"God, Al!"

Sora was amazed to see a house with a unique design and many large windows there. The two-story building is not too big but has a green garden in front and side of the house. A medium-sized fish pond is seen next to the house. There were two not-so-large pangguli trees embedded in the front yard. Tree support shows that the tree has not been planted there for too long.

The noise from various tools used by the construction workers was heard from inside the house. Some people were seen in the front yard painting the outside walls of the house.

"Papa who said that you like the wide windows, so I renovated this house," explained Almeer.

"Papa? when did papa say?" ask Sora.

"In the morning, before we go to Mina's graduation, we're talking about you" Almeer replied. "I can't buy a bigger house yet. God willing if there is sustenance, we will enlarge this house again, Sora."

"This is enough, Al. More than enough!" said Sora, he was still fascinated by the building in front of him. "Actually you don't have to bother changing your home—"

"No, Ra. This is your house" Almeer said.

"Our house, Al ...," answered Sora.

Almeer shook his head, "not Sora, I bought this house for my wife. And you are my wife, Kianga Sora."

Sora was moved to hear Almeer's reply, she quickly hugged her husband tightly, "thank you, Al."

"This is part of my duty, right? No need to thank you, Sora."

Sora hugged Almeer, "gemes, deh."

"Don't here dong if it's bubbling, at home only later tonight," seduced Almeer.

Sora let go of his embrace, "Ah, you! He thought there mulu ...,"

"Maha." Almeer chuckled as he pinched his wife's cheeks.

Sora and Almeer's affection is interrupted when Sora's phone vibrates. He reached into the bag and took his cell phone.

"Mama ...," Sora told Almeer.

Almeer nodded and invited Sora to take the call first. While he went into the courtyard of the house, allowing his wife to be more free to talk with her mother.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Ma," Sora said when the phone was connected.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, darling. Where again?" ask Dusk.

"When you take a look at the house that Sora will occupy with Almeer, Ma," Sora replied, "what's the matter, Ma?"

"Your perception is Saturday tomorrow, honey. So Friday you have to go to Jakarta, huh?"

"But the show isn't massive, is it, Ma? Sora doesn't want Almeer to feel uncomfortable there,"

"Yes .., the invitation is not up to two hundred people, dear. Mama also told your mother-in-law to come to the reception, Thank God they can."

"OK, Ma. Sora's gonna tell Almeer, Ma."

"Yes, Honey. The ticket is there, Mama will send it to you, baby."

"OK, Ma. Thanks, Ma."

"Yes, Honey. You be careful there, Mama hang up. Assalamu'alaikum,"

"Wa'alaikumsalam, Mama." Sora disconnects her phone and approaches her husband.

"Have, Ra?" ask Almeer.

Sora nodded, "mama says Saturday is our reception tomorrow, Al. My mom has booked tickets for all of us. Friday we leave for Jakarta, huh?"

"Fum'at?" ask Almeer.

"Why, Al?" Sora asked back.

"Fri Friday I have an important dinner appointment with the client" replied Almeer, "what can I do if I leave Saturday morning, Sora?"

"Let me call mom first, Al." Sora returned to the curb to avoid any noise.

From a distance Almeer saw his wife was giving an explanation to her mother and soon Sora came back to him.

"Where did mom say?" ask Almeer.

"Events in the title after praying isya', Al. So Mama canceled our tickets, changed to Saturday morning."

"Well, how are we? You leave Friday Sora ...," suggested Almeer

Sora shook his head, "no, ah! I want to keep going with you." He's writhing spoiled in Almeer's arm.

"When tired how? the reception should be long standing, Sora."

Sora shook his head, "it's easier to feel tired than to miss," he said.

"Astaghfirullah .., there's not a day we stay away, Sora."

"Not a day at all, but we're too far apart, Al." Sora who was still raising his head, glaring at Almeer and thinning his lips, "i don't want to .." he added with a spoiled shake.

Almeer laughed at his wife's behavior, "yes yes, we leave Saturday morning."

