Very surprising

After being satisfied shopping Nathalie and Ara started to feel hungry, Ara invites Nathalie to eat at one of the restaurants there but Nathalie refuses and forces Ara to eat at the restaurant they used to frequent, Ara tried to reject Nathalie's invitation because she began to feel anxious that too long alone with Nathalie would add to her suspicions. But finally Ara gave in with Nathalie's attitude which continued to force her by whining and continued to plead with her.

Ara stared out the car window as Nathalie's car defended the not-so-busy road, opening the car window to let the autumn wind caress her face, along the road they passed filled with trees lined up neatly on the roadside, the leaves on the green trees in summer had changed to yellow, red and brown,  and then it will soon fall to the earth, leaving branches like dead pohoon. Suddenly Ara's daydream is broken by Nathalie's voice

“Ara... if getting married can change someone,” Nathalie asked while glancing at Ara who was sitting next to her.

“You asked like that because you still think I'm weird now,” Ara asked back while glancing at Nathalie at a glance.

“Not that I doubt you but I see you now is a lot different.” Nathalie stopped her speech while glancing at Ara with her eyes tails, she saw Ara smiling with a grin.

“You look more mature now, no stubborn spoiled Anara,” Nathalie continued.

“Despite whatever got you about me, I'm still Anara who was your best friend Nat,” said Ara touching her best friend's hand while looking at Nathalie with a gentle smile.

“But, I really like you now,” reply Nathalie joined in smiling glances at Ara.

The two no longer spoke drifting in their minds, each only a radio sound could be heard from Nathalie's car. He drove his car faster so I could get there faster. Suddenly Nathalie's beautiful face was pale while calling Ara which made Ara anxious

“Ara…! brake the car!” nathalie panicked.

“Why Nat.?” tanya Ara panicked to hear Nathalie's scream.

“Rem car blong...!” nathalie's strangulation was hard and Ara who was shocked was also strangled no less strongly. Panic in the car.

“Awas Nat….! Shouted Ara looking at a bus speeding in the opposite direction.

“Ara..ayo we jumped..I can't control this car anymore,” shouted Nathalie while trying to untie her seatbelt. The car's speed is out of control.

“No Nat...I was afraid.” Ara started shivering in fear he tried to follow Nathalie who was releasing her seatbelt but her trembling hand due to the fear that attacked her made her fail to let go.

The bus in front of their car immediately slammed the steering wheel as soon as they saw the car driven by Nathalie who was a few meters away in front of him, Nathalie quickly slammed the steering then while shouting,” jumped Ara,” shouted Nathalie loudly while opening her car door and immediately jumped out of the car. Stay Ara who is still trapped with a piece of security that still surrounds her body.

It was hit hard when Nathalie's car hit a protective tree on the side of the road. Ara's head and body hit hard which made her instantly lose consciousness. Nathalie who had jumped from the car landed on the grass on the side of the road, a hard impact on his body did not make him faint by limping he tried to get up and walk to his car, he tried to get up, the people on the street immediately helped Nathalie and some of them immediately approached Ara who was already unconscious with blood that almost filled her face and body.

Neal is seriously following the annual meeting conducted by several entrepreneurs from various countries for the development of their business, his concentration was suddenly piqued by Mark sitting next to him as the man was talking to someone on his cell phone, mark's cold face immediately stiffened as he glanced at Neal and handed the phone in his hand to Neal who was looking at him while grinning his forehead when he saw Mark's tense face.

“There was a call from your mother Sir, you better hear directly from your mother” Mark bowed his face tense, Neal immediately took the phone from Mark's hand. Neal's entire body stiffened upon hearing the news from her Mommy without making a sound he came out of the room which made astonished gazes from the participants present there, neal's departure made the event interrupted but Mark quickly apologized and said the thing that had just overflowed Neal, making all those present speechless and sympathetic, Mark asked to leave and left the event soon after Neal and immediately called the airport to prepare a flight for them back to Russia.

“Stop crying baby, just pray that Ara is okay,” said Ivander rubbed his wife's back gently. Helena just mutely slowly rubbed her tears, she was so anxious to see from her trembling hands, Ivander quickly grabbed his wife's hand and grasped it tightly, he wiped Helena's tears with his soft finger.

Ivander takes Helena into his arms, seeing his wife's anxiety almost as much as when he first heard Anara's news, Ivander knows he has fallen in love with Arabella doting him like his own daughter, it was often said to Ivander that he wanted to have his two daughters. Of course, this news hit her mentally, fearing that bad things would happen to Anara would repeat to Arabella. Or maybe it could be worse than that, considering that they have waited for more than an hour never to get news about the state of Arabella.

Mary could see the sadness that Helena was feeling, and she was not much different she was also very worried about the situation of Ara, in addition to her daughter-in-law she had also arrested Ara as her own daughter, arabella's gentle and kind and very polite behavior had also stolen her heart, she was also very affectionate towards Arabella, as Neal treated her very badly eating her so angry and upset at her son. Slowly Maria and Dimitri sat on the same bench as Ivander and Helena, slowly Mary clutching Helena's hand.

A Doctor comes out of the IGD in a hasty step Ivander and Dimitri quickly gets up from his seat following the Doctor's arrival.

“How is our daughter Doc,” asked Ivander impatiently.

“We are doing our best for your daughter, there are some wounds on her head and lucky the wound is not too deep not to cause serious injury, but we apologize Sir... we can not save the baby in the womb, Ara now bleeding we need blood type A negative because the blood stock from the hospital is empty,”clear doctor was fast.

The four middle-aged were shocked not to play to hear the doctor's explanation, Maria receded a few steps in disbelief with what she heard, Helana again fell unconscious when she heard the explanation from the Doctor, fortunately with a swift Ivander captured the body of his wife, the doctor immediately called the nurse to take Helena to undergo treatment.

“ Sorry Sir, we need blood fast, who…..

“Doctor took my blood only because my blood type A negative ,” suggested Ivander as if just realized, because the doctor's explanation about the Arabella miscarriage also made him so shocked.

“Alright Sir, come with us quickly,” take the Doctor. Ivander quickly followed the Doctor who had preceded him.
