Am I Deserving?

Character Introduction

~ Shenna Almayra ~

She is called Shenna, a beautiful sweet village girl with a fair complexion, but her name is not as beautiful as her fate. At the age of 19, where other women still enjoy their lives by continuing their education in college, Shenna instead wandered to the capital to help the father's economy, he lived with his father, his mother went with another man and brought his only brother, his name was Aldi. In the capital city of Jakarta, Shenna is looking for any job as long as it is halal for her, until finally after painstakingly applying here and there in several companies and shops lined up on the side of the road, Shenna was accepted at one of the supermarket stores as a manager of goods.

"Well, you're welcome to work in our store, after this you'll be in between to pick up work uniforms". Supermarket shop interviewer.

"Thank you very much ma'am, thank you for the opportunity, I will work hard". Shenna said happily.

"Together, from tomorrow you can work". while shaking hands with Shenna.

~ Karan Ibn Dirgantara ~

He is called Karan, a handsome 23-year-old man whom many women admire. However, there are women who do not like him because he is a drunk man and always hang out with his friends. His mother, Norah Dirgantara is a director of a well-known company called Dirgantara Group. And his father, Lukman Adijaksa, is a specialist. His parents always warned him to abandon his useless behavior, He was always taught to live a simple and unprivileged life, but Karan who was a child who lacked the affection of his parents made him always look for pleasure out there and not think about his future.

"What time is this karan?!, why are you coming home like this again tonight? didn't you tell me yesterday to quit your useless nature!"

Karan glanced at his papa with lazy eyeballs.

"Karan!, papa is talking" cried papa Lukman.

"Whispering pa, I'm sleepy". Say a saran while entering his room with lazy steps and close the room door violently.

"Oh my God, I have to teach this kid in a way that I have to". Said papa Lukman while rubbing the rough face and emotions that rose.

"It's pa, let's go to sleep, you have to rest. Tomorrow we will tell the boy again, I also want to teach the boy a lesson, tomorrow we will take care of it". Said mama Norah who approached her husband because she heard her husband was angry.

Without words, Papa Lukman followed his wife into the room to rest.

~ Hino Fernandez ~ (Shenna Working Foundation)

Hino, a 23-year-old male figure, is a sweet man who has charming brown skin, thick eyebrows and a perfect smile. He has just completed his S1 studies at a top university in the capital city. Graduated from the major he had been interested in since High School, namely Accounting. Yes, he works as an Assistant from the owner of the Supermarket store with a decent salary. It is responsible for managing the income and expenses of the store. Hino is very smart, even so he includes a humorous man but is not immediately familiar to everyone, Hino is only familiar with colleagues from other divisions who he thinks are good and connected to be invited to talk about some things, and most importantly not from toxic people. Yes, Shenna managed to become the Hino-type person to become her friend.

During the day that Shenna's fifth day at work, Shenna was still a little afraid of her work environment, she was afraid of whether there were other employees who disliked her existence and hurt her. Shenna who always thinks too much about something sometimes tortures herself.

Shenna was arranging the items on the sales shelf as her name implies, meticulously and carefully and occasionally daydreaming about the things that were a burden on her mind about her new job.

"Good shit!, my God. I'm sorry brother I was accidentally, I wasn't on purpose". Shenna said frantically and her heart was racing as she sat wagging the shoes of a man whose accidental fall of canned milk fell from her hands while arranging things.

Hino stepped back for and told Shenna to stand up.

"M-sorry brother, uh sorry sir. I-I was completely unintentional". Shenna said again with an anxious face expecting an apology from her superior.

"You're so funny, it's okay I forgive you, next time you have to be careful". Hino said with a small laugh

"Okay sir, I'll be careful going forward". Shenna's. Still with anxious feelings.

"Yes, by the way you're a new kid?, hmm I know this store is spacious and three-story, but I'm very familiar with the faces of other employees here, and it looks like I just saw you". Hinos.

"Yes sir, I started working here five days ago". Shenna's.

"Oh, yeah, do you have any friends working here? Have you met your other colleagues?". Ask Hino.

"Emm, not yet sir". Shenna replied in a low tone

"It looks like this new kid just got to work for the first time, I'm so sorry to see him. So remember how I used to work for the first time and have no friends".Inner Hino.

"Oh yeah, what's your name?". Ask Hino.

"I'm Shenna Almayra, sir. You can call me Shenna". Shenna replied with a smile.

"Oh, what a pretty name, like his guy.hehe, introduce me to Hino". Hino slashed her hand intending to shake hands with Shenna.

Shenna who was surprised by that only fell silent stiff while looking at the helping hand and looked back at the face of the man before her. Shenna thought that this man before her must have a position that was much more above her. He's still quiet.

Hino knew what Shenna was thinking. Hino took Shenna's hand and immediately shook hands with Shenna.
