In company of Sela uncle, replied Chairman Axel

" Ok, what's the nitip?" ask Ask.

" No uncle" replied Chairman Axel

" You haven't eaten, if you don't eat you're sick later you can't take care of Sela" Fico said.

Although they were both upset with Chairman Axel but not entirely wrong because Chairman Axel did not know that his family had lied to him.

That's why Fico and Aska did not say about Chairman Axel to father Nathan especially they know that President Axel is very sincere in love with his uncle named Sela in the face of President Axel regretted his actions.

Somehow Chairman Axel suddenly felt his stomach suddenly heartburn made Chairman Axel down from the chair and walked towards the bathroom to make a call of nature while the doctor smiled devil from behind his mask.

The doctor took an injection and a small bottle then took the contents of the bottle using an injection then directed the injection towards the infusion bottle as the door of the ICU room was opened by a nurse at the same time the sound was heard screams.

" Who are you!!!" jessica shouted as she walked towards the doctor.

Jessica was assigned by the hospital to check on Sela's condition but when the nurse's assistant opened the door of her eye care room perfectly round saw the female doctor directing the injection towards the infusion bottle making Jessica walk with a step hurry to the doctor.

The female doctor and nurse were so shocked that they simultaneously turned their bodies and stared at Jessica with a look of shock and anger at the same time making the nurse cancel her intentions.

" It's none of your business go!!" throw out the doctor

" I'm not going to leave, you're the ones who have to go" Jessica said.

" You know this needle contains a very deadly poison so go," the woman's doctor said.

" I don't care" Jessica replied because for Jessica the safety of the main patient and give up her life as long as the life of the patient is safe from danger.

The female doctor did not want to waste time considering that President Axel was still in the bathroom directing the injection towards Jessica made Jessica try to hold the doctor's hand so as not to stab towards her body while the nurse who was with Jessica fought with the nurse doctor, the woman's style was poking each other, clawing and hitting the door of the ICU room open and sound snapped in the room.

In the treatment room Seli lay down while chatting with her twin brother named Jimmy until not how long the door of the treatment room was open and it appeared that two nurses opened the treatment room wide and then pushed the cage.

" Mommy's conscious?' seli and Jimmy asked in unison while smiling happily.

" Dear, what are you sick with?" ask mommy Maya with a worried tone.

" Just be tired mom" Seli replied.

" I'm sorry madam, we want to check with other patients" said the doctor after finishing checking on mommy Maya's condition.

" Thank you doc" replied mommy Maya

" Same - same madam" replied the doctor

The doctor and nurse assistant walked together the door of the treatment room opened by Jessica making everyone who was in the treatment room stare towards the door.

" What's the matter with Dr. Jessica?" ask the doctor who works with him.

" I want to take you to dinner, I'm lazy to eat alone" Jessica replied

" Okay" the doctor replied briefly.

" Excuse me madam, Seli and mister." said Jessica hanging up her sentence because her face was similar.

" Call Jimmy," replied Jimmy and somehow his heart skipped a beat seeing Jessica but tried to shake him off.

" How about Jimmy's brother?" ask Jessica

" Go ahead." replied Jimmy briefly.

" I'm sorry, ma'am, Seli and Jimmy's sister" said Jessica repeating her words with a sweet smile.

" Yes," Seli and Mommy Maya replied in unison

The two doctors turned their bodies and walked away leaving mommy Maya, Jimmy and Seli headed towards the cafeteria not long before the door of the treatment room opened up mommy Maya, who was in the room, Jimmy and Seli stared at the door and saw that Nathan's daddy was walking towards them.

" Daddy is conscious?' seli and Jimmy asked in unison while smiling happily.

" Already, Jimmy you accompany Sela let daddy who take care of mommy and Seli," said daddy Nathan.

" Good dad," replied Jimmy obediently.

Jimmy exits the treatment room heading to the ICU room where Sela is being treated while hoping that her twin sister is aware of her coma.
