Former Battle

''Hey isn't that a big, secret plan? Aren't you being too blunt?  Hem... You can lift your head!''

He raised his head and was still in a sitting position trying to explain to me.

''Really. But according to my hunch, I can't lie in front of the great abilities you have. So I decided to tell you without hiding anything.''

Eh? He believes in the abilities I've built?

Holding back the laughter, I tried to speak as normally as possible and I thought it would be nice if I made a little authoritative.

'' Uhuk... Good though. I think you know your position. Now tell me, what's going on over there!! I heard a loud object falling from that direction?''

I pointed in the northeast direction where the sound of the battle came from.

''It was a battle between my group and the Elves patrolling this forest. The four of us were in charge of intercepting the Elf who had escaped from the battle and killed him. While our main group is in charge of confronting them.''

'' So so it is. Just for you to know! I am not from this forest. So I have no need to side with anyone. But depending on the situation, I will kill the person who intends to kill me. If you understand that, show me the way! I will ensure your safety as long as you do not betray me. But if you betray me, then you'll wish to die better.''

Looks like my threat worked. His body shook and he nodded slowly.

Standing up, he looked at me and showed me the way.

It didn't take long, now we arrive at a former battle area.

Arrows were stuck in trees and soil along the road we traveled . Red and green blood reminisced here and there.

Not just arrows and blood. There were even swords and spears scattered everywhere along with their lifeless holders.

Orcs and Elves scattered like trash scattered everywhere, but the number of Orc corpses was more.

Not long after, the Orc in front of me suddenly stopped.

'' We managed to get a good hunt! We're going to present this woman to the Orc Lord. We'll use the rest as slaves or food. Gather their weapons and armor immediately!...Hey you, aren't you the one who served as the back group? What the hell's going on?  Where are your other members ? Why did you come here without a gun?''

The biggest orc that seemed to be his commander gave orders to the other Orcs.

I don't understand what he's saying. Maybe he's using Orc language or something. However, Seeing as he looked at the Orc before me, his ugly face seemed to imply astonishment. Looks like he hasn't seen me behind this Orc.

I then moved to the right side of the Orc in front of me to see what was happening in front more clearly.

I saw there were 12 Orcs. Standing idly around there were 6 Orcs guarding the weakly seated prisoners of war. Their hands are not tied. However, as I said, they were helpless, scarred and not as if they had any intention of escaping. They seem to have resigned. Counting their numbers, it was only 4 long-eared people left. There are 3 women and 1 man.

Meanwhile, the other 4 orcs seemed to be gathering weapons located nearby in front of me. I know that because they are now collecting and holding armor and weapons scattered on the ground.

Located in the rear, there are two large Orcs standing opposite. The larger Orc stood looking at me with a big hammer in his hand.

Meanwhile, the smaller Orc was holding a white-haired woman.

The woman drowned. But, it seemed to be alive because the weak breath still moved on his chest that was covered in clothes that were like made of skin. It looks like he was knocked unconscious.

Slowly and helplessly the girl raised her face filled with wounds and dust.

When I saw him he also saw me. Our sight met. Then...

''Bi-Bitte helfen (To-Please)''' He said softly without power, almost inaudible even his voice.
