AT THE CROSSROADS OF DILEMMA

Section 24. Still hoping

"It's the first time she's lived alone, so we're worried about her. I'm glad his male neighbor is as good as you. I said Thank you.” said Ms. Yumna, Ken kindly said it was not a problem for her.

“We wanted her to stay in the apartment because she was single. It's safe and the place is clean. I don't understand why he chose such a small place. Later thought your people are poor.“ said Ms. Yumna.

Yumna said that their family was poor, his mother denied that they were not poor but lived well. Yumna asked if his mother had five million rupiahs. His mother replied, Yumna guessed the amount of money five hundred thousand. Yumna's father said they had seven million rupiahs. Yumna asked her mother to stop her and not to act like a rich man. Everyone was silent.

“It looks like his mood is bad. Don't think, you just eat!” yumna's mother said to Ken.

Yumna's father wanted to pour soju, but Ken refused. Yumna's mother thought it was just a glass of manners. Ken accepted it very politely. Yumna's mother looked closer at Ken while drinking soju.

"Have you never been married?” ask Mother Yumna who makes the atmosphere more awkward. Yumna yelled asking her mother to stop her.

“This guy doesn't like me. Not liking me at all!” Yumna.

His mother was silent for a moment to hear him, Ken looks confused can not look at the two parents Yumna. Yumna's mother asked her if her son liked her, then hit him on the head while scolding why he should like a man who does not like her, Her husband held his wife to restrain himself. Yumna's mother told Ken why she didn't like her son, and asked him to tell her what was wrong. Ken could only bow silently, while Yumna's father held back his wife so as not to let out a curse by covering his mouth. 

Yumna's mother and her husband were already on the bus on the way home, initially just silent but Yumna's mother pulled out her phone and called her son in a furious tone.

“Close that wall with cement. Why stay there if that guy doesn't like you? You, if I see him chasing after the man, then you will be slaughtered in my hands!” said Ms. Yumna threatening.

Yumna's father was shocked to hear his wife's words, An angry Yumna's mother tried to take off her shirt and made three buttons on her shirt come off. Her husband wanted to take the tap Mother Yumna yelled no need to take it, for deliberately throwing it away. Abraham sat down with his wife who was still angry. 

Yumna cleaned the table of the former dinner with her family and did not forget to close it with a tablecloth, while in the room next to Ken looked paced and looked urinate. Until finally Yumna heard Ken's voice sigh.

“This is weird - just weird. Do you family often misunderstand?” said Ken cynically.

Yumna with glazed eyes - the glass chose to go with an angry face. Yumna was just silent, Yumna took the bike out pedaling it quickly, when at the intersection the sound of a car horn behind made him almost fall because it hit the pavement.

Brian got out of the car trying to see the state of the victim and how shocked it turned out to be Yumna. With a cynical face Yumna quipped that Brian could have just killed him earlier. Brian said he had no such intentions.

“News about today, can you please don't tell Ken? If it is found out, then I will be ashamed.” said Yumna, Brian also said Thank you. Yumna paddled her bike back up the highway while listening to music and singing.

"I want all the women in the world to die. I want to be the only woman in the world.” Yumna murmured.

Ken stood on the balcony of the house as if waiting for Yumna to return home, when turning his body back the image of Yumna came back saying, “I met the man I was going to marry.“ then drank soju. He could remember Harry's face in a suit when he met Chairman Jang and got into the elevator, his hair was thin and very neat.

Brian exited the room in tiger boxer shorts, yawning and scratching his head. Yumna came out and closed her eyes to see Brian only using a boxer, then nagged who allowed him to go here and there using ****** *****. Brian says if not*********** but a nightgown.

“Who wants to open his pants, when there is something like this inside?” brian said mocking, Melisa called him and then took off her shirt and showed her a bra telling her that it was also a nightgown.

Brian this time who turned his face, Melisa deliberately brought closer so that Brian could be aware. Brian apologizes and walks into his room, Melisa continues to chase so Brian can see her. 

At the dinner table

Kenzo had a banana breakfast while Ken and Brian had a cup of coffee. Ken asks his friend to find out about Harry, Brian asks what he is doing. Ken replied that Harry might have come out. Brian thinks Harry's been calling the theme.

