Chapters. 25 'I am Reddick Wycliff!

"Reddick Wycliff's? Joking you okay Lion.” Delvin smiled faintly at the confession of the man who had long been his friend. “Since when do you want to be a cute guy, but smart at the job?" delvin asked with lazy looking eyes.

 

I'm cupu? So I look like that in their eyes? This sucks, Reddick growled in the heart. But it cannot be denied the possibility of him is like that.

 

"Even Reddick Wycliff is dead. You yourself came to his death anniversary. This is impossible" Delvin continued. He still denies that this body contains Reddick's soul.

 

"I told you you wouldn't believe me, Delvin. I hesitated to tell you. But that's the truth. All the different things on this body are indeed because our souls are not the same. I'm now Reddick Wycliff, not Lionel."

 

"It's too impossible to believe, Lion. Your soul is Reddick? That's right." Delvin again smiled disdainfully.

 

"It's impossible for me, too, for Delvin, but what happened to me is real" Reddick said, trying to get Delvin to believe. The man still looked at her strangely. Reddick believes it's not easy to get people to believe his story. "If not, why would I bother talking to you if I was Reddick? That's stupid and silly, isn't it? Because you definitely don't believe it! But I need to tell you that this is all true, Delvin." Reddick said it emotionally. It's frustrating.

 

Delvin silence. As long as he had been observing Lionel ever since at the hotel, what this man was doing was a very different matter to Lionel's habits. It all leads to the story that just unfolded. But it still seems impossible to believe.

 

"If you're Reddick, where's Lionel's soul?" delvin asked with sharp eyes. Chief Reddick looked up. Look straight at the man.

 

"I haven't found out about that. Because I'm still busy working on saving Bellina. If I knew, I'd meet him and ask him to exchange souls" Reddick said.

 

"Can that be?" delvin asked with a face feeling strange.

 

"I don't know about that either. I'm just wondering." Reddick started lowering his voice. There was a sense of sadness and despair when he remembered that there was no chance he could return to his own body. Because he himself doesn't know how.

 

Delvin was silent again. He was observing this man who claimed to be Reddick. Those eyes don't lie. That's an honest eye.

 

"I don't know what to respond to this. But the truth is you are indeed different from the Lionel I know. Maybe I'll try to see you from the other side. I'll try to think you're Reddick Wycliff even though it's impossible." Delvin widens his eyes again when he must believe that Lionel's body contains Reddick's soul.

 

There is hope to be trusted there. Reddick's a little relieved. Although there was still a strange look at him.

 

"I would look stupid if I believed you. But the look in your eyes does not lie. So I'm trying to follow you by admitting you're Reddick Wycliff" Delvin pointed to Reddick's chest. A little pushing to emphasize. It was like a warning.

 

"I'm not lying. Thank you for trusting me."

 

“What's that why you're trying to get close to Bellina?” asked Delvin who was trying to understand the storyline.

 

“Yes. Lionel was slandered by Agatha. They made me think that Lionel was in a special relationship with my wife. The disgusting old lady kept sending me pictures of Lionel and Bellina together." I who never dared to ask anything to my wife began to be depressed because of the slander Bellina and Lionel cheating.”

 

Delvin listened to one story at a time that was told by Reddick. From this he slowly understood that in Lionel's body there was another soul, that of Reddick Wycliff!

Bellina went to the hospital to see my mother. It turns out that the condition of the mother is not being recovered. Mother's condition is starting to be a bit worrying. Reddick called the doctor to check.

"I'm scared" Bellina said, biting her lip in panic.

 

"It's okay, Bellina. The doctor can make the mother recover. They're the best doctors." Reddick's hand touched Bellina's. Patting the back of the woman's hand slowly, to calm her heart.

 

After the doctor finished checking, Reddick went to the doctor to ask about the mother's condition.

 

"What's going on, Doctor? Why is my mother's health declining?" ask Reddick.

 

"It looks like your mother is experiencing excessive emotions. Like ... protracted sadness. It triggered a narrowing of the respiratory tract," the doctor explained, causing Reddick and Bellina to stare at each other. "So I beg you to reduce the stress of the mother so that the asthma does not get worse."

 

"Thank you doctor" Bellina said.

Out of the hospital doctor's office, Reddick gets word from the people who treated Bellina's mother, that she's awake. The two of them immediately returned to the room.

 

The pale face of my mother greeted these two people.

 

"Mom's up?" bellina asked, touching her hand. Mom smiled.

 

"Thank you to your husband for putting good people in to look after you here" she said, looking at Reddick.

 

"No need to thank me. My mother is also my parent. So I have to be filial to my mother, Bellina" Reddick said, turning to Bellina for a moment. Bellina smiled faintly. I was amazed at every word this man made. After a visit to his mother's house last time, Reddick is determined to use Lionel's treasure for the Bellina family. He wanted to make this woman happy after what happened in the past.

 

"Is there anything I want to tell Bellina?" bellina asked who wanted to pry into mom's mind. She wanted me to tell her everything. Feeling the pressure, mother was silent.

 

"You and Mom can talk casually. No need to rush." Reddick knows what Bellina means. This woman must be prying about what caused her mother's condition to drop. Bellina looked up at Reddick with a face of disapproval. "Mom should be healthy. Bellina would often come here to accompany mom to chat." Reddick gave Bellina a code to refrain.

 

"Mom wants to talk to you guys" she said, staring at Reddick and Bellina alternately. Seems like a serious conversation. Reddick coded the man who was keeping Bellina's mother out.

 

"Mom can say anything to us" Reddick said, touching Bellina's shoulder. He welcomed my mother warmly. Bellina nodded in agreement.

 

"What exactly is the relationship between the two of you?" ask mom to make both.
