# Rania and the Emperor
Rania and I were sitting together in front of the porch watching the Emperor playing. He was so happy with his new bike. Today was the Emperor's fifth birthday, he asked for a tricycle as a birthday present.
"Emperor, play it over here don't get to the side of the road!" I shouted to remind him to stay away from the road for fear of vehicles passing there.
"Okay Dad, the Emperor will play in the courtyard area of the house only!" the Emperor replied as he led his bicycle back to the courtyard of the house.
I saw the Emperor who was learning to pedal a bicycle with the help of two small wheels on the back. Once in a while he stopped the speed of his bike because of the lack of strength of the leg thrust when pedaling. I took the initiative again to teach the Emperor how to pedal the correct bike.
"This is how .. "I pressed his right foot on the pedal of his bike so he could run his bike, then I pressed his left foot so that the bike could go back. I continued to use the Emperor's feet, pedaling alternately on his pedal so that the Emperor understood how to get his bike to speed.
After I teach you back, now the Emperor can pedal his own bike. With vigor he pressed his legs alternately on the bicycle pedal. I just smiled watching her, while sitting on the terrace with Rania.
"I'm glad the Emperor became such a smart kid, and it's easy to learn everything," Rania said as she watched the Emperor cheerfully advance his third-wheel-drive bicycle.
"Yes, the Emperor is an intelligent child like me," I said with a loud laugh as I looked at Rania's pouting face.
"You like to praise yourself!" rania said she was upset about my rendition.

Today I will go to the coastal area, which is a good distance of about 120 Km, from the city where I live now. We the doctors are rotated for once a month to go there. We'll stay there for about three to five days. It depends on the number of people who need treatment.
"Rania, I'm going first. Be careful at home, if there's any quick phone call to your dad's or mom's house, yeah!" I held Rania.
"Darling, be careful too. Let me know when I get there!" rania said while outlining our embrace.
"Emperor too, take care of Mommy as well as the baby, yes!" I said to the Emperor who is now in my arms.
"Yes, I'm careful and go home!" The Emperor kissed my right and left cheeks, and I replied.
That day I had no thoughts or feelings that something bad would happen to my family. We separated as usual as we should.

I was only two days on the coast. It just so happens that it is now the season of cough and cold. Many people have this disease.
"Sir Doctor, rest up!" a nurse said there.
"Yes, briefly. The patient's responsibility is just a little longer" I replied with a smile on her.
"Next patient ...!" call the nurse to the patient who is sitting in line.
"Hello good afternoon, who's sick?" ask a mother and a little boy who has a body as big as the Emperor.
When I saw a little boy as big as the Emperor, I missed him. We were still calling last night. And Rania, I miss her a lot.
"Mother …?!" the little boy hid the face in the chest of the mother who was carrying him.
"What pain, sweet little sister?!" ask me using the children's language.
"Oh, here try Brother check. Are the germs still there?!" I said while holding the little brother's hand. I checked his heartbeat and stomach.
"So take medicine! Let the germs go!" I said to the little brother who was looking at me in silence.
"Mother, this is a heat-lowering drug, this is a cure for his cough, and this one is his cold medicine," I told the mother not to be mistaken in giving the medicine.
"Thank you, Doctor!" the mother said with a friendly smile to me, and I replied.
"May be healed soon."
After I finished checking all the patients that day, I was only able to eat and rest. I just laid down my body that was exhausted from handling so many patients. Someone knocked on the door of the room where I was staying.
Even though my body still wants to lie on the bed. I forced this body to get up and open the door of the room. When I opened the door to my room, there was a worker from the administration who was standing with a pale face.
"Sir Doctor .. There's a call from Mr. Doctor's parents' house. He said the Doctor's wife and son were in an accident!" the middle-aged man spoke with a disjointed breath.

After hearing the news about the accident that befell my son and wife, from the officers there. I went back to the city to find out about my family.
Before going home, I asked one of my fellow doctors to replace my position, which would help the treatment of the patients there. Most of my duties were one day, so he advanced his departure schedule.
I ran down the aisle of the hospital where my son and wife were being treated. I saw my father and mother, and my two in-laws. They were all crying, let alone the mother being so hysterical. I ran faster and approached them.
"Dad ... Mother!" my screams called out to both of my parents who were standing in front of the operating room.
"King!" call the mother with tears and her eyes begin to swell, a sign that she has been crying for too long.
"Yes, Mom, what's wrong? They're all right, aren't they?" I asked with my heart pounding, afraid to hear what they were going to tell me.
"We didn't know they were inside" she told him on the sidelines of her sobs.
"Sorry, King. We can't take care of them" said the father with teary eyes, either because he held back his tears or because he had been crying ever since.
"How did this all happen?" ask me to dad.
"Surely it's happening dad doesn't know. It's just that there were some neighbors who were at the scene who were witnesses," said the father, looking away as if recalling stories from witnesses there.
"They had an accident when the Emperor was playing on a bicycle on the street of your residential complex, and there was a car driving very fast and hit the Emperor and Rania who were trying to pull the Emperor and his bike. But unfortunately, the car could not brake his vehicle." continued the father again.
