Already many people who have also arrived to do interviews of their average age, even many younger, such as his new graduate this year.I immediately joined them, I immediately joined them,I smiled at friends who at this time should be called either comrades-in-arms or rivals, I looked for an empty seat, he said,sitting quietly while waiting for the HRD staff to start the interview session.when I sat there were several women approaching them to invite them to get acquainted, with each of Sri's names he came from kebumen, Lilis from Garut, the last Dwi, with each of his names coming from kebumen,he was like a Chinese with narrow eyes and white skin, but it turns out he was a native of Bandung people, more precisely dago people.we were immediately familiar, he said,and immediately involved an exciting chat up the company staff intruded because it was time to start the interview session.we all participants were invited to a room large enough, there was lined up several sets of tables and chairs, and there were,this room is more like a seminar room for students, we are encouraged to find their respective seats.aku, Dwi, Sri, and Lilis certainly choose an adjacent seat.after all the participants sit down, the HRD staff starts the event, and the,first he explained for the first stage of selection we will be given material about the company's products, security at work, as well as the history of the company.it turns out the interview in this company is quite tight, his selection is like a graduation exam only 😀

without much waste of time, the staff turned on the projector, and there came the discussion material, we were told to listen and if it was necessary to be allowed to make notes about the material, and there appeared the material,because the explanation settings on the projector are complete we will be given about 20 minutes to memorize the material, after that will be a written test about the material that was given.really yes, yes,to enter this company his struggle is quite draining mind 😂😂 how not to drain the mind?because the company gave a minimum score target is 80 points, it turns out the standard is more cruel than the math exam sir Sihabudin High School teacher I used to be,if it is substandard, make sure you cannot participate in the next stage selection,god it turns out there is still a next stage anyway.then in make sure everyone goes straight into serious mode and tensely pay attention to the projector screen while making notes, etc,the atmosphere of the quiet room that sounded only the explanatory sound of the projector screen, when the material ran out did not make us relax, which there was even more tense and sweaty, the staff gave 20 minutes for participants to memorize the material, the staff gave time to memorize the material,after the time runs out, the staff directly distribute a paper containing all the questions from the company, the company also gives an appeal and warning
