Chapters. 9. Face of the enemy

This was the first time Reddick had come to Wyclif's company after his death. Although there is a sense of anxiety and not calm, Reddick tried to be indifferent. He had to come to this place to see for himself how this company was now.

Who are they all? The person I consider to be a full supporter of my family, is now acting as an enemy when I die. They've been cheating on me and Dad all this time.

The sound of someone walking from the hallway approached Robert's door. Although Reddick's face still looked forward, but he put his ears to know who it was. The door opened quickly.

"Hello Lion. I heard your arrival from my personal bodyguard. Uncle, can't uncle tell me that Lionel's coming?" protest this girl. Pay it Amber. He whines spoiled.

"You already know that Bellina will never be an important person in this company, Lion," said Amber.

"We won't forget about the deal, Lion. You'd get a few percent stake in this company if you could make Amber CEO" Robert said, surprising Reddick instead of playing. Lion in CEO election?

"So I was bait to make Reddick kill himself?" reddick asked making the two people look at him sharply.

"Shut your mouth, Lion. Don't say anything like that here or wherever you are. You know the rules." Amber hissed again in anger. Robert just kept quiet while staring at Reddick sharply.

Reddick's out of the room in between Amber.

"We better have lunch first. You haven't had lunch yet, have you?" tawar Amber's. Reddick did not respond, Amber must have forced him.

In the hallway, Reddick finds Bellina at the end. As usual, the woman looked simple with her beauty.

Perhaps because of the constant attention, Bellina who was originally busy with a cellphone in her hand, now looked up. Then bow for a moment greeting Reddick and Amber. Still with a cool and polite attitude as usual.

"Have you had lunch, Bellina?" bargain Reddick surprise. Bella looked at him sharply. Amber immediately showed a displeased face. "No. I'm not flirting with you. I'm going to have lunch with Amber, so I think the three can be more crowded." Reddick instantly broke that sharp look.

Bellina must have set an alarm for every playboy appearance. He glanced at Amber.

"She's gonna be kicked out of your family?" ask Reddick quickly. Amber smiled immediately.

"Come, we'll have lunch soon. I'm so hungry." Amber did not answer.

Reddick's head was filled with Amber's lips that hissed earlier. It's about getting Bellina out of the Wyclif family. He can't calm down.
