The substitute food ordered by Rangga for Nazwa came, and immediately Nazwa ate the food, because he did not want Rangga waiting for him too long. Finished with their affairs in the restaurant, Rangga immediately asked the driver to send them to the airport.

"Alhamdulillah. An, look at your child she's getting active" Anita said, and Anton was seen closing his face to a computer screen showing pictures and the state of the baby.

"Alhamdulillah, brother he looks like me, right.?" anton said enthusiastically.

"Yes, his nose looks a lot like yours. Eh but, as long as not the behavior of his father is imitated." said Anita again with a happy laugh.

"What the hell." Anton replied annoyedly. But the happy laughter was clearly visible on the faces of Anita and Zahwa when they saw Anton's annoyance.

"Za, looking at your situation now it seems like your sister is not encouraging you to give birth normally" Anita told Zahwa.

"God willing I can, brother, I will try my best." replied Zahwa.

"But it could put your life at risk Za."

"No brother, there are still three months left from now until the time I give birth, God willing the time comes, I have been tens as before brother." replied Zahwa full of confidence.

After traveling by plane that took almost two hours, Rangga and Nazwa finally arrived in Jakarta airport. They immediately headed to the parking lot and found an office employee who delivered a car owned by Rangga.

"Good afternoon Mr. Rangga." said the man.

"Sore.!" reply Rangga.

"This is the key sir" he said again while giving the key in his hand to Rangga.

"Thank you." answered Rangga.

"Same sir, then I go back to the office first sir." said the man.

"All right."

"Excuse me sir." said the man again and only answered with a smile by Rangga.

Rangga immediately stepped towards his car, followed by Nazwa. Then he put a paper bag containing his clothes on the back seat. So did Nazwa, he put his suitcase in and sat in the back seat..

When he saw Nazwa who had been sitting in the back seat, Rangga opened the back door of the car again and asked Nazwa.

"Then where should I sit, sir?" asked Nazwa innocently. While Rangga was seen massaging his forehead slowly which actually did not hurt.

"Let's sit in front" said Rangga again. With a sense of doubt, Nazwa was forced to move to sit in the front seat.

The car was speeding away from the airport, but Rangga's car was not seen heading to Anton's residence, but to the hospital where Zahwa was being treated.

"Where are we going, sir, this is not the way to Zahwa's house and Anton's mas, right.?" nazwa asked confusedly.

"I'll send you after we meet Mr. Anton in the hospital, so they can see that you're okay" Rangga said with a slight glance at Nazwa. While Nazwa looks dumbfounded while watching Rangga.

An hour's drive from the airport to the hospital, Rangga and Nazwa finally got there, they immediately went down and went to Zahwa's treatment room.

"Assalammualaikum" Nazwa and Rangga said simultaneously while entering Zahwa's treatment room.

"Waalaikum greetings." answered Anton and Zahwa.

"You're back.?" zahwa asked, and Nazwa appeared to run closer to his sister.

"Za, how are you.?" ask Nazwa.

"Alhamdulillah, I am good Na." replied Zahwa with a smile.

While Zahwa and Nazwa chatted lightly, Anton and Rangga were seen sitting on the sofa while talking about their metting results during the XX city.

Finished with their conversation, Rangga said goodbye and intended to send Nazwa home to Anton.

"Za, I'll go home first." said Nazwa.

"Hmm you heart yes."

"Yes." Yeah."

When he was about to step out, suddenly Rangga fell down on the floor, immediately there in the room became panicked. Anton immediately rushed to call the medical team, then he also sent Rangga to the ER room with Nazwa.

Anton who was confused by the incident finally decided to contact Reyhan, and tell Rangga what just happened. And finally Reyhan decided to go to the hospital, after getting word from Anton.

The doctor who examined Rangga's condition finally came out, then he immediately approached Anton to inform Rangga's condition.

"Dok, how's Rangga doing.?" ask Anton.

"Alhamdulillah, Mr. Rangga is fine sir, he is just exhausted, and it seems he is lacking rest" said the doctor.

"Thank God then."

"In a moment the nurse will move Mr. Rangga to the treatment room."

"Hmm, give him the best care doc."

"Okay sir." replied the doctor, then he said goodbye to leave Anton and Nazwa.

"Na, I ask for help, please take care of Rangga until Reyhan comes." said Anton.

"Well, you" replied Nazwa. Then Anton left the ER room, headed to his wife's treatment room.

Some nurses who were still in the room also moved Rangga into the treatment room, and Nazwa was seen immediately following towards the treatment room that would be occupied by Rangga.
