Chapter 7's

Kaito

Plaque ...

Mina's slap wakes Kaito up.

"Oi Kaitolol wake up oi!"

     I slowly opened my eyes and saw Mina in my room. I also said.

"Why the hell? Don't play slap."

"Your nut ... Your sister has gini fever why?" said Mina, holding onto Hanabi's forehead.

I immediately stood up and checked on Hanabi. Because she still has a fever I said to Mina.

"Today I'm not allowed to go to school first ..."

"Hmm .. Yes, I will let the teacher" Mina replied as she stepped out of my room.

     I also prepared a cloth and a small bucket of water. I dipped the cloth and squeezed it. Then I put it on Hanabi's forehead who was fast asleep. When the cloth touched her forehead Hanabi opened her eyes slowly.

"Sister? this is brother right?", said Hanabi limp.

"What do you mean? boy ..", answered me with a slight joke while holding his hand.

"Sorry brother .. ngerepotin", said Hanabi.

"Hmm ... gapapa .. want breakfast?", ask.

He just nodded silently without a sound.

     Kaito also made porridge for his sister's breakfast. Slowly Kaito gave a mouthful of porridge to his sister. After Kaito finished washing the equipment he used and immediately took a shower. After changing his clothes Kaito returned to his room to see the state of Hanabi.

      When I opened the door to my room I was greeted with surprise.

"Sir Kaito .. good morning" said Hanabi who was already sitting on her bed.

"Loh ... Uh, how's it healthy?", I asked with a flat face.

"Schooler just gapapa ..", said Hanabi.

"Hmm ... still perfect, but do you gapapa yourself?", I asked while looking at the clock from my smartphone.

"Hmm .. There's a school!", replied Hanabi.

     I immediately put on my uniform and put textbooks in my backpack. After saying goodbye to Hanabi I rushed to run to school. I ran while holding a smartphone. At 6:40, school comes in at seven. It usually takes me 30 minutes to walk. If it's only 10 minutes late there's no problem.

     I kept running around regardless. Just as the bell rang I reached the school gate. I stopped for a moment to get tired. I entered the school with breathless gasping. My fatigue disappeared instantly when I saw Ai like looking for something in a bush.

     Without thinking, I called her.

"Oi Ai ... What are you doing?"

Ai was shocked and turned her body. Of course I don't expect an answer from him. I just want to know what he's doing in front of the bush that's in the schoolyard. Without a second thought I immediately held her.

     Again he was the one who noticed me. Wish I could say that they threw my textbooks into the bush. Ignorant children would love to prank me, because I won't say anything about what I'm going through.

     Unknowingly I kept holding her. When entering the class we also become a conversation material for other students.

"He? ... Are they dating?", whispers heard in class.

I came to my senses and let go of my hand. Then immediately sit on my bench.    When I saw Ai sitting with a worried face, I thought something must have happened to her. I patted her on the shoulder and asked.

"Is there a problem?"

He just shook his head. She thought I couldn't read the look on her worried face.

"What else are they hiding? A book? The shoe? The briefcase? or what?", asked me with a face.

     How did he know they were judging me again, when he was too late. Maybe he can help me. I ripped the paper from my little notebook and wrote. "Ano .. textbook."

     Again another paper tear, when reading it somehow I feel disturbed. It is not me they are ignorant of. It was also Raku who was sitting on the bench in front of me turned his head and called out to me.

"Oi .. If you want to find the book, it's under the mango tree right behind a dry bush."

"Eh, you know what? why don't you take it?", I asked confused.

"I don't want to be the same fate as you. .. I don't want any gossip about me. and I'm lazy" she replied, returning her gaze to the future.

When I was thinking of taking Ai's lost book, at the same time our class teacher came in. I also cancelled my intentions. And plan to take time home from school.

     Kaito went through the rest of the lessons at school with boredom that always enveloped him. Finally after enduring for quite a while, the sound of the school bell that Kaito was waiting for was heard by his ears.
