This was the first time Reddick's morning had ever started staring at the door next to him. If he is usually busy planning ahead, now he is just waiting for the door to open. Because he felt like this was all just a dream.
The door opened hard. Reddick looked directly at his reading book. Pretending to be busy reading.
"Lioni? Are you awake?" bellina asked in surprise.
"Yes." Yeah." Reddick nodded. The woman immediately opened her eyes of confusion because she had not been to the bathroom at all. He thinks this guy's gonna be up in the afternoon. Apparently not. He was ashamed of his condition that had just woken up. With a quick motion, Bellina immediately went to the bathroom to clean herself up.
Reddick smile. He thinks it's funny. This was the first time he had seen the woman nervous.
...***...
"Breakfast is ready, Bellina. You can sit down and eat" Reddick said, turning off the stove.
"Why bother cooking for me? I can cook by myself" Bellina said. Reddick knows about Bellina's cooking skills. But he is not an amateur either. He wanted this woman's first day in this house to make him feel comfortable.
"No problem. As a welcome you stay in this house." Reddick showed up with a small pot of soup. The pleasant aroma pierced the nose when it had just passed. Hunger attacks Bellina's stomach. He tried to resist, but it turned out that hunger did not compromise.
"Nurus ..." The shameful voice sounded. He made his face pale with shame. Reddick heard that. But he is a polite man. He only smiled faintly while still turning his back to Bellina. There was no comment or anything to discuss the rumbling stomach voice.
Bellina became ashamed of herself. Even when Reddick didn't talk about anything, he was embarrassed.
"Food is ready. Not good to leave it on for too long. You can start first when I clean the kitchen," said Reddick, letting the woman eat. Hearing that hungry stomach voice was extremely loud, it was likely that Bellina was indeed hungry.
Bellina threw away her embarrassment and sat down. All the tableware is on the table. Bellina began to take food and eat it slowly. Despite the hunger, Bellina seemed to refrain from eating quickly.
Reddick who was still at the kitchen table smiled happily, Bellina finally wanted breakfast first.
"Lion," call Bellina. Reddick looked back when the name was mentioned.
"What's up, Bellina?"
"Can you leave that and eat first?" bellina asked slowly. Reddick glanced at the furniture that would be cleaned. "But if you don't want to .. that's okay." Bellina immediately withdrew her invitation.
"alright. I'll have breakfast first, then I can clean it up again later." Reddick would agree. That's an interesting offer. He immediately washed his hands and wiped them to dry. Bellina breathed a sigh of relief.
Reddick pulled the chair in front of Bellina and took the plate. Pouring some food on his plate. Then start eating. Bellina also seemed to eat. This woman was waiting for him. Reddick's lips smiled happily.
This second life gave Reddick a lot of lessons. What he thought about his wife having an affair with Lionel was a lie. It's all just engineering. He should not have immediately believed. But the heartache of love, eating his smart brain. Reddick immediately believed it was purely an affair.
Bellina was also not the weak woman he was used to seeing. He is very brave and tough. Even Bellina cared about him. The cold attitude was probably because it tried to compensate for her who was very less able to express her love.
"What do I do after this? Just married?" bellina asked after their breakfast. This woman always talks to the point. Rarely pleasantries.
"No. We should be able to take back your treasure from Agatha."
"No. That's Reddick's property" Bellina argued.
"Isn't your husband's estate yours too?" ask this man in wonder.
"Do you not want to feel a little bit of the wealth of your husband's family?" reddick Pans.
"Being Reddick's wife has made me feel his wealth. I didn't ask for more because I came up with zero."
"That's too simple. You can have it all if Reddick's heart is open." His lips said so knowing that it would happen if he returned to being Reddick now. Whatever he gives to women. More than he ever gave to her when he was alive.
"I don't know what's going on. Why do you always talk about Reddick? Don't you think a man would rather talk about himself than talk about another man?" bellina asked who was beginning to realize there was something strange about all those questions.
Reddick. He can talk about Reddick because he's Reddick. Bellina wouldn't understand that. No one can even find it.
"You're not Reddick. Stop talking about her." Bellina asked Reddick for understanding.
"Sorry." Reddick found a trace of sadness there. Maybe Bellina is still shaken by the death of her husband. Moreover, it was suicide. "I'm going to work. Stay as you please here. Have you seen your phone?" ask Reddick. He had Delvin ready everything.
"I saw it on the nightstand, but I haven't touched it yet" Bellina said feeling it wasn't necessary.
"Maybe you don't want that thing, but we can't communicate when we're far apart. Because our cooperation needs good communication" explained Reddick. Bellina took a breath.
"alright. I'll wear it."
"Make sure you enjoy staying here, Bellina," Reddick said.
"I know, 'cause I don't have anywhere else to hide." Bellina knows his position.
"No. Because I don't want you to be uncomfortable, Bellina. I don't want that," said Reddick gazing inwardly at Bellina who began to lower her gaze. He avoided the look of this man.
"Whatever," muttered Bellina softly.
...****...
It's really miris. Reddick is visiting a tomb. Where the name Reddick Wyclif is on the tombstone. That's his own tomb. I don't know what fate is planning.
"I don't know what to say, because it is ..." Reddick turned his head quickly as there was a sound of footsteps behind him. Someone was approaching his tomb. He immediately moved away from there. But really unlucky, because in a hurry he dropped the key to his room that he had put in his pocket. Reddick chose to hide behind a large tree near the tomb.
The bellina!
The woman appeared with flowers.
"Hello Reddick how are you? Hope you still see me. No. gabe. I should've hoped you couldn't see me. Because you'll know the ugliness of your family and me." Bellina. Pause the sentence for a while, then sigh to continue talking. "I'm sorry Reddick." Reddick gasped at it. The atmosphere was back silent. When Reddick peeked, it turned out that the woman was crying.
"Maybe I shouldn't have married another man when you were just leaving. This must have made you unsettled. I'm sorry Reddick," Bellina said between her tears.
Reddick felt his heart hit and hurt when he saw the woman crying.
You're not wrong. Everything you did was for the goodwill of protecting my family. But I who have become Lionel again made a mistake. We both got caught in my stepmother's trap I should have apologized, Bellina. Since my family forced you to marry me, until now. All's fault.