Ken asks to find out first, Kenzo asks who they are talking about. Brian replies that Ken's brother doesn't need to know. Melisa entered the kitchen with a bottle of water. Kenzo complained that he had to have breakfast with bananas every morning and asked his brother to make more provisions because the provisions were so amazing. Melisa heard him start asking what he meant.

“So I have a woman, she is good at cooking.“ Kenzo said then left the dinner table, Brian was upset at Kenzo who was a bucket.

“What is Yumna?” guess Melisa to her sister. Ken chose to leave the dining table.

Melisa blocks Brian from leaving, wanting to know if her guess is true or not. Brian looked confused and pretended not to understand. Melisa asks to just say, Brian complains that he can not say and can not be silent too, everything makes him dizzy and choose to leave. 

The beautiful Yumna entered the office and behind her looks Yumna also entered the lobby. In the hallway, a guard officer called, “Nona Yumna” both looked and stopped. Finally the officer gave the package to Yumna.

Inside the elevator, two Yumna one elevator with Director Vino who started babbling.

“What is not excessive, receive such a package at the office? It was opened in the office and returned. Then, can it work?”director Vino tells Yumna who brought the package to the office.

“This is not mine.” The word Yumna gives to the beautiful Yumna because the number listed is not the phone number. The beautiful Yumna apologized while receiving the package.

“Yumna Team Chief, live alone? So No one can accept your package?” said Director Kenbramah, Yumna with a cynical face told me that she also lives alone.

Director Vino could not say - what - and immediately went out of the elevator after the door opened, the beautiful Yumna also apologized to Yumna for being insinuated by her. 

Yumna carried her package while greeting all her team with a smile, one employee told them they already had results about the customer satisfaction survey.  Female employees also tell have an analysis of market trends as well. Yumna said she had received the report.

Madam Emilia settles into the office and goes into hiding when someone comes out. The fat man tells Yumna that he is in the studio and will call her if he wants to meet her. Madam Emilia said it was unnecessary and immediately the man was fattening further.

“Today, Ken how? How's Ken's mood? Is he angry - angry or is his heart good?” madam Emilia asked in a whisper.

Madame Emilia immediately hid when there was an open door, Ken came out with a face full of anger and entered the other room. The mustachioed man shouted furiously, “Not so long ago he was good, now starting to get angry - angry again!” then it dawned on her boss' mother. Madam Emilia approached asking why her son was suddenly angry again. The man with the mustache did not know why and chose to leave quickly. 

“East Sea or West sea?” ken shouted, Kenzo answered the West Sea.

“Then? Do you have the sound of the West Sea waves? Where did you learn to cheat like this? A layman can distinguish the sounds of the East or West seas! When you go to the west sea, you only eat shellfish with Nana? Though you asked for money to go to the west sea.“ said Ken, Kenzo glared at his brother can find out.

Ken stood up and was ready to beat his brother, behind whom he looked terrified. Ken just stroked his sister's hair telling him to repeat again, but for this time he couldn't make any money. Kenzo nodded with a frightened face. Madam Emilia and her comrades immediately ran away when Ken left the room. 

The mustache entered the room, Kenzo felt that her brother was like a ghost so understandably her brother knew he was going to the west sea, but asked where his sister knew he and Anna were eating shellfish. The mustache was convinced that without Kenzo realizing it, his brother already knew the scenario he designed. Kenzo seemed annoyed to have the mustache repeat.

“Every time Anna talks, anything feels good. He's been helping me with a bad scenario for 7 years. This is why the director needs inspiration. That Nana, as if coming from Paris. She doesn't look like a Korean woman who matre.” Kenzo's story.

Recollects Nana who always comes running and jumps in her arms and lands her kiss on her cheek.

“He likes me openly. Only he likes me openly other than Jolly.” said Kenzo, the mustache man asking who it was.

“Jolly my little cat first. He does look like a sweet cat and will jump every time he meets and licks me, then Swiping his body.” said Yumna, the man mustache can only curse Kenzo is stupid. 

Ken closed his eyes for a moment in his room, the sound of mobile phone vibrations, incoming messages.

“It looks like you've seen my email. Why haven't you called? Do I have to stay dead?” yumna wrote in her message.

Flash Back's

“I know what about love? People must be loved!  Then just know love!” yumna Shouts.

