The Gu Sha Pay Soldier! It was an internationally renowned mercenary organization!

The words of Bo Zhan shocked Ling Tianhao, Sun Jianxiong, and their comrades.

Yun Jian raised his eyebrows. He saw the logo on the car too. No doubt it was his Mercenary. It was just too dark and he couldn't tell who was in the car.

“What does Army Pay Gu Sha? Ye Yunting asked with contemptuous brows.

“Surely small group and see how scared you are. It's not like we're in a science fiction movie!” he mumbled again.

She was typical of the young lady being treated. Raised in his childhood home with no awareness of assassinations and mercenary organizations operating on a global scale.

That explained why he was mocking the faces of the terror-stricken group when the Gu Sha Paying Army was mentioned.

When Sun Jianxiong and the others heard him, they almost slapped him.

It was fine Ye Yunting said what he did amongst themselves. If he were to say it in front of the members of Gu Sha, it wasn't just him, everyone here would die with him!

"Ye Yunting, shut up!" This was the first time Sun Jianxiong had roared at Ye Yunting who had nothing to do with him.

“Gu Sha Mercenaries is not a person we can hurt! You better take care of yourself, Ye Yunting. Otherwise, don't come with us,” Fu Xin who always kept to herself warned her as well.

Regardless, no one explained the reason to him.

Ye Yunting did cover her mouth after being shot down by the men because she was worried Bo Zhan and Fu Xin refused to take her. Even if Ling Tianhao insisted on taking her, it would still be a futile effort. Nevertheless, he didn't really let it slip.

He felt guilty, gritting his teeth at himself.

What is Gu Sha Mercenaries? How good are they? Please, he doesn't believe me!

“Pack and go to bed early. We will go to the catacombs early in the morning,” Bo Zhan said with furrowed brows.

The group disperse to do their respective activities after that.

Yun Jian pursed his lips, wondering who from Gu Sha was in the SUV. Maybe he'll see the guy when they're in the basement. After he checked all his belongings, he returned to the tent.

The night passed peacefully.

Yun Jian turned around and got up.

When Bo Zhan and the others woke up, he was done with his morning training and put on all his gear.

"Gather together and we'll leave" Bo Zhan announced when everyone was awake.

He then bid farewell to Yu Bufan and the others before the party headed for the catacombs.

Yun Jian walked up last, observing the surroundings along his path. When they arrived at the entrance of the catacombs, time had already shown at half-eight in the morning.

What greeted the group was an ancient well.

When catacombs are found, through these drying wells. It was also the only way in, down into this withered well.

"Who goes first?" Bo Zhan asked after securing the rope.

“Ye Yunting, because you are so good, why don't you go down first?” Sun Jianxiong showed his dislike of the girl.

"I - I ..." Ye Yunting shuddered, taking two steps back when he looked at the well in worry. He will never be the first to go down.

Suddenly, he was startled with an idea and pointed to Yun Jian. “You were the last to join us. You get down first!”

There is no logic behind his words.

The first person to enter the basement might trigger a secret mechanism by accident, so Ye Yunting did not dare to risk anything.

“I will go down first,” Bo Zhan said after that.

“I go first.” Yun Jian blinked. He walked up to pull the rope and jumped down and down into the well without hesitation, acting fast and supple.

The group was dumbfounded. After all, their minds were still rewinding the advice "no one survived the moment they entered the catacombs". Who knew if the people before them were killed directly by the secret mechanism once they descended into the basement?

Yun Jian was only fifteen or sixteen years old. Was he not afraid of death?