Sora widened his smile, "Yes!"

A busy few days had already passed by Almeer. Responsibility for his work makes Almeer come home always late at night, even sometimes Almeer comes when Sora is asleep.

Sora felt sorry to see Almeer working quite hard the past few days. If not for the strange terms of his papa it is unlikely that Almeer would have been overwhelmed to finish the demands of his work.

In accordance with Almeer's schedule, tonight he meets an invitation to dinner with his important client at one of the five-star restaurants in the city of Malang. This time he took Sora with him.

"A reservation, sir?" ask a waitress when Almeer and Sora just passed the main door of the sewer.

"Yes, I have an appointment with Mr. Bara" replied Almeer.

The man in the uniform checked his little note, "I drove to Bara's desk, he arrived some time ago" he explained.

"Well," said Almeer.

Almeer and Sora followed the waitress until they entered the pool area. The man felt Sora's hand clutching tightly against his arm. He looked at his wife, the woman was looking to tread carefully and took Almeer a little away from the pool.

"Your guests have arrived, sir," Pramusaji told the middle-aged man sitting down.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Mr. Bara ...." Almeer extended his hand to Bara.

Bara stood up and welcomed Almeer's hand, "Wa'alaikumsalam, Mas Almeer."

"I'm coming with my wife, sir." Almeer introduces Sora.

"Well, is Mas Almeer married?" Bara surprised.

"Alhamdullillah, we just got married a week ago, sir."

"Waah .., my son is late, nih ...," murmured Bara.

Almeer smile. He saw Sora, motioning to introduce himself to Bara.

"Assalamu'alaikum, sir. I'm Sora, Mas Almeer's wife."

Almeer was a little surprised to hear Sora call his name with the 'mas' affix'.

"Ooh, yeah. Dik Sora, I'm Bara." The middle-aged man introduced himself, "let's sit down, please" Bara asked.

Almeer and Sora sat in the reserved seats. Pramusaji poured water on an empty glass in front of Sora and Almeer.

"The food is coming soon, sir. Please wait ...," said the waitress to Bara then left.

"I'm sorry, I have to take my wife, Mr. Bara. I can't bear to leave him alone at home" Almeer said.

"It's okay, Mas Almeer. I also took my wife, still to her toilet." I glanced towards the toilet.

"Alhamdullillah if so, sir."

"Eh, is the guest here?" A middle-aged woman stepped slowly with an elbow stick in her right hand.

The deg!

Sora's face turned pale, his heart rhythm sped up faster and his hands trembled violently. He turned his body and lowered his body. His two hands that suddenly felt cold clashed with each other to ease his tremors.

"Assalamu'alaikum Mas Almeer ..," the woman said to Almeer.

Almeer stood up from his seat, "Wa'alaikumsalam, Ms. Clara. How are you?" greet Almeer.

"Alhamdullillah, good ...." The woman looked at the bowed Sora, and looked at Almeer.

"Ooh, this is my wife, Mom," explained Almeer, touching Sora's shoulder. "Ra, this is Ms. Clara. His wife is Bara."

Sora took a deep breath and raised his head looking at the short-haired lady by the boat.

"Sora ...," Almeer urged Sora to introduce herself immediately.

"You ...," The woman named Clara looked at Sora fixedly, "Kianga Sora?" continued.

"Al," Sora pulled up the sleeves of Almeer's hand shirt, "excuse me, you can continue this dinner yourself. I'll go home first,"

Sora did not wait for an answer from Almeer, he picked up his bag and hurried away. However, Sora's hand is pulled suddenly by Clara.

"Deliver!" sora shouted with Clara's hand to attract the attention of restaurant visitors.

"Sora, what's wrong?" ask Almeer in astonishment.

"Sora!" Clara tried to hold back Sora's steps, "excuse me, Auntie" he said.

"Don't touch me!" he said stifled, his eyes showing anger.

