ANINDITA, A Tale of the Past

Anindita stared at the face of the tiny baby who was currently in the lap of her arm. A baby born from the fruit of his love with his beloved husband.

" Our son was born, Mommy. I'll see our son too. He's very handsome like Mas Arya." Anindita rubbed her baby's delicate skin with the back of her finger.

The little baby seemed unaffected by what Anindita said. He actually looks greedy sipping ASI from pu ting Anindita.

" Dedek is hungry, honey?" Anindita chuckles to see her son look greedy sipping ASI.

While Ricky who was about to enter the treatment room Anindita immediately stopped his steps when he saw Anindita was feeding her baby.

" Ne nen her change left, yeah, honey." Anindita moved the position of the baby and then she opened her left breast until the moment the view of both hills was clearly visible in Ricky's eyes.

Ricky to swallow his saliva found the view of Anindita's chest which had always been a temptation for him now clearly visible without cover to show two smooth white chunks with pink tops.

" Mom ..." The sound of Ramadan screaming from the door made Ricky and Anindita aghast. Moreover, Anindita who was surprised to find Ricky who was standing in the room caring for him. It means that the man saw when he gave breast milk to his baby. Anindita immediately pulled the blanket and covered the exposed part of her body.

" Ma, the baby's grandpa's out, huh?" Ramadhan came closer to his mother.

" Occar ...."

The voices of Mama Arya and Tita were heard from the door of Anindita's hospital room.

" Neylorda." Anindita and Ricky answered greetings from Mama Arya and Tita.

" Ricky, thank you for accompanying Anin into labor." Mama Arya grabs Ricky's hand as she passes Ricky still standing by the door.

" Ah, i-yes, Mom." Ricky seems nervous because it was caught by Anindita if he seemed to be peeping on the woman's activities.

" Ma, Rama would like to kiss her baby sister, would you?" Ramadhan then tried to climb up the gurney.

" Beware of falling, Rama." Anindita tries to hold Ramadhan's body from falling.

" Slowly kiss the baby's sister." Anindita asked Ramadhan to kiss her sister softly.

" Anin, Mama wants to see Mama's grandchildren." Mama Arya approached Anindita. Ricky opts out to normalize his heartbeat due to an unexpected sighting.

" Sir, can you please take the baby to Mama?" Anindita asks Tita for help to move the baby in the lap of her arm to the lap of her mother-in-law. " Rama slide first, honey. Who wants to see the baby's grandpa." Anindita also asked Ramadhan to move places.

" What a handsome baby, Mom. It's like Mr. Arya." Tita commented as she looked at the face of Anindita's second son.

" Where is Eyang's grandson? Like Papa Arya he said? Yes, Grandpa's son of Papa Arya." Mama Arya who received the sister of Ramadhan was immediately invited to chat the tiny baby.

" Have you given me the baby's name, Nin?" ask Mama Arya.

" Not Ma, Mama gave her name." Anindita.

" Mama give me Pratama Arka Rahardja's name, Nin."

Anindita gasped and turned to her mother-in-law to hear Pratama's name tucked in her son's name.

" You're getting married to Ricky soon. Ricky will also add the name Pratama behind the name Ramadhan. Ricky says he wants all your children to use the name Pratama as proof that he will love your children without discriminating." Mama Arya again gave support to Ricky, making Anindita can only resign to accept what will happen later.

Anindita noticed a figure standing right next to Arka's baby box. A figure he knows very well.

" More ..." Anindita tried to get closer to the shadow that resembled her husband. The figure also looked towards him.

Anindita noticed her husband's bright and glowing face, and even a smile never wore off on the handsome man's lips.

Arya just smiled looking at Anindita and then looked at baby Arka who looked asleep.

" May ...."

Arya turned back to Anindita and rubbed Anindita's face slowly.

" Blessed, Anin .." said Arya then Arya softly kissed Anindita's forehead to make Anindita close her eyes.

" May ...."

Anindita gasps as she re-opens her eyes Arya's shadow suddenly disappears from before her.

" Mas Arya ..." cried Anindita calling her husband's name.

" Anin ... wake up, Anin ...."

Anindita wakes up from her sleep when she hears Ricky's voice calling her name.

" Athaghfirullahal enzyme ...."

" You're dreaming?" Ricky thrust the mineral water towards Anindita.

Anindita turned to Ricky.

" Why is Dad here?" anindita asked, because honestly after Ricky saw her body part, Anindita felt embarrassed to be close to Ricky.

" Mothers Fatma, Tita and Rama had gone home after the Maghreb. I will accompany you here until you return tomorrow morning. Later if you need anything the nurse will help you."

" Why is it my father who accompanies me? You want to peek at me again?" ketus Anindita quips.

" Hmmm, sorry that I was accidentally."

" Inadvertently why not rush off?" muttered Anindita grumbling.

" Aren't you going to be my wife soon? That doesn't matter, does it?" Ricky pulled one corner of his lips up to make Anindita look up while blinking her lips.

" Oh yeah, about your son's name, you don't mind 'did I add my name to Arka's name? I will also add the name of Rama to Ramadhan Syahrizky Pratama. After we get married your son is my son too, so I'll give you my name in your children's names."

" It's up to you, sir" said Anindita, turning her face away.

" After this I will have people prepare documents for our wedding preparations."

Now Anindita's face turned back towards Ricky.

" His father can't find another woman? Why really want to marry me when I obviously do not love you," said Anindita, she still felt annoyed because Ricky had seen firsthand both of his valuable assets.

" Why don't I choose another woman? That's because they can't make me want to get married. And why did I choose you? You already know the reason. Because I have a child of yours and you need me to raise your children. Your problem has no love for me, for me it is not a problem. Because I'm sure someday I'll be able to make you love me as your husband and also as the father of your children." Ricky said while leaning his body closer towards Anindita until now make their faces very close to each other and immediately it also makes Anindita's heart pounding with a rhythmic heartbeat quite fast.
