Tragedy on Campus

Nathan who was busy with his documents was surprised by the sudden arrival of Aster. The woman came to bring him lunch.

"My second class finished early, and the third class only started around 2 p.m." Aster answered Nathan's confusion because of his sudden arrival.

After delivering Aster to his campus. Nathan goes to see Leon and Theo. And he almost had an impromptu heart attack because their current form was so terrible.

It was like being struck by lightning hearing Leon's words. Nathan who had originally closed his eyes immediately stood up and looked at Leon with a demanding look. "What did you say? Say it again" she asked

"There was a massive massacre at the campus where the young Miss went to college, and 100 people have been victims."

Regardless of Leon and Theo, Nathan runs away from the room to the parking lot. Nathan got into his car and gasped.

The shiny black Sport car was traveling at high speed, it did not care about red lights or other traffic violations.

Nathan continued to shout like a madman sniffing the woman's name, but there was no word from the owner of the name. Nathan spread his gaze throughout the direction, the building was completely destroyed after being bombed by the perpetrators. And S.N.U is the third University to be the victim of a terror attack**

"Aster." Many times Nathan stopped the volunteers and the police who passed in front of him just to make sure if the body they were under was Aster or not.

Nathan ran and continued to search but did not find his adopted daughter, until his eyes saw a long brown female figure squeezed between the ruins.

Nathan lowered his face, one of his hands clutching his chest that felt as tight as a large block of rock. Nathan closed his eyes, his breathing rising and falling irregularly.

His fear had really come true, he was not ready to lose the woman. Nathan is unprepared, and will never be ready to lose Aster for all eternity.

With a broken heart Nathan walked away from the ruins, and towards the corpses lined up. And just then his brown eyes accidentally saw the silhouette of a barbie woman who looked stunned to see the terrible thing that was in front of his eyes.

Nathan could now sigh in relief, seeing that figure was fine. Nathan ran up to the figure and immediately hugged him.

"I'm glad to see you're okay."

"Uncle," he whispered.

The woman's body staggered slightly back due to Nathan's very sudden embrace. "I think I've lost you, Aster Xiao." Nathan whispered while kissing Aster many times.

Aster who was initially confused, now pulled the corner of his lips and returned Nathan's embrace. "I'm not going anywhere, Uncle. Besides how can I leave you when I love you so much."

In his heart, Aster was grateful because at the time of the incident he and his three friends were not in place. But he also felt sad to see many who did not survive the bloody incident. And the campus where he went to college has now been flattened into land.
