About Fany

Part 7: Three friends

Fany's days passed as usual, with nothing special. He went to school from Monday to Friday, then came home to study and finish PR. If there is no PR, then he will go to the boxing club. Like last Wednesday and Thursday, he trained with Yudha and other colleagues.

And now, the weekend has arrived, today he has an appointment to meet with Rangga and Berly at the city park after he finishes working at the cafe. The three of them had now become close friends, by the way. Maybe the effect of the blow from Fany at that time that made Rangga a little change.

Although he still often skipped lessons, but he never bothered students at school again. He spends more time in the rooftop with his gang or eating in the cafeteria with Fany and Berly. At first Berly was very surprised to learn that Fany was friends with Rangga, but eventually he got used to the presence of Rangga.

"Gue go home first yes, brother," said Fany to Sinta after she changed her cafe uniform and clothes.

"Okay, thank you, Fany," replied the cafe owner, "be careful on the street."

Fany simply nodded and smiled, then rushed towards the city park located not far from the cafe where he worked. When he almost reached the appointment place, he could see Rangga and Berly who had arrived first, they occupied a park bench arranged around a round table. The two of them talked while eating ice cream.

"Well.. Huh.. Hi!" greet Fany to his two friends with a breath of excitement, then sit in front of them.

"Capek huh?" said Berly, then gave Fany mineral water, "let's drink it."

Fany received the water and drank it straight away. He was quite tired because when he went to the park he chose to run.

"Lagian lo why run away anyway," said Rangga, "when the usual way also keep nyampe."

"Gue doesn't want you to wait too long" replied Fany.

"Ih so sweet~," said the spoiled Berly who was immediately rewarded with a look of disgust from Fany.

"Want ice cream?" ask Berly.

"Yes, please" cried Fany.

"Tuh, take it yourself," point Berly at the plastil bag on the table.

Fany immediately took the only ice cream there, "wih, red velvet, you know my favorite ice cream."

Berly just smiled while still eating his ice cream. Long enough they are silent because they focus on enjoying the taste of each ice cream.

"Where's Ngga?" ask Fany suddenly.

Rangga's forehead frowned confused, "how what?"

"Say you want to talk about college with your parents," explained Fany.

"Oh that," answered Rangga, then sighed tiredly before continuing his sentence, "just don't want them if I don't get into medicine."

"Judah anyway, just go to medicine, let's be the same as me" Berly said.

"Tck, I said gamau ya gamau!" sulkan Rangga's.

"Just relax, what the hell!" reply Berly.

"Have it done, why fight anyway," said Fany hurt his friend.

"Emang difficult yes if the difference of opinion is the same ortu," continued Fany, "gue can only help prayer anyway."

Then silence. They chose to focus on finishing the ice cream while enjoying the twilight sky.

"Eh, what are we going to do?" ask Fany.

"Emmm... Why is it good? Bosen also if you just sit around here," Berly replied.

Rangga seemed to think for a moment, "just watch, would you not? There's a new action movie, it's kind of exciting."

"Hm... You can too," replied Fany.

Rangga's idea was also approved by Berly. Then, they immediately went to the bisokop in the nearest mall. They went there in a white car owned by Rangga. When they arrived at the cinema, they booked their tickets.

Fany prevents his friends from spending money, "the money that is traded," and then immediately hands the money to the cashier.

"Fa?! Later money lo abis," cried Berly.

"Take it easy, I'm rich" joked Fany, who was just met by the tired arms of his two friends.

Eventually the two of them walked in and sat comfortably in front of the cinema screen. Previously Rangga had bought tons of corn to be enjoyed in the middle of the film.

Moments after the movie started, Fany felt the phone in her pocket vibrate. He picked it up and saw who called. It turns out that the call from the number is unknown. He shifted the 'resist' sign and put it back in his pocket. But not long after his phone rang again, and it was a phone from the same person.

"Who the hell is Fan?" whispered Berly who was sitting next to Fany.

"Unknown number" replied Fany slowly.

He turned off his phone so as not to interfere anymore. Then, focus back on the film in front of him.

"Crazy! Very cool vow!" fany exclaimed as they walked out of the movie screening room.

"Yes, especially if the hero is alive again," replied Rangga.

"Totally, let alone fitting the same gelut monster, really cool, anyway," said Fany, then turned to Berly, "lo why cry anjir?"

"Sadly I am," said Berly, who was still cleaning the corner of his eye using a tissue, "his white dog died because he was lost to the hero."

Fany rolled a lazy eyeball, "the idea was also sad, but eventually the dog was also alive again."

"It's just sad!" murmur Berly.

Rangga and Fany just laughed to see his friend crying over the dead dog, but at the end of the story the dog came back to life.

"Gue lager, aren't you?" ask Rangga.

"Yes" replied Fany.

"Same, I do too," Berly replied, "come to the food court, this time it's my turn to treat."

"Yes! Skuy," exclaimed Fany and Rangga.

The three of them took the elevator to the food court located on the top floor. Arriving there, they immediately ordered grilled chicken rice and chocolate milk ice, as well as some snacks. Of course the one paying for all the orders is Berly. After that, they occupied one of the tables that were there.

Fany who just realized that her phone is still in a state of death, immediately turned it on. He was surprised to see there were 9 missed calls from unknown numbers.

"Eh, who is this?" monologue Fany.

"Who's what?" The curious Berly immediately looked at the screen of Fany's phone, as well as Rangga.

"Try the phone back," said Rangga, "always important."

"Don't want ah, then lest the impostor again," suspicious Fany, "let me trace the contact first."

Before Fany started her tracking action, she suddenly saw a pair of legs of someone stopping beside her. Fany who was still lowered could see that the shoes and pants that the person was wearing came from a famous and very expensive brand. He wondered if the person might be Rangga or Berly's father.

"Fany."

The voice of someone made the three of them turn towards the person. Then, Rangga and Berly saw Fany wanting to ask who the man who called her was. However, their foreheads frowned in confusion when they saw Fany's face that looked shocked with perfectly rounded eyes. They concluded that Fany clearly knew who it was.

How could Fany not be shocked if the man she sees now is the man whose picture she always keeps in her purse.
