Chapter 14's

"Want to soak? We can stay at an inn that has Onsen facilities."

We had finished walking around the Shibuya Junction and were in the car when Taka asked. I, who was having trouble carrying some plastic filled snacks, could only stay still. Taka looked at me and rubbed my head gently.

"Rinais? Do you want to try soaking in Onsen?" ask again.

Onsen is the Japanese term for a hot spring and a hot bath with hot water coming out of the bowels of the earth. The inn that has a hot spring bath is called Yado Onsen.

Besides Onsen, Japan is also famous for Sento. Sento is a public bath that is widely used by local residents called Kenkou Land (health spa) which can make the body more relaxed.

I, who had just focused on Taka's question, suddenly raised my face. "I want to!" quickly kataku. "Where are we going to the inn?"

Taka seemed to think for a moment. "Because you asked about Doraemon's house, I will take you to Nerima. There's an inn with an Onsen that lets you wear a swimsuit."

I looked at him not understanding. As if knowing my confusion, Taka again explained. "Almost all Onsen have rules for visitors who will soak. One of them, is not allowed to wear clothes at all. For Onsen in the inn, there are also Kashkiri facilities, or Onsen that are rented privately. Usually the one who uses this facility is a married couple or family."

I widened my eyes.

"But not all Onsen are like that. What we will visit is a visitor friendly Onsen. Visitors can still wear clothes while soaking," Taka said quickly before I could make a sound.

"Alright then," I said with relief. Something flashed through my mind and made me stare at the old Taka. "You visit Onsen often?"

"Just a few times."

"In general, Onsen is separated between the male and female parts. However, there are also —although not many— Konyoku Onsen where male and female visitors are made one."

I felt emotions that began to rise along with thoughts that I could not control. "Have you ever tried Konyoku Onsen?"

Taka nodded slowly, his face started to fidget. He seems to know where I'm going.

"Is there something you saw there?"

"Yes.., all who come to Konyoku Onsen can see 'anything'," he replied slowly.

I moved my body closer to her, grabbed her hair with both hands and shook her, "What are you doing?! Didn't you think at the time of visiting Konyoku Onsen that in the future maybe your wife will be shocked by what you are doing?!'

"Rinai-chan, sorry! But in Japan, it's a normal thing" he said. "After all, even though I visit Konyoku Onsen, I always go with my bandmates. It was at midnight or early in the morning, so there were no female visitors" Taka explained.

Suddenly, I let go of my grip. "You should have explained that from the beginning, so I don't have to be bar-bar-like. I'm sorry," I said, putting both hands on my stomach and bowing.

Taka still rubbed his messy hair and I smiled broadly at him.

"We're leaving now?" askaku.

Taka nodded and approached me. For a moment, I felt that he would return my treatment to her. But apparently, she put on a seat belt and kissed my forehead gently.