“Eat him! At least one of you should know what love means! The boy, raised by his grandmother since 7 years. Since then, the boy has never taken a picture with his family. Then, can you be happy with her?” said Emilia's mother while recording conversation with her cellphone.

“I, can't dump him out of pity. Since childhood he has been ignored by parents, where can be dumped by me too? He was so kind to everyone that he was not ignored by people. Even when smiling he trembles because he is afraid of people and afraid of being ignored. How can I dump him?” shout Ken.

Madam Emilia saw that it was not love but just a feeling of pity. Ken insists that feelings of pity are also fine for him. 

Yumna walked in her jacket, Ken walked and was silent to see Yumna walking across the street. The two stared at each other, Yumna smiled at Ken who finally wanted to meet him, both of them walked and met in front of a cafe. Ken dared to look at his ex-girlfriend without speaking. 

Yumna waited for the bus at the stop holding a kakiny, recalling her mother's screams, “This guy doesn't like you, why do you like him?” then his mother also scolded Ken, “And you why don't you like Yumna? What's wrong with Yumma? Say !”

After that Ken said that everything was strange and complained that the Yumna family was often mistaken. 

Yumna screamed angrily at herself remembering the events during, until the person sitting next to her was frightened and chose to leave. He knocked on his shoes to calm himself down and let down his anger, a white sedan stopped.

Harry got out of the car in a neat suit, looking at Yumna who was sitting alone at the stop. Yumna looked up, looking straight at Harry, standing not far from her. Harry walked closer, and Yumna stood up as if she had realized it was not a dream. The two stared at each other after failing to get married.

Ken and Yumna finally sit inside the cafe. Yumna thought she had acted well enough to fool herself into thinking she wasn't pathetic, but she felt she couldn't fool Ken.

“I have affirmed this principle for my whole life. So I don't think I can stop doing that. You can see again, right? I smile again.” said Yumna.

“What I mean is I will marry you no matter what it is.” Ken said, Yumna interpreted it as feeling sorry for her.

“Pity is the emotion I feel towards the person I like. I pity my brother and sister too, because I like them.” explained Ken.

“I don't like to be pitied. Especially from the person I love.” said Yumna.

“Alright, that's better. You left me.” said Ken, Yumna sighed hearing it.

Asserting that saying so was not to blame Ken or have to go back to their former relationship, he thought remembering a loved one had died as an unthinkable and terrible memory but he could not do that.

“I wish we could be strangers to each other. So that we both do not get angry every time we think about each other.” Yumna said.

“We are people - strangers to each other.” firmly Yumna.

“If we meet on the streets, can you be indifferent to me and walk away? You definitely can't. Apparently people can remind their emotions last. Let's make our last moment again.” said Yumna.

Ken raised his face, Yumna invited Ken to play table tennis together - the same as only playing 10 times. Ken asked not to try to start anything. Yumna insists that she doesn't think like that because she remembers playing 10 times table tennis, then drinking beer together and doing everything they want. Ken just kept quiet.

Yumma asserted herself it would not depend on her, because there are some couples who are like him and want to get away from someone's feelings like dating and then parting ways but he wants to overcome feelings for Ken before moving on. Ken looked at her deeply. 

Both of them standing in front of the cafe by the lake, Yumna felt the scent of Ken's body just by standing in front of him, then smiling to feel that he was very emotional. Ken looked at Yumna with glassy eyes.

“I'm glad we met again, we should have done this sooner. This is very fun.” said Yumna then leave. Ken nodded then looked at Yumna who left first and walked in the opposite direction.

Flash Back's

Yumna and Ken play table tennis together and it looks very serious, until finally Yumna gives a hard blow, Ken can not reply. Yumna also rotates - play the table with a happy face because it can return to win easily. Ken complained with a breath of gasps asking to be given a chance to win just once.

“Kira - what should I want for today? Let's go to the beach.” said Yumna puffed up beside Ken, then invited him to quickly change clothes and leave immediately. Ken could only smile at hearing it, agreeing to leave. Yumna embraces Ken's hand to go together.

The next day, Ken was again defeated by Yumna with ease. Yumna sits at a ping pong table, expressing a desire to hear Ken sing for her. Ken begged to give him one last chance. Yumna whines for Ken to sing to her just once. But Ken still asked to be given the last chance. Yumna agrees chance is only a one-time game.
