Shortly after redeeming the medicine, Kai stepped past the administration section. Accidentally he again passed by Dian and Tara who was just about to enter.

"Tara, Dian," he reprimanded with a smile. His smile grew wider as he looked at his ex-best friend's son in Dian's sling.

"Nr ..." Dian reprimanded him. "What are you doing here?" dian continued to ask.

"I've had a consultation with doctor Mike, her husband El," Kai replied casually as if it were real.

"Congratulations, make the two of you for the birth of your first son" Kai said sincerely and looked at the handsome baby with a smile.

"Thank you, Kai," said Dian. While Tara just kept quiet and listened to the conversation of the two.

"May I carry it for a moment? I also hope my wife gets pregnant soon" Kai said hopefully holding the tiny baby.

Kai only nodded in disappointment and did not answer unless he immediately passed leaving the two.

After Kai died, Dian turned to her husband.

While Kai who was currently on his way, looked pensive. Alex occasionally glances at him from the rearview mirror in the middle of his car.

"Sir .. are you okay?" ask Alex.

Kai reviewed the smile. "Yes, I'm fine, Alex" she replied. "I'm sorry for these three months that I've been bothering you enough that you even have to keep lying for me and El."

"No matter Sir, it's already my responsibility as your assistant" he said. "What about, Miss El, sir?"

"He is also good and healthy."

"Thank God, I'm happy and happy, because soon you'll be a father" Alex said sincerely.

Alex continued to drive his car towards the intended meal. Kai just smiled.
