Chapter 33 - Maya Feelings

POV Mayan

During this week I may have been acting strangely, and Riyu may have noticed it as well. Every time I met him I always sighed and ran away from him.

It started when I decided to express my feelings and give what sensei entrusted to me to little Riyu.

I decided I would do it when I assumed little Riyu was mature enough and she was strong enough, at least to hurt me. Therefore, I said I would give him a gift when he managed to hurt me.

Well, even though in the end I only beat him when he managed to do it because he used a sneaky trick.

The next day Maya's mind calmed down. He woke up as usual, intending to make breakfast. But his steps came to a halt when he heard someone else was cooking in the kitchen. Maya initially thinks it's Mei, but she is surprised to learn that it's Ryu.

Maya soon hides in a place no one can see. Then he improves his eye abilities and observes Riyu from a distance.

It is not long before Maya sees Mei talking to Riyu and the two of them cook breakfast together.

Maya could only sigh again.

He thought they were the perfect couple.

‘Is good interfering with their current relationship.’

But, even if he did not want to disturb their relationship, he still had to do so because Riyu's condition was a bit unique.