"Tante wants to apologize to you, on—"

Sora forcibly removed Clara's hand from her hand, then left the dining table.

"Sir Bara, Ms. Clara. I don't know what's going on. I'm sorry for making this dinner a mess." Almeer looked panicked and confused.

"You better go after your wife quickly" said Bara.

"Good, Sir. Excuse me, Assalamu'alaikum ...."

"Ma'alikumsalam ...,"

Almeer ran after Sora. He saw that his wife had just passed the exit.

"Sora!" Almeer grabbed Sora's hand, the woman stopped and bowed.

Almeer stood in front of Sora and raised his wife's face. He could see that the woman he loved so much was not okay.

"Why, Ra?" almeer asked softly, she pulled Sora into her arms.

Sora hugged Almeer tightly, he did not yet have enough strength to tell her how he felt. His heart was still filled with anger.

"We'll just go home, okay?" ask Almeer.

Sora let go of his embrace then nodded.

***

The night is getting late. However, the lights in Almeer and Sora's room have not been extinguished. Almeer still stroked his wife's hair, rubbed it and kissed her. He was ready to listen to whatever his wife would say.

"Where do you know them, Al?" ask Sora.

"Pak Bara company entered one of the companies you sought for me, Ra. And it turns out he's Moza's father."

"The moza?" Sora was shocked to wake up from his sleep, "so he intends to marry you to Moza?" ask Sora.

"It was just a joke, Ra ...." Almeer sat opposite Sora.

"Woaah! The world is so narrow, Al!" sora said regretfully.

Almeer grabbed his wife's hand, "you're not comfortable with my relationship and Mr Bara?" ask Almeer.

Sora shook his head, "more precisely with his wife and son."

"I know why you don't like Moza. But, I don't know why you don't like Clara's mom."

"He's a bad guy!" cetus Sora's.

Almeer frowned, "why can you argue like that, Ra?"

"He's the one who almost made us lose Papa and Mina, he's the one who tried to kill me because he knows his evil plans! he almost drowned me in the pool, Al ..," explained Sora, trying to contain his anger but tears just came out there.

Almeer hugged his wife again to give her peace of mind, "after my work with Mr. Bara is done, I will try to stay away from them, Ra."

Sora nodded, "you have to do that, Al."

"Yes, Sora ...," replied Almeer as he rubbed his wife's back.

Sora calmed down for a moment in Almeer's arms. After feeling relieved, he let go of his embrace.

"Didn't he just apologize to you, Ra?" ask Almeer.

"It's not that easy, Al," said Sora, "even my trauma with the pool still exists today. Although I repeatedly ventured, I still could not overcome my fear."

Almeer nodded and tried to understand Sora's feelings.

"If I had known it was her husband's company, I wouldn't have given it to you, Al" Sora complained.

"This is God's plan, Ra. Try to take it good. Of the many people in the world, why did God predestine you to meet him?"

Sora framed his shoulders, "no ...,"

"Maybe God wants you to let go of the grudge you've been holding for so long, Ra?"

"Ck!" Sora chuckled in annoyance, "i'm going to sleep, Al!" He threw himself on the bed.

Almeer just smiled looking at his wife. He could not force something that he thought was wrong, because he never felt what his wife had ever felt.

***

Almeer and Sora had just set foot at Abdurahman Saleh airport in a hurry and panic. Doing impromptu activities between husband and wife this morning, making them have to chase with time. Both of them walked quickly to the check-in.

"Aargh!!"

Sora stumbled at his own steps, but someone pulled his hand and made the beautiful black-thorched woman fall into the arms of the man who helped her.

A distinctive oceanic scent belonging to someone Sora was very familiar with was rubbing Sora's nose. Just as he wanted to raise his head, he suddenly felt someone pull his hand.

"I ...." Sora looked at her husband who was staring cynically in the other direction, he followed the direction of Almeer's eyes until he found the man he had expected, "Aga!"

"You're going too fast for him to follow, you need to be more careful" Aga said, flat and cold.
