Tak
The sound of footsteps wearing high heels sounded as Renata continued to step.
Renata walked leisurely through the hallway to the CEO's room. Both of his hands tightly grasped his broken phone. If he is really in PHK, at least he will ask for compensation for damage to his phone.
Renata will also resign from the company. He had also told Zayn if he wanted to continue college, Zayn was very supportive of his decision. An older brother always wants the best for his younger brother.
Strange gazes watched Renata. Yeah, Renata knows that. A look similar to this morning. The look of envy, scorn, and disgust of the Eve. And the flirtatious look of Adam. What a bad reputation.
It seemed like Renata had to thank Anya who had been gossiping behind her secretly. Who else if not Anya who is the cause of his bad reputation.
"I'd like to meet Mr. J," Renata told Assistant CEO──Arvin Antoine.
Arvin smiled kindly, thankfully the man didn't seem to hate him. Renata thinks the Assistant CEO is a woman who makes no difference from Salvina, jutek and sucks.
"Angelica Renata Tan?" ask Arvin to make sure.
"Yes" replied Renata.
"Just go in, Mr. J is in the room."
"Well, thank you, umm..."
"Arvin's."
"Thank you, Assistant Arvin."
Arvin nodded.
Afterwards, Renata resumed his steps until he stopped right in front of the brown door that read 'CEO Room.'
Somehow her heart rippled, Renata exhaled deeply to relieve her nervousness. Not forgetting to tidy up her clothes, she just did not want to leave a bad impression even though it was already bad for having berated the man.
Renata grimaced remembering. The nature of the bar-bar still exists. How unlucky he is. Want to resign but instead deal with the eldest son of the Tjong family.
Knocks... Knocks...
With the gray door leaf, then there was a dull sound that hinted in.
Renata's gaze was fixed on the straight shoulder of the man sitting behind her.
The broad shoulders that looked very familiar to him.
Then Renata sat down his body. Not long glimpsed shoulders that can shake his heart. Once the field and width, it really made him remember someone.
It immediately cleared his mind, the most important thing now is to resolve the problem with the CEO.
"Good day, Mr. J."
The chair turned around, as did the man's body.
Legit black hair, black iris eyes, tips lips, thick eyebrows, pointed nose.
Renata froze, looked at by Mr. J in disbelief. The man's face was completely similar to her husband's in the past.
"Do you know why I called you, Miss Angel?"
Not only the face, the voice was also very similar.
"Jefra..."
Mr. J's face seemed shocked to hear his first name being called, because it was indeed Jefra Tjong. However, most people call him J, only the Mother calls Jefra.
Who exactly is that girl? After making him feel curious because he had made a mockery, now the girl actually called herself so casually.
Mr. J grew shocked when he saw the girl shed tears.
"Why you?"
"This is impossible..."
Renata got up from his seat, his broken cell phone that had been grasped had fallen to the floor. His head shook, tears kept dripping from the eye patch.
"Miss Ang──"
Not long after, Arvin shows up, probably because he sees Renata coming out of the CEO's room running.
"What did you do to that girl, Mr J?" asked Arvin just prejudiced bad on J.
"I didn't do anything."
The man did not do anything, he was very confused by the girl's super strange attitude.
Though the reason for telling the girl to come to his room was to take responsibility for the phone that he had accidentally stepped on this morning. He had a very important meeting, so there was no time to be in charge at that moment.
Actually he could get people to take care of his problems with the girl. However, Mr. J was rather curious about the girl who had cursed him with the name 'Baji ngan', moreover cursing loudly in the very crowded office lobby.
Does the girl not know who she is? But if you don't know, why call him Jefra?
A bit curious, now growing very curious.
"Miss Angel's phone fell."
Arvin put a smashed cell phone on his screen at the table, he just picked it up from the floor.
"Fix it" said Mr. J.
"Good, Sir."
"Do you know who that girl is?" ask Mr. J then.
Arvin was silent for a moment, then nodded, "Miss Angel is Mr. Alvaro's former lover."
Mr. J frowned, "You mean Alvaro's woman before his wife?"
"Yes, Mr. J. Miss Angel is famous as an actor in this company. The girl always teases Mr. Alvaro to come back to her."
"Eggregator..."
Master J's face hardened instantly, his gaze sharpened.
"Why, Mr J?" arvin asked when he saw the change in the CEO's expression.
**
It looked as if Renata was walking over, like a person who looked very shocked. How not? She meets a man who looks a lot like her beloved husband.
Actually, Renata wanted to hug the man and shed his longing. However, she realized that the man was not her husband.
Mr. J is another person, arguably one of the figures that are not written in the novel. It is not surprising that he met someone who is similar to his acquaintances in the past, because Angel's face also looks similar to his old face.
But, Renata could not deal with someone who had a face like her husband. He was afraid that he could not hold back his own feelings.
"My phone fell in her room" Renata muttered languidly, thinking of giving up her phone, it was broken.
"I had to resign quickly from this company."
Anyway Renata must avoid Mr. J and Alvaro, the two sons of the Tjong family. Even worse, they are both brothers. Both have no resemblance at all.
To be sure, his Jefra is the most handsome.
Renata shook his head immediately. Trying to remind himself, if Mr. J isn't his Jefra.
Because it was too washed away with his mind Renata did not realize if there was a man coming out of the door of the room in front of it.
Dukes
Renata's plenary jidat successfully hit the burly chest behind a white shirt.
"Oh," Renata groaned as she held onto her eel, then immediately looked at the person in front of her.
"..."
Renata just silently looked at the man who immediately made his mood drop drastically.
Why did he have to hit Alvaro, anyway? Just make it more trouble!
