Reyhan is like a hypocrite, he dislikes Wilona and says that he loves Kiana. However, he is still trying to lie to his heart, he is also playing tricks on Wilona's heart just because of his parents' business relationship.

'Lord, I know I am a hypocritical man with no stand. A hypocritical man who can't fight for his love, I'm a hypocritical man who pretends to love Wilona. However, I pray to you Lord, please give health and happiness to Kiana, the woman I love so much" Reyhan said.

Reyhan again walked down the aisle of the hospital, his feelings getting worse. He misses Kiana, the woman he cannot fight for and has because fate is not on his side.

Reyhan stood right in the hallway of Kiana's nursery, slowly looking towards the glass window, hoping for a curtain gap to open so that he could see Kiana. However, there was no gap whatsoever, he could not see Kiana at all.  He slowly ventured to open the door to just make sure Kiana was okay.  He saw Kiana sleeping fast until his heart felt very relieved.

"Mr Reyhan," bi Iyem suddenly woke up shocked to hear the sound of the door to Kiana's room closing again.  At first glance, bi Iyem saw Reyhan's back and he immediately came out to catch up with Reyhan, the man who reunited him with Kiana.

"Mr Reyhan, wait!" Bi Iyem's footsteps quickly followed Reyhan who was walking in the hospital hallway.

"Auntie!" Reyhan was surprised to see bi Iyem following him with a breath of excitement.

"Can you talk for a second, sir?" Pinta bi Iyem's.

"Can, Bi, how about we sit in the waiting chair in front of Kiana's room, Bi? So that we don't leave Kiana alone, so if Kiana wakes up we can get there soon. Aunty knows that Kiana is traumatized by loneliness" Reyhan said kindly.

"What mean? Please explain!" Iyem's voice tone slightly raised because of the words coming out of Reyhan's mouth.

"I'm sorry because I can't take care of Kiana completely because I'm a coward" Reyhan said in a sad tone of voice that made bi Iyem increasingly clueless.

"Master likes Kiana's son?" tanya bi Iyem make sure.

Reyhan nods and explains that he cannot fight for his love for Kiana because he will be engaged and will someday marry the woman of his parents' choice because their relationship and marriage is marriage business business.

"Yes, if that's the case, it means that Mr and Nak Kiana may not be a match. May you be happy with your choice and may Nak Kiana find a better man who loves her and fights for her sincerely, because now Nak Kiana has to fight first for success so that later she is proposed by a good man who really deserves her, "bi Iyem replied with a disappointed face, saying, but still look strong for a beautiful girl who is like her own daughter.

Bi Iyem behaves like a mother who is very defensive of her child, because bi Iyem really knows that Kiana is a girl with a very fragile heart. However, how could Kiana and Reyhan not meet, they are tied to a job relationship.

Now Reyhan's heart is getting torn apart. With a sad face he tried to wipe away his tears.  He walked down the hospital hallway to a musala that he had rarely visited. His little heart said he was eager to present it all to the Creator and he wanted to pray for the happiness of Kiana, the woman in his heart, the woman he loved so much and the woman he loved so dearly, but their destiny is not as lovers, but only a pair of friends and co-workers who depend on each other and need each other.

"Can I be without Kiana?"

'Do I have to cancel my relationship with Wilona and fight for my love for Kiana?' rendra said in his heart.
