12 FORMER
PART 39 SURE BROKE UP

Two weeks, almost fourteen days I did not meet him “Kent”.

Suddenly he disappeared as if swallowed by the bowels of the earth. I even accidentally stopped by Mama's house a few times, but I found no signs of life next door.

Today a board is hanging on the fence of the house that says “Home Contracted”. One wonders for himself in his heart, did he go back to his country?

This afternoon at my mom's.

“Ma..”

Mama turned her head to look at me, “What dear?”

“Uhm... next door house actually contracted?” I asked with a pleading face, hoping for good news to come out of Mama's mouth.

“Why? Kangen yes the same Kent, he said he had broken up,” mama mama mocked me.

I turned a puffed-up eye. “No, who knows him" I replied, scooping the food on the plate in annoyance.

Mama approached me, rubbed my hair, baby. “Sayang... Why not a direct phone? You can ask where he is now.”

“Mama... asked what the answer is,” replied I pursed pouting lips, “make whatever adek phone, he's been busy with his new girlfriend.”

Mama took a short breath. “Indeed Kent has another girlfriend besides you.”

I shake my head in denial. “Nevent know Ma. Adek did not want to know again the same he.”

“Not really want to know. Do I need Aunty Erna's phone?”

“Mama..” pekikku restrained.

“Ya already then,” said Mama quipped small. Once again Mama rubbed the tip of my head dearly while saying, “You have grown up, must be able to choose which is good and which is bad. Don't rely on emotions alone.”

“Iya Ma,” I replied resignedly.

Sorry, there is a little regret in my heart, even though I deliberately drove them both from my life.

Ten days after the abduction, Fint kept his promise: to announce the cancellation of our marriage in front of the press.

That afternoon, in Fint's office. I sat alone, leaning against the back of the chair just after Fint left a small peck on my forehead.

“I will wait until you accept, but if your heart is not for me. Consider me an ex who has always been there for you.”

Although we did not get married, but he was willing to give up his love for me completely. I salute her rational good attitude.

Someone suddenly snatched in, then sat down next to me. Really made me surprised. What I hope is now in sight.

“K-Kent,” I said calling his name nervous.

I don't know why this leg wants to run as far away from him as possible.

“Where are you? We have to talk.”

His hand held my right arm strong. I looked at him with cynical eyes. For a moment my memory returned to what happened in the hospital the other day.

That night, I woke up. I didn't find Kent in the room, only Fint was asleep on the long couch. Hmm, maybe he was taking a walk outside, I guessed.

I decided to look for him, though I admit I was a little afraid of walking alone inside the hospital, but I didn't get my heart to wake Fint. My infusion hose was just removed this afternoon, Kent said I'll be home tomorrow.

I walked slowly out of the room. Luckily outside the room, there were still a handful of doctors and nurses walking through the corridor. With enough curiosity, I walked over to some of the patient rooms whose doors were half open, until I arrived at one of the rooms.

Kent's? I wish I had seen it wrong because of the great visibility, but no, it was really him.

A woman in white robes as knees stood in front of him, stepping slowly, pinching him to a corner on the edge of the table, too close. His long hair was loosely brimmed off, covering half of his face.

Oi! What the fuck. How presumptuous, how dare he touch my man's cheek. I bit my lower lip slowly, when it started to touch Kent's cheek.

A happy smile puffed thin from his lips that jinxed red chili, aware that the man did not move to repel or move away.

The man just froze, looking at him with both his eyes convinced, no, rather they both looked at each other in silence.

I turned the reflex, hiding behind the wall next to the door, as the woman's lips sipped on Kent's lips softly.

I put my lips together in two trembling hands, my breath clashing with my sudden heartbeat.

Who's the lady? Doctor, fellow doctor. Time yes Kent….

I shook my head to convince myself to be more positive, but I was sure of my own eyes when I looked up again.

That right hand, the hand that had always held me warm, touched my tender cheek, was now hugging the body of another woman. Disgust, sudden disgust for yourself.

The heart that was originally broken, seemed to be melting into ashes. The white rose in the heart, its petals torn apart, withered, fell out, falling apart one by one.

The taste I built for him began to wear off as I lost my trust in the man. I shed tears in my eyes.

Sad, very sad, in this moment of self must swallow the sense of loss. Heartache, that's how I felt until this moment. Bullshits!

“Kent, we can't be together anymore. We just broke up,” I said try to say as calmly as possible, after a few seconds ago I gathered all my feelings to say my statement just now.

Both eyebrows are tied. “You mean?”

“Do not pretend not to know,” reply I sniffed, looking away from the face.

“Pura-pretend what. I really don't know, speak clearly. If you don't tell me, how can I know.”

There was a pinch of emotion from his changing manner of speech, sounding unfriendly. At once I was angry, turning my body about to leave, but Kent first pulled my left arm, then gripped both of my arms firmly.

Both of his eyes were looking at me. “Our baby. Is it because you suddenly asked to break up. We can get married and have another child,” he said hoping for more.

I snorted softly, smiling in disdain. “Are you serious about me? Love me a?”

“Why are you talking like that? Of course I'm serious, we're even getting married,” she explained to me, “wait a minute. Lest you expect_” at once too Kent threw both of my arms out of his rough grip, rubbing his face with one of his hands annoyed.

“Please do that. After all Fint is better than you,” my answer clearly ignites hostility.

Honestly, Fint is better a thousand times than he is. Although Kent is actually a good guy, but it's not worth the attention Fint always gives me.

Kent was silent looking at my face fiercely, as if he wanted to gouge out my two eyes, angry. His face looked furious, sighing several times between his rustling teeth. Scramble his waist with his right hand.

A moment later, his furious face gradually calmed down, as if Kent was trying to hold back his anger in front of me.

He grabbed the back of my hand with both hands. “Nesya, I know you love me. We are married, as soon as.”

🔶🔸🔸 Guess what, Nesya will accept or reject hard?
